I have been going to Mary and Ernesto for about 4 years and I have never been disappointed. They have always gotten my colour just perfect and have kept my hair as healthy as possible! Absolutely amazing!

Yesterday I had the best experience with Mary and Ernesto. It was my first time having hair extensions. At the initial consult Mary took the time to answer all my questions and what to expect with having hair extensions. She rapidly ordered what I needed. The application process was quick (under 1 hour for full head) and Ernesto blended my hair in with the new extensions. The result is extremely natural, the extensions used are top quality. Post care was discussed in detail. Highly recommend this dynamic duo!

I can't say enough good things about both Mary and Ernesto! I had been apprehensive about getting extensions again as someone else had damaged my hair years ago; and I found them uncomfortable, installation took upwards of 6 hours, and I was constantly worried they would 'show'. I am so glad I found Mary and Ernesto online as they are both amazing at what they do.

Mary did two consultations with me because I changed my colour in between and she selected a perfect match. I decided on the Ultimate Hot Heads because I love that the tape is completely hidden and the extension looks like it is part of your hair.

After a perfect match and undetectable installation (in under an hour) Ernesto seamlessly blended them in so they move, bounce, and flow just like own hair.

I've had them in for a week now and they are comfortable and I never worry about them showing.

My only regret is not finding these two gems years ago!

A big THANK YOU to Mary and Ernesto for giving me back my peace of mind. I reached out to Mary to put on extensions after I had gotten a terrible haircut elsewhere. My old cut had no shape and didn’t suit my hair type because they’re so thick and stuck out like broomstick. It looked like short scarecrow hair! I have never gotten extensions before and was very nervous prior to meeting up with Mary. During our consultation Mary showed me samples of Hot Heads extensions that looked of excellent quality. She also recommended mixing up the color shades to soften up my look which I actually liked. However, the process would require to cut more hair on the back to blend them with extensions. Mary earned my respect when she saw my concerned look about cutting more hair and then advised me against putting on extensions until my hair was a bit longer. But I was desperate to get my hair fixed and then Ernesto came in the picture and gave me a beautiful bob cut. He actually didn’t cut my hair shorter but layered and shaped it so it framed my face. I went from looking like scarecrow to looking classy and elegant. And I have been receiving so many compliments on this cut. Mary and Ernesto thanks again and you have a won a customer for life!

I first visited Mary and Ernesto in the summer of 2019. I wanted to have more volume to my hair and Mary put in some beautiful tape in extensions. I was so happy with the results. I’ve had tape ins in the past but they never looked as amazing as the outcome I had with Mary. They looked so natural and glamorous. She matched my colour perfectly too. In the past my tape ins lasted about 6 weeks but Mary’s lasted over 8 weeks. I could probably have gotten away with a couple more weeks but wanted my roots done so decided to have them reapplied at the same time. Mary is the absolute BEST at her work. I cannot stress how happy I am with her work and will be a client for life. ️

Every time I have a service done the outcome is always spectacular! The service that Mary provides is always phenomenal. Her excellent clientele oriented service leaves me with the great results I expect. She really knows her product and is very detail focused. I come in for "Hot heads" extensions. They are an amazing product. They are applied in less than an hour and lasts for months. I went to Mary and Ernesto recently for a colour and a cut. I have to say in my 20 plus years in Toronto, I have never been so happy with the results of my hair appointment! The colour was perfect.which was no small feat considering that I had very long dark routes and wanted to transition to a cool icy blonde. The cut was amazing as well.edgy and fun and exactly what I wanted! They were super friendly and accommodating as well. I highly recommend them to anyone! I have finally found my "go to" hair people!

Mary and Ernesto are awesome! Mary is the only colourist who has NAILED my super ashy blonde. She matched the colour to my existing extensions perfectly. Ernesto blended my super short hair into the extensions with a beautiful cut as well.
My old salon charged almost double and never came close to this level of service.

It took four years and five hair colourists and finally I found Mary. My hair colour was perfect and so was my cut by Ernesto. Fabulous experience and can't wait to go back!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Mary and Ernie. I was referred to them by a friend a few months ago to help restore my hair from a bad color experience. They are awesome and we’re able to fix my hair. They make you feel like family and really take the time to know what you want and the best way to get there without damaging your hair. They provide honest and quality work, not to mention Ernie is hilarious lol!

Since I was referred I also got hair extensions put in and I LOVE IT! Mary is so knowledgeable at what she does. It didn’t even look like I had entensions put in.

I cannot recommend Mary and Ernesto enough! Mary worked actual magic on my hair, transforming it from grown out brown roots with bleach blonde ends to a gorgeous sandy blonde ombré melt. Ernesto gave me the perfect “barely a haircut” trim to help me grow my hair out. On top of their impeccable skills both Mary and Ernesto are just lovely people to be around and the energy in the salon is so warm and friendly. Mary is truly talented in what she does. I was desperate to have my hair back after surviving breast cancer and wanted to feel and look like my old self. Mary won my respect when she initially advised against putting in extensions until my hair was a bit longer. I'm glad I listened because when I returned to her a few months later, she did the most amazing job putting in my extensions - they look so natural! The length and color are perfect. I feel beautiful and confident. On top of being honest, genuine and kind, Mary is so good at what she does.

Mary was super nice. I had a very unfortunate pixie cut elsewhere and Mary put in extensions for me while it grew out. I wasn’t sure extensions were possible on such short hair, but Mary did a great job. She was generous to dye it to match complimentary. They also cut it multiple times to make sure I was happy.

Im going to start off by saying Mary is a hair extension goddess! My self esteem had been so low for so long after a terrible encounter with a colorist who burned off almost all my hair I didn’t think it would be possible to feel good again until I met Mary. I was a little nervous since this was my first time getting tape-in extensions but she went above and beyond my expectations, I have never been so happy and I am absolutely in love with my Tape-in Hair extensions. She also dyed my hair to the exact color I have been wanting since I first became a blonde. I am so lucky to have found her and definitely will be going back. She’s so friendly and has a great personality which makes the time fly by. My hair was extremely thin and short but she worked her magic and made me have the hair I have always been dreaming of. The amount of compliments I get on my new hair is incredible. So for anyone wanting look and feel amazing I would highly recommend Mary. Mary, is one of the most talented hair dressers I've ever had the pleasure of using! I currently have 16 inch hot head hair extensions in, and they blend flawlessly! I've had them several times before but never done by Mary, and I am confident I will use no one else. We spent time matching the colours, using two colours to match with my hair. The extensions arrived less than a week after my consultation and we applied them right away. She found time to fit me in, even though she had to take time out of her own day / break. I visited her a week later and got her to pop in highlights around my root area, which made the extensions that much nicer. I HIGHLY recommend her services; I am beyond impressed!
