Great selection offered! Clean store and everything looks organized. I was able to find the things I was looking for. I love shopping at this location. Staff is friendly.

It is beginning of March, many stores are getting ready for end of season sale, this maybe the reason for the shop to have many on-sale items. I was a bit disappointed because I didn't find anything attractive during the visit.

Shelly B at the women's fitting room is the best! She helped me zip up a bunch of dresses till i found the perfect sparkly dress ️

This evening, was totally awesome. The associates at Marshall’s, have shown great customer service and courtesy for all customers that came through their door especially me. It was 5: 45 pm, and I got welcomed by two of the associates near the door. I asked one of the associates to assist me on finding a pair of shoes. The associate had chose a great style shoes, but unfortunately I found another that was really nice. She did, however, compliment my choice of colour that I had chosen, especially with the dress, I was planning to purchase.

As I was ready to cash in my items. I found no tag on one of my items, and it was closing time and an item without a tag.
Yet, there again an associate to my rescue, who saw my concerned look, so polite too, asked what is wrong, I explained, her reply don’t worry and got to it.
I was taken care of within five minutes or less. After using time.fabulous work guys keep it up, it’s associates such as you, keeping the hope going, thank you, because this world needs a bit more care and love to show that we, are all human beings.

The manager with curly hair who was working on Monday July 18th was rude and had no manners. Never walking into this store again.

Super quiet to browse on a morning visit. Lots of selection for men and women, you just have to be prepared to have time to browse. Large amount of fitting rooms available to reduce waiting time. Store is clean and well organised. Prices are really good.

I was in the markville store today looking for a dress for my 25th wedding anniversary. The store manager saw my frustration and stepped in to help me. She found me the perfect dress and shoes. I was so impressed. Even the young lady at the fitting room was very helpful. Thank you so much.

I had not been in the Marshalls store at Markville for nearly a year.
I was greeted by several friendly employees offering assistance at various times.
The store is well stocked, attractive displays and reasonable prices.
It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

This Marshall's is always well stocked, but better than that, the staff here is super friendly and engaging.

Last week Sunday, Feb 13th, was my very first visit to a Marshall's store, and will not be the last definitely.
The store was well lit clean with clutter-free aisles.
The store carried a good selection of products and all very reasonably priced. I purchased a set of two small spatulas and was looking for another set to buy but did not find it on the shelves. Upon inquiring from an associate (Shadi D - hopefully I'm spelling it correctly) she checked for me on the shelves and checked through the scanner but when she could not find it instead of just saying that they were out of stock she suggested I look at another set of spatulas, though not exactly like the one I had bought. I found the new set to to be good and very reasonably priced so I purchased it. This associate was a good store advocate and upsold a customer which is what a store always looks for.

The associate at the cash counter (Talha) was also extremely helpful and cashed us out error-free as well as suggested we sign up for the loyalty card, which we did.

Good location. When the cashier was alone and customers were piling up, she called for backup, so we didn't have to wait that long.

Today was my very first (and definitely not the last) visit to Marshalls (Markville Mall). The store was clean and neatly arranged, well-lit with clutter free aisles. The selection was pretty good and I found some good deals.
The most important feature was customer service. It was excellent! I found a small spatula set and was looking for another one. Upon enquiring from an associate (Shadi D. - hope I haven't misspelled the name), who was friendly and helpful, I was told that was the only set but the associate, a great store advocate, showed me another similar set which I did purchase. If Shadi had to say another set wasn't available I would have left but her quick thinking made another sale for the store. Amazing sales person!
The cashier, Talha, was friendly and suggested the loyalty card and explained what it carries. The cash out process was error free and quick.
Thank you Shadi and Talha. Associates like you make all the difference.

This is my second time in this marshalls, one of the best marshalls location in markvill mall, so organized and clean
And they are so friendly and helpful.
Denilla and ALLA both helped me to figure everything and the mistake was made by another store (marshall I had been in richmondhill) I am so impressed by their service. Thanks to May who helped me at the checkout with her
smile and kindness.

Store is at the opposite end of the Marville Mall. So, if you can't find anything to your liking, you can always march to the other end of the Mall to see what's available at the Winners store.
Usually though, these stores carry just about identical merchandise.
Currently, the selection is not the greatest. What's particularly strange about this Marshals store is that once you have checked out and paid for your purchase, you still have to walk through the store again to find the exit.

First time I came here yesterday, June 13,2021. The staffs are so nice and very helpful. I love their sale, got good prices.

You never know what you will find at Marshalls, and you'll be amazed at the prices, since they're so low. I got me a pair of Toronto Maple Leafs wireless earbud headphones for just six bucks! Can't beat that!

Visited here before the lockdown, hidden on the other side of the mall. Has less traffic than the winners in the same mall and I love it. Able to find great finds without having people on top of me. Almost seems like a secret location that no one has visited!

What a wonderful experience at the Markville Marshall’s! Shida is always the most helpful person ready to help with any thing you could possibly need, her fashion sense is on point, she can pick out the perfect outfit in minutes! Jen helped us through checkout and even though one of my products was missing a tag, she quickly fixed that and had us through checkout in a flash! The merchandising in the store is wonderful, so easy to navigate and perfect for a safe shopping experience!

I just want to say that Marshall's hires fantastic, honest and caring staff. I lost my bracelet while shopping, a bracelet that was not only of high monetary value, but also sentimental to me. I called the store and after verifying it, they said they have it and it's ready for pickup. I was shocked, happy, and overwhelmed. It's very nice to see honest people in our community. I spoke with 3-4 different workers and every person was easy to talk to and caring for my situation. Bravo Marshalls!

One of the few shops where the attendant gives sanitizer and greets while entering and exiting. The place is neat and cashier is welcoming too. Items are of good quality and available on discount.

I've been to this location a couple of times and the atmosphere is just tense. You can tell the manager is useless because you can tell the workers do  not like her. She constantly yells at them across the store in front of customers and I saw a employee  cry because of her. Not to mention the store is messy and rarely restocks. I believe her name is Ala and she has blonde hair. Very uncomfortable to shop.

Smaller than most Marshalls we have visited. Their selection was not as varied as other Marshalls. We found the store a little disjointed, it did not flow well.

This is a new location, and very organized. However they need more people at cash counter specially during weekdays. Overall good location.

Clean and organized. Nice place to find some unique items. The odds and ends section at the back is great to go through. Service is good.

Very dangerous place for kids. Our daughter got cut on her fingers while touching these glass pillars.

Smaller than other standard Marshalls stores but offers items not found at the Winners on the other end of Markville.

Overall the prices are standard just like any other Marshall's location. However this location is very new so it lacks the variety which you generally find at a more established and longer running Marshall's.

Sales associate named Karen treated us very disrespectfully at the cash register and rudely threw the clothes i had just paid for into my bag.

This store is always very clean, clothes are kept fairly organized and the staff are very helpful. Clearance racks usually have really good deals.

Clean and organized. Great selection. Much more organized and less busy than the Winners/Homesense at Markville. Only complaint is small selection of clothing and accessories for small children (3 years and below). Long line up at check out, but they quickly called another employee to help. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Clean, well organized layout. Friendly change room attendant. Only 1 cashier open at 1030 on a weekday-slow to call for help as the line grew

I really like our little Marshall's store, with their nice roomy aisles. There's always some pleasant surprise item's there.
