I started coming here a few months ago and Dr. Makarin and assistant Tabi have been great. Dr. Makarin is patient when I ask him to explain again any of the procedures I am having completed. They have convenient hours and all the staff on reception are friendly.

Excellent clinic. The doctor is an amazing specialist and an excellent psychologist, because the child (4 years old) ran to the appointment with pleasure every time. Special thanks to the administrators - quickly, sensitively and correctly.

This place is a SCAM. Do not go there. The hygienist did not complete his job in 2 sittings. Left ONE tooth for 3rd sitting. Emptied my insurance plan. When I complained they offered me a sitting for 30 min (paid) for a plan, not completing the job but a plan, can you imagine? Big mistake of my life. They have become wild after pandemic.

Absolute pleasure and comfortable location to get all your dental issues resolved. I would highly recommend Nimal Sivadas at this location for you to consult and talk to. It was excellent talking to him and getting teeth cleaned:) highly recommend. BTW Nimal is a great human being apart from all his dental expertise.

After afew months I realized they are strict business with no humanity in place.
They refused to glue back my sone Marilyn Bridge requesting x-rays and initial consultation fees on top of the actual price.
Regardless of how much I tried to get a discount for my student not working son they refused.
They insisted that x-rays needed even though there was never a tooth in place just because of a wide cap between his teeth they added another tooth, so really x-rays? If course it was done by another dr with no x-rays and almost half price.
Now my 2 insurances pay 100% of all pre approved fees.
I just received a phone call oweing them 6 bucks! I will need to drive from hamilton all the way to burlington to pay it.even though last appointment we spoke about the 6 bucks and the dr told her not to worry about that.lol lol.not recommended

Nimal was lovely. Explained everything thoroughly and I came out with so much more knowledge about my teeth! The more I know the more involved I become in taking care of them so thanks for that! Might change my next appointment so I can use his services again. Cheers!

Very friendly staff and patient and skilled doctors. Went in for an extraction and they made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was quick and painless. The doctor constantly kept checking to see how I was doing.

We have had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Makarin and his staff. My child was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Makarin was very patient and spend a lot of time talking to my child, carefully examining teeth, paying attention to every detail and explaining everything clearly and patiently. The staff has been very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Makarin is very professional, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. We booked another appointment. It's not easy to find a good dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Makarin and his staff for kids and adults.

I’m not someone that likes going to the dentist but Dr Mays is wonderful. Gentle and caring and always does an amazing job. My teeth look great since the aligners and all the dental work she has done has been exacting and precise. She is a perfectionist and it shows. All the assistants are wonderful as well.

As a new patient of Martindale Dental, my experience have been great, Dentists and hygienists are highly skilled and experienced.

Administrative staff are always welcoming and efficient.

They are really great I fainted and they stayed with me proving oxygen and continued to take my vitals until the paramedics arrived. I’m very nervous when it comes to dental work and I can see they really tried and cared. I will be going back again

This a very serious post to warn anyone coming into this office to get dental services done. This office is very fraudulent in their profession. They don’t return calls and play a lot of phone games, the run around that happened to me was so unprofessional and time consuming and in the end the work has not been done and I’m pursuing this issue to the The Dental Association of Ontario and my insurance. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that is honest with proper Dentists that are professional and care just a very shady clinic.

Martindale Dental is the best dentist I've been to. I found them when I had sever tooth pain, and they were the only dentist open and ready to take me in immediately. Since then, I've had all of my fillings and procedures there. The customer service is friendly and super convenient. They text to book appointments and check in. As a young guy and recent grad, I appreciate that they are not just looking for money- they really care about their patients.

I hadn't been to a dentist in a very long time due to a bad experience I endured years ago. I seen there was a dental office located in the Burlington mall so I went home and thought for a bit so I decided to call and make an appointment. Well I can honestly say I am so glad I did. The receptionists are awesome and Dr Makarin my dentist and his assistant Tabby an ex co-worker are truly incredible! They make me feel so at ease and they are very caring. I thoroughly recommend Martindale Dental you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Mays is absolutely brilliant. I had absolutely terrible, crooked and demineralized teeth. I did clear correct for about a year with her and was extremely happy with the end result as well as the price. I initially did this through their St. Catharines office. I got additional cosmetic work done to fix the overall shape and aesthetic and Dr. Mays did an absolutely stunning job, I have never been more confident in my smile. She is dedicated to giving clients perfection and continued to rebook me for smaller adjustments that I wanted. She was able to do so at an affordable cost as she can free-hand composite veneers, it was one of the cheapest price points I could find. Overall it was a thrilling experience getting the perfect smile I've always wanted. Would recommend booking with Dr. Mays, she is extremely thorough.

I had a badly infected tooth. Could not eat or sleep for three months properly, I called a bunch of dentists who could do a payment plan as the Covid-19 has been financially hard no one would! One day I called Martindale they booked me for exam and x-rays, then my follow up was getting a extraction and they were willing to do payment plans but at the end of my extraction it was cheaper then I was told by anyone else and could pay on the spot! Was painless and the lady’s there made sure I was comfortable to every extent.

I came here to get my clear, correct and the process was wondering. Have my teeth are stubborn and had to do a second revision results were better, but one tooth would not move so Dr may did a filling to my top front teeth straight very pleased with the results.

I came to Martindale on a Sunday afternoon as an emergency patient with post dental surgery bleeding problem. They took the time and trouble
to find my surgeon's home number in their records, contact and update him, As a result he opened up his office and treated my situation. Dr. Kim and and Christine at Martindale were friendly, supportive and went the extra mile to deal with my situation

I have neglected the care of my teeth for approximately twenty years and during that time as you can well imagine several rather complex issues have developed. To satisfy one of my New Year's resolutions, I determined it was time to visit a dental clinic and get a bit of work done.

Martindale Dental is relatively new to the Burlington Mall and I felt they might be worth a try so I summoned the courage to approach the front desk and request an appointment.

From that moment on, I was met by welcoming personalities, expert and thorough examinations and an initial cleaning that was amazing.

My dental issues are many and complex so will take time to resolve but the good folks at Martindale have set my mind at ease, provided a clear course of action and an accurate estimate of the costs involved. I could not ask for more.

This will be the first of three reviews that I will provide - the second will appear at the halfway point of my treatment and the third at its completion.

If, like me you wish to find a Dental Clinic where your problems will be solved in a respectful and caring manner, I highly recommend you give Martindale a try.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a LONG time. I was experiencing some pretty intense pain in my lower right jaw as a result of some tooth decay in a filling that had fallen out from a previous dentist. I was seen within 30 minutes of walking in and filling out some quick paperwork.

The filling and decay removal was done quickly and painlessly and I can say that not only is the pain completely gone as of the next morning but the temperature sensitivity is also no longer an issue!

Staff and Dr. Kim we very friendly and they even knocked a chunk of money of my total which is very nice as I don't have coverage. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.

It's been a couple of years since anyone in our family had been to the dentist, largely because we had several bad experiences in Markham. Thankfully, Martindale is very friendly, accommodating and gentle. When a crown came off, they got me in right away, and fixed the problem without without fuss without charging an arm and a leg. Highly recommend them to anyone needing work.

The location at Burlington Centre is convenient and central. The hygienist, Gini, is gentle, thorough and lovely.

Have been a client at Martindale dental, for about a year and a half, along with great hours, and the ability to get appointments on the weekend, it is very convenient. The staff and doctor's at Martindale are very frofessional and take great time, to explain the course of action, to get it's patient's the best care possible. I personally am very impressed with all the great work and care, they have given to me and my family.tks so much!

The dentists here are remarkably great, minor issues with treatment but they were resolved immediately which I'm glad about. Would recommend Dr. Al-Saffar, she's very informative about the procedures.
