Although I did not move forward with this firm, the free consultation process was extremely helpful for those seeking help. I was able to formulate my complaints and get a better sense of how I wanted to move forward. She gave me good insight, and you are actually able to speak with a lawyer, as opposed to a clerc who does the intake (then you have to pay for the actual consultation with the lawyer.) I had a 30 minute free consultation with Marvin where he was dismissive and did not want to answer any questions regarding mandatory vaccination policies in the workplace. His reasoning was there were no previous cases and could not give me an answer. Even when I asked if there were similar cases as this is new for everyone. He did not provide any advice or insight. He was rude and unprofessional, do not recommend.

I met with Mr Gorodensky for one initial consultation. I was told it would be for 30 minutes and free of charge. He kept the meeting going beyond that time, but I was not charged at all for the session. He appeared to be knowledgeable, if a touch arrogant (though, not enough to phase me). His hourly rate is quite high, however, compared to other employment lawyers I've dealt with (about $100/hr more).

I’m having a really hard time believing the 1-star reviews. I dealt with Anthony Lungu and was extremely impressed. He gave me terrific, honest advice, and my case was settled with exactly what he initially told me he felt I was entitled to (which was more than a couple other Employment lawyers told me - ones that advertise a lot on talk radio stations). I did NOT pay for any extra time in my initial consultation. I have referred many people to him and not one person had any complaints, and nor did they get billed for extra time in the initial consult, regardless if they had a case or not. I highly recommend Anthony, and no, I was not paid to write this review.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE 5 STAR RATINGS! If you want to waste your precious time and hard earning money on Marvin then you'll get JUST that. He's extremely unprofessional and arrogant.
