Seen Mackenzie for physio did great job and all the staff in back were friendly and welcoming

I was spending $75 for 30 minute sessions with about 5 mins of one on one time with the physiotherapist. You are left to do stretches on your own with little to no feedback while the physiotherapist is working on 3 or 4 other people at the same time. The physiotherapist acknowledged that I was not receiving enough one on one time but made no efforts to rectify the issue or offer a refund.

Kind and courteous staff. Made me feel most welcome. My friend Wanda recommended me to the clinic. I will also recommend as well
