Was sold 2 pairs of left shoes twice, but the cashier only caught the first pair of them. The customer service was excellent.

They have good stuff and it's kinda clean but one of the main staff who was watching others didn't have good behavior. We wanted to ask something but he kept saying no without listening so we left without buying anything. He was like he didn't care what we wanted to say but cause he was in charge he had the power to prevent anything he wanted.

They have the worst customer service ever. Never going back to this particular store. I bought a box of underwear and I didn’t even wear it. The material was so cheap and from the try out box you could touch the harder portion of the underwear. Talked with manager Kathleen or someone. She doesn’t even know what is customer service. I don’t know how she became a manager. I didn’t wear it brought it out from the box. She was telling me, it’s written at the back of the receipt. I don’t thing any one reads the receipt. Most importantly I have the e- receipt, in the e- receipt there is no back of the receipt. Anyway, worst customer service. I would like to talk to someone from the higher authority. I will really appreciate if some one contacts me from the higher management. (I didn’t bring it from the store. Rather purchased a different one)

In my very humble opinion, this is the best Marshall’s in Ottawa. It has much, much more designer stuff than other Marshall’s and Winners. I do recommend coming early in the morning, as the place can get a bit crazy.

Surprisingly, Marshalls has become my secret source for the best (and best priced) vanilla extracts and other baking ingredients.

Lovely store with an incredible selection of well priced, affordable quality goods. The service from their team and management is next level and make you feel very welcome. Hands down the best Marshalls I've ever been to.

We can find great shoe buys at Marshalls, facial and hair care products but the clothes are a hit and miss. It requires patience to look through hundreds of pieces that look mostly the same. The store carries all kinds of pet products as well. I bought 2 car seats for both my dachshunds there and this dog carriage that is pictured here with my dog Lucy.

Nice clean place to shop and friendly associates helpful associates to help customers find their items

Awful customer service, the employees and manager are not educated about city covid by law and try to enforce store policy even outside of the store. The manager asks employees to tell people to put masks outside of the store even when they are 6 feet apart from each other in the line.
An employee was rudely yelling at people in the line to put a mask on, and when she was told, she has no authority to ask people to follow the store policy outside of the store. What she is asking people to do is not required by the city bylaw; she got even ruder and said, “you want to get to my store or not! ”
I would never go back there again; people should stand up for their rights and don't let a person who has no authority enforce store policy outside of their premises and tell people to follow the rule which does not exist.

Nice store to visit for affordable designers clothes, shoes and bags. Cardigan and sneakers from Marshall's.

Prices went up for so little quality in the texture of the shirt, pats ext.but the clients service is steel excellent.

Lots of variety and stock at this store! I find the shoe department lacks a little but otherwise, all other departments have great selection with decent prices. If you have a dog, you can get some really great deals for toys and treats here. Lots of good brand clothing selection, if you are patient enough to pick through. Staff are always friendly and store is clean. I always enjoy browsing here!

While shopping at this store, I stepped on a security sensor pin and it went up my boot and into my foot. It was very painful. When I told the staff, I filled in an accident report, received a bandaide and alcohol swabs, and they were apologetic. Hopefully a rare occurrence.

Fairly nice store. If you hunt, you can find some decent deals here. Staff was polite and helpful.

This Marshalls is great for clothing, footwear and accessories! I went looking for home goods which is not very large at this one. Still managed to find a few awesome deals though! The little salt cellar on the left is one of them ️

Always a good place to find good buys at decent prices. This location is well kept, clean, and we'll stocked. Friendly staff too.

I like this particular Marshall's. It's clean and relatively organized. Has a large selection of gym apparel, stylish clothes for work and play, and shoes of all sorts. They also have a well stocked cosmetics, skincare, and home goods and decor. They even have a little bit of furniture. Can really get everything at this store and the prices are really great!

The TJX card essentially gives you nothing other than allowing them to track your purchases. No points, no special discounts. Return policy is vastly more restrictive than other retailers. Goods are often damaged/dirty.

Great deals at this location. Better selection for men. When it's busy they always have all cashes open. Friendly staff too.

Convenient location I like going there because it's right next to movati and I can quickly stop before or after my workout and grab household items or even gym clothes. Overall great staff and management

Was very happy got myself a pair of shoes. On the other hand my girlfriend could not find anything in her size unfortunately.

Beautiful store and excellent customer service. The clothing is reasonably priced and so much to choose from. Loved the handbag section and lots of different shoes to view. Big store and nice section of home decorating ideas. I loved to browse through the entire store.
Most of the clothing items were at a reduced price. Great gift ideas at a low price.

A little bummed to see they got rid of their contemporary men's section. It used to have lots of great finds, but seems to have disappeared.

Well they really do have great deals! And it appears everyone knew it but me. The line up was crazy long but we got to the cash really quickly. I got a winter coat, car multi media coat and Fossil purse for under $500

The mens section is seems to be shrinking prior to every visit. At some point this will be a women's boutique (I kid). Seriously though, it's mostly the customer demographic that is likely responsible for this. Still, it's disappointing nonetheless. Don't even both looking for footwear here if you're a male with a size 12 (US) or greater. It will take you longer to get to the store than it will to browse the inventory.

Home wares are pretty decent and I often find what I need. The pet section more often than not is on the brink of depletion.

TLDR: lots of options for women. Men, Winners may have inventory for you to explore.
