Susan was great to deal with. After a walkthrough she formulated a plan to get the house ready for staging. Taking some of our items and some of hers, she and her team made an old woman's house into a young family's home. She kept in contact if any issues popped up or just to let us know how things were going. Easy to say the work they did helped sell the house in 5 days.

Sue knows colors. Sue designs spaces. Sue creates themes that tie all the rooms in a house together. We have been consulting with Sue for years to completely renovate and eventually sell our house quickly and for top dollar.
We would always call Sue at the beginning of a project to help us imagine and design projects. Then we would have her in again mid way to guide our pick of colors, tiles, flooring, window coverings.all the pieces to complete a project.
Sue staged our home for listing on the market and made it look much larger, brighter and more welcoming. It was well appointed upon staging and allowed prospective buyers to image what it could look like if was their own space.

I cannot look at unfinished space and in my head vision what it would look like done, decorated and staged. Sue can. She gets quiet, rubs her chin takes her time and just starts the visioning process. Its a gift.

Susan was amazing to work with. She chose existing furniture, art and decorations from the home to use and to keep our costs down and added beautiful furniture and touches where needed. She created a gorgeous family home feel that highlighted the positives. She helped us to see where we could highlight the amazing features of the house with a little elbow grease, decluttering and furniture rearranging. She was kind, compassionate and understanding as we worked through decluttering my mother-in-law's home while also grieving. Susan was always a text or call away to answer questions. Susan, the owner of Martin Designs, is the best at staging homes so that there is a flow from room to room. They are very professional and my Seller client's have nothing but praise for the way that Martin Designs goes about their business. From my first meeting with Susan Crema-Martin of Martin Designs, I could tell that she was wonderfully organized and so professional.

I called her to complete a staging consultation for my sellers to give them an idea of what changes could be made to make their home look the best it could for potential buyers. She walked into the home, looked around and started picturing the changes to be made, room by room, and came up with a plan that she presented to my sellers.

After receiving the go-ahead, Susan came up with a quotation for everything that would be needed, furniture rentals, artwork, décor items, etc. My sellers agreed to the plan. After the extra items were moved to another location for storage, it was time to make the change happen.

I arrived on staging day and walked into the foyer and through the house repeating "Wow, this is fantastic! " in every room. She had coordinated so many beautiful touches to make this home feel warm, inviting and well put together.

We were successful at selling this home and most definitely Susan and her team's contribution helped to get a great price for my sellers. I will not hesitate to have her do her magic on future listings.

Susan and her team of stagers did a great job of setting up my home to show the best for my sale.
