Mary Brown's Chicken

The spicy chicken is actually spicy. That's coming from someone who loves spicy food. I like that they were willing to swap out two of the cinnamon biscuits for regular ones even after they packed my meal. Overall, good stuff

10/10 would come again. I’ve visited many locations and this specific one is my favourite by far. I ordered 6 pieces of FRESH & EXTRA spicy chicken, medium taters, medium gravy and two cans of pop. This is the first time I ordered extra spicy and truly received extra spicy chicken. Typically I have to come back to request more spicy seasoning but Nazreen delivered on the extra spicy request and exceptional customer service as well. Thank you, Nazreen and team for such a delightful visit and delicious food.

Really good stuff.the chicken sandwich I wasn't the biggest fan of.the fried chicken was phenomenal, the popcorn chicken was good.mac&cheese salad, awful. Will return.

Was there with my son for a quick MB lunch. Cashier was so polite and calm amidst the lunch rush hour.

Kitchen staff and entire team so efficient and hardworking.

When I got home, there was a thigh and a wing instead of a leg.
Everything else was good just disappointed in getting a wing

The staff here are the best. We went there on the National Fried Chicken Day for the deal and the line was long. The staff remained relaxed, handled all the orders with great smiles, talked to all nicely and in a very friendly and polite manner. Her customer serive level was better than the staff at 5 star restaurants!

Chicken and taters were great as usual, juicy chicken, crispy non-greesy everything. Highly recommended

They have the best hot chicken sandwiches. I love their chicken tenders too. We always go on Mondays to get their Monday deal.

The poutine should’ve been better. The fries were undercooked and the gravy was just overloaded. Not at all what it should’ve tasted like compared to other Mary browns

What sets this place apart from other locations is the excellent customer service! They've gotten my order correct always, instead of the Sandalwood and Chinguacousy location that gets it wrong all the time. When I ask for extra spicy mayo, I ACTUALLY get a sandwich with extra spicy mayo. Very friendly staff. The little things make all the difference. Wish this location was closer to my house.

Applicable in the time of Covid-19, but they have good social distancing guidelines in place, orders are made in a timely manner, and they are VERY patient, and absolutely amazing with customers. I brought the burger home, and it was still crispy, and very tasty. Would absolutely go back!

Love their chicken n sandwich.spicy fare that you'll love. Less oily compared to others and the pieces are medium sized.my go to place for fried chicken.

Best potato wedges I have ever had. Excellent chicken sandwich, meaty, best tasting, properly cooked, moist and not dried out. Thoroughly impressed with staff, very clean, friendly, and professional. Forget the rest and try the best, Mary Brown, we will be back, maybe next time for tailgate takeout for the #Raptors game.

One of the tastiest fried chickens I have ever had! I asked for spicy ones and to my understanding the heat comes from the red colored spices/sprinkles they spread on the chicken. Its was good but just felt that red spice is a bit salty, which actually made the whole thing salty when I chew it, may be they can reduce the amount of salt in that spice. Loved their coleslaw salad.looking forward to try their other stuffs!

Amazing service, had an issue with a missing item but they gave me a full credit plus the food back. Thank you guys so much I will be back accidents happen:)

The girl/guy at the front was very helpful in terms of helping me decide how much chicken to buy for 6 people along with other things, Very clean store as well and food was amazing. I think it’s all family not 100% sure, highly recommend.

Chicken sandwich was pretty good. However, messed up my whole order. Ordered chicken tender, they put none of it in my bag. Ordered 4 piece, gave me 3 piece of someone else’s order. Always check what they give you immediately. Service is not great, did not get an apology at all when I went in for refund. Never going back to this location.

The BEST chicken place! WAAY better than KFC and Popeyes. Their chicken pieces are huge, juicy and flavourful. A little more expensive than KFC and Popeyes, but TOTALLY worth it! Also, their tater fries are delicious and crispy! Everything was SOOO good and fresh. This was my first time going to Mary Brown's, definately will go more often!

The consistency of the taste and quality of the food at all Mary Browns has been great!
I want to commend the cashier for their very pleasant and friendly demeanor.
My only reason for not giving 5 stars is not having an independent washroom. Instead, you have to use an adjoining door to get to the gas station washroom.

Service was good, lacking greatly on space for dining (only 3 tables). Chicken tenders, gravy and wedges were Delicious! Family meals for chicken bone in only.but if you want their yummy chicken tenders then you have to order separate meals (no family option).

Very delicious, not so oily, juicy chicken at this place. The burgers called "Big Mary" are great as well. New to us, "Taters" are what everyone else calls wedges. They were also fresh and soft. And Colesaw has its unique taste as well.

Many of their branches serve Halal. You can even filter by Halal on their website under the location section, which is super convenient.

I cannot believe we did not try Mary Brown's all this time! Not sure if it's their low profile marketing or what but we were totally oblivious to their existence. The first we heard was from a friend and then we forgot about it & then last week there was a buy one get one deal via a mobile app which caught our eye and finally we tried it out.

They also have half price burgers on Mondays! Again, did not knew about it until the person at the counter mentioned it.

Overall, a very nice place and a perfect alternative for Popeyes.

I came to this restaurant because I got coupons in the mail. All the staff members were friendly and the food was delicious. The place is a bit small and we were lucky to grab a table, there's only 3 in total. Most people got take out, but if you can find a table jump on it

Absolutely delicious! Mary Browns just does it right, the chicken is full of flavour and never too greasy. The tenders are juicy and extremely tasty. Of course I can forget the tater tots! Have them with some gravy and you won't regret it. The staff are amazing, friendly and have a great vibe. My food took minutes to be come out and it was hot and fresh which was great. Overall well kept location, I am a local so I will be visiting frequently.
