We tried to call this place becuase we are trying to find a Male hamster and this was the one place we could find male hamsters and she kept hanging up on us and the second time we called she said that we need to stop calling and that it’s rude becuase she has other customers and was really sassy and now she won’t awnser the callls when I’m trying to figure out how many male they have I tried to talk to the manager and she wouldn’t let me her name was Liz and she was working this Saturday November 4 2023 at 11: 30

I went here to get my cockatiel's nails clipped a while ago and the owner swung a fishing net over my bird to grab her.she was a little startled wasn't hurt but i think there are better ways to grab a bird, like using a towel.
