One young lady didn't know what she was doing. It was super crowded. But the cashier just ruined the experience. Maybe she was new. She didn't know how to use a gift card.
A huge Marshall’s Home Sense location with a lot of everything fro clothing to art to furnishings. We’ll organized and lots of staff around. The variety of items here is much better than most I have been in.
We came to shop for some clothing. If you're looking for some souvenirs of Canada, this is the place to go. It's much cheaper than the shops you find at the Pearson airport.
If you're looking for housewives, this is the place to find them. Come between the hours of 11 and 2 for best selection! The store's selection of inventory isn't bad either!
Absolutely the worst place for men's clothes. It's almost comical how terrible the selection is. I think they have 7 total racks of men's everything. Meanwhile, about 700 racks of women's stuff.
I gave this department store three tries. Won’t try again. Overly huge store, lines at cash ridiculously long, disorganized store, and prices are not all that reasonable anyway. The time I spent to look for an item, finally found something not quite satisfactory but was going to just settle for it after such a long tiresome search, but then when I got to cash area! Forget it! Brought the item back where I got it from and got the heck out of there. Too time consuming, uncomfortable and stressful! Not worth it. I do find reasonable prices elsewhere (still hard to find) but in way less time than spent in this store.
Selection of clothing items is far from what it used to be just 2 years ago. Extremely few brand name or other qualty items available. Winners is no better. These stores carry pretty much the same merchandise. Hardly worth visiting these days.
I normally like this store but, yesterday this particular location I found it very crowded with racks all over the place with clothes on sale, people just being so sloppy with letting things fall on the floor with the hangers and it was so difficult to get around to shop and look at the merchandise. Didn't see any employee around to keep things in order. A very dissatisfied shopping day.
Today I had a bad experience in this store as the Asian girl is so dry of her service to me. I felt she was racist toward me and my color. I will never ever go to this store again. Teach your employees how to deal with people from different backgrounds or you're gonna end up closing by the ministry!
I love homesense and Marshalls and I am so happy they opened one in this mall Only downside: the cash line in Marshalls is always so crowded whenI go at weekends, sometimes I decide not to buy the item and leave
It's good, I like that you can find a very different kinds of things, clothes, shoes, decorations, toys, frames, small furniture, pillows and cushions, bed cover, etc, etc and the price usually is acceptable. Some clearance and sales. Inside the mall but with direct external access if you prefer.
I used to love Marshalls, you could really find some great deals. Maybe it's just this location but some of their prices didn't seem much like a discount store.
Great selection for Homesense items as well as clothing. Tip: unlike Winners, Marshall's displays all sale or clearance items together with regular priced items on the run (directly on racks or shelves).
This is my favorite store in Canada. Lots of products with a very fair price. Once this is a out of season shop you may not find what you want when you want, but keep trying and sometime it will appear in a way or another. If you find something you really like, go for it! It won't be there next time.
Wide variety of well known brands with a good discount and fair price. However, most of the time it's hard to find what you are looking for. Also there are not all sizes or colors available. You need to go there regularly and always prior to the season that you are going to buy for.
My favorite store where u can get all sorts of stuff from clothing to jewelry, make up, decorations etc. I love to shop here as you get brand name items for half the price
Went looking for relatively inexpensive running shoes and am happy to say I found them here (after 30 minutes looking at other stores whose idea of inexpensive is $90). The store is fairly well organized. Shoes are grouped by gender and size, and what you see is what you get, but the selection was pretty good. Overall, I am very happy with this store and experience.
That's good that's Marshall's and home sense are close to us but very un organized these are two different famous companies but here no sign no boards on wall which can show the difference between them separate and individually so customers can get no confusion and can safe their time
A welcomed addition to the former 2nd floor of Sears which was wasting away until Marshall's showed up. Friendly staff. Has direct access to it's own parking lot and the entrance to Don Mills station is just underneath. Has a home sense section which is always good for house stuff which will service the numerous new condos around the area. Hope this new anchor will be around for a while.
