Martindale Dental - St.Catharines Dentist

These guys are awesome. As a new patient with a major dental phobia, they went above and beyond helping me feel comfortable during each step of my treatment. I am so glad I picked this dental office and would recommend them to my friend’s and family. A big thank you to such a wonderful team.

My dental procedure on 6/22 with Dr. Vendittelli and his assistant Stephanie was excellent. I was very nervous but Dr. Vendittelli is a very gentle and patient dentist. He also has a very good sense of humor that made me laugh all the way home. The front line workers are very friendly and there is a genuine sense of team work amongst them. I will recommend anyone to Dr. Vendittelli. My dental procedure was perfect.

I had an emergency situation and was in pain. The staff got me in within an hour of my call.
The dentist was wonderful, and very friendly.

I first started going to Martindale dental when I was a teen. I am now grown with 4 kids of my own. Unfortunately, we left over a year ago because of how they treated/handled my daughter’s wisdom teeth extraction.

Her appointment was late on a Friday. She waited over two hours to be seen. They were suppose to send her Rx for pain and antibiotics to the pharmacy and didn’t. We spent the weekend trying to get a hold of the on-call dentist and have it straightened out. We were able to at least get her abx and mouth wash and she tougher through with regular Tylenol.

A few weeks later, we received a bill for over $300. We had double insurance and had never paid for treatments in the past. When I called to discuss, I was dismissed. It wasn’t even itemized.

This place is fantastic.they are always upfront on the cost when asked and the crew is great from reception right up to the dentist themselves!

I recently visit Lauren (dental hygienist) and I was thoroughly impressed! Also, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the service was prompt and efficient, and the results were top-notch. I highly recommend Lauren to anyone in need of their services. Thank you for an excellent experience! "

Everyone in the dental office is so nice, they have great skills and Leigh did such a nice job with my teeth cleaning and there is no discomfort at all. Dr. Vic is also an excellent dental doctor.

Everyone in this Dental office is very friendly and very good at their jobs, I highly recommend this business to everyone.

My dentist (there are multiple at location) is very friendly as well as hygienists and reception. I had my wisdom teeth out in the office as well and the team involved with proceedure was great. Everyone very professional and they are taking care with Covid to ensure customer safety. Only reason that I did not rate 5 star is because of 2 issues with billing to secondary insurance plan but that would not stop me from going to them or from recommending to others.

I have had the pleasure of having Lauren as my hygienist on multiple occasions. She is very nice and always shows a concern for my comfort during my cleaning.

The smiling staff working the reception as well as the office staff are very pleasant and approachable.

Dr. Vandana was very professional, and genuinely seems to care about her patients and explains everything to you thoroughly about what’s going on with yourself and what costs are. Martindale dental is a welcoming professional establishment with a team who cares, I recommend going to them if you need help with your teeth.

Dr. Vandana Jainani is an amazing doctor and person. Very professional with great detail to the procedure I had, which was pain free. She is a highly recommended doctor to go see! All I can say, Thank you again!

Dr. RJ has been tremendously accommodating to my anxiety in dental procedures as well as being a professional that exercises good judgement guiding my care. Everyone in that office has been very supportive, from administrative staff to the assistants/hygienists.

Always have very friendly and helpful service. The surgeon did a great job extracting a wisdom tooth from my mouth.

I came to the office with a broken tooth and in an exteme amount of pain. Having not been to a dentist since before the pandemic I was extremely nervous. This place put my mind at ease and was really comforting. The receptionists there immediately addressed my concerns I was having with my teeth and I got in to see the dentist almost immediately. I will definitely recommend this dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist. A+

Dr. CHUGH was lovely! I know he did a perfect job on a double root canal and filling on my lower small molar and adjacent tooth. Thank you Dr. CHUGH:) And Afraa the dental assistant too!

This dentist office was rated high when I was choosing a new office to visit and they did not disappoint. From the minute I stepped into the office everyone was smiling and was genuinely happy to see everyone that came in. I took a few minutes to complete the necessary paperwork and when that was done I waited maybe 10 mins to get my exam started. All in all it took maybe 1.5 hours to get everything I needed done the staff was friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. As someone who has been afraid to go to the dentist it was a great experience. I recommend this office to everyone.

I was suddenly feeling very anxious about my dental procedure while in the dental chair. The dentist and hygienist provided me with a blanket, a pillow, and some tunes of my choosing to help keep me comfortable and calm. I really appreciated the extra steps they took to take care of me. It made all the difference and I felt safe and cared for!

So many dental, ortho and hygienist experts at one site. If you have special requirements, need immediate assistance or have difficulties medically or financially, there are many great minds all working together to resolve any issue.
My family and I have been patients for 18 years and I highly recommend Martindale Dental.

The Receptionists there are so welcoming, vibrant and helpful. I know the Front Desk gals will do anything to make a patients day better. The receptionist Liz she is extremely friendly, I love her!

Full service Dental office, Martindale Dental did a wonderful job making my dental visits extremely comfortable.

As a red head I don’t handle pain very well and typically the dentist is an uncomfortable experience for me but Joe did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and keeping me calm the entire time!

I know that my Oral Health is in good hands now, they’re very good at explaining what they do and why they need to do it. A+ for knowledge, service and welcoming atmosphere!

I was always very scared of going to the dentist when I was younger, and have always been very selective on choosing a new dentist when I move to another city. I've been here for almost 9 years now. Finding Martindale Dental was such a relief. The friendly staff and dentists always make it a pleasant experience. I do not dead the dentist (as much) anymore. Dr. Tina is great. 5+ stars.

Super people there from desk to chair to dentist's. Dental the way it should be.compassionate, comfortable. DR. Markulin and Tanya have taken care of mouth for over 17 years.will not change.

Reception and hygienists have always been super friendly and helpful. I haven't had the best experience with the work the dentists have done as I leave after fillings with my teeth hurting worse than before, having them fall out (not put in properly) etc, over the years. Good place to go for cleanings but have not had good luck whenever I actually need something fixed.

I have been going to Martindale Dental for many many years and it is my opinion that they are the best! In particular Dr Venditelli and his assistant Stephanie are top notch! They are so caring, and professional. Particularly Stephanie is so incredibly welcoming, compassionate (to my fears) (even held my hand) during a recent root canal as I have extreme anxiety at the dentist. Her and Lain are the only ones I have seen for years now and that will never change! Stephanie even checked up on me on her own time that evening to see how I was. Martindale Dental you have a gem with Stephanie and an amazing Dentist in Dr Venditelli.

I just had some cavities filled today by Dr. Tina and Mo! They are the loveliest, friendliest people, and take such pride in doing a careful, professional job here. My mouth feels great again thanks to their amazing care. I cannot recommend this place enough:)

What can't I say about the staff at Martindale dental! They are amazing people always kind and friendly! I've had some not so pleasant experiences before at other places, but Dr. Tina made sure I was comfortable and understanding what she was going to do! Overall amazing experiences! As much as I don't like the dentist I love going back and having Dr. Tina and the friendly staff at Martindale dental take care of me!

Great Service! Very welcoming and warm atmosphere, cant go wrong coming here! Dr. Tina has overseen my dental needs and has done flawless work and very accommodating! The receptionists are always kind and helpful as well to add the icing on top!

Dr Tina is a fantastic Dentist. She is efficient and proficient in her work. She works quickly but never at the expense of patient care. She takes the time to explain why and what she is doing and has always answered any questions that I have. I always appreciate her kind and calm demeanour.

I have had my teeth cleaned by several hygienists at the clinic and they have all been fantastic. All have done a great job scraping that plaque away without “digging. ” Very gentle but they do a thorough and great job.

The clinic has also done a great job through covid to check and adjust their safety protocols. I also appreciate that the clinic uses technology to reach out and communicate with patients. It’s great to see them adapt to current communication methods (I can text them, they email me, etc.), rather than just a typical phone system.

I am so glad that a colleague referred me to this clinic when I moved to St Catharines. Thank you for keeping my smile bright!

Dr. Tina is a highly professional Dentist who was very attentive to my needs and concerns. I had a bad experience with a previous dentist and Dr. Tina was totally reassuring and caring through my appointments, making me feel much more confident. Dr. Tina worked very quickly and accurately on my teeth but also at a pace that was catered for me. I totally recommend Dr. Tina as a Dentist, thank you!

It's truly rare to find a dental office this educated and accomplished, one that truly cares for their patients and going above and beyond each visit.

From the receptionist to the dental hygienists and assistants, especially the dentists themselves! A big shout out to Doctor Tina, Mo, Loren, Dana and a few others.

I had a highspot for 10 years minimum and you helped rid me of that pain in my first visit, and if only I had realised a teeth cleaning could be that relaxing with ZERO discomfort seriously. I know that I almost fell asleep but my s/o actually did during his!

You have helped me through taking care of my cavities and proper oral care amongst providing me with all my options yet caring enough to give me your honest and genuine opinion for the best and most convenient yet efficient outcome financially and physically.

I now have hope for my teeth after suffering through an accident in elementary. I had thought that my teeth would never be normal, or that I couldn't have my smile back and now my future is looking bright

Been going here for over 25 years since I was kid and they have always been really great. They don't try to sell you in things you don't need and involve you on the decision making with your health. I have lived across the country for 6 years and still come here for cleanings and any dental work whenever I'm home for a visit because thats how good they are

She has a very gentle hand-even when wrneching out my top wisdom teeth! She calmed my nerves with every concern and question and post-care visit. 5 stars is not enough for how I feel about the staff at Martindale Dental. My daughter had to have extensive dental work and is terrified of the dentist after a bad experience elsewhere. The entire staff was amazing. Jen at the front desk worked with me to ensure our benefits were covering the work, and kept me updated during surgery. Dr Tina is absolutely amazing. She is so kind and so gentle all while being professional. She is now the only one my daughter will let near her teeth. She put us both at ease throughout the process. I recommend Martindale to anyone and everyone. You get first class treatment from everyone who works there. Customer service at its finest. Thank you Dr Tina and team for making my daughters experience such a good one!
