Ordered a pair of sunglasses and received the wrong colour in my delivery. I attempted to call their customer service hotline 6 times and no one answered. They also don’t have a company name or message on their voicemail inbox. I also tried to send multiple emails. I finally received a response a day later in the website chat box. They told me the colour I ordered is discontinued. Horrible customer service and overall bad experience.

Great sunglasses. I own 4 of their shades (Model X, Model Y, Gravity, Alpha) and I really like how light and well designed they are. Perfect for running and climbing outside!
