The best fried chicken around. I love their nee Feast for 1. So darn good! Great staff as well.

Chicken is great but the gouging on the other hand is rediculous

Unimpressed with this penny pinching location. Extremely stingy wimpy portions. They give you better portions at any other location. I ordered waffle fries as a side and I kid you not there was only 5 waffle fries in the bag, I could literally count them. I’ve gotten waffle fries at the Erb location and they didn’t rip me off like this.

Horrible food quality at this Mary browns. Ordered Nashville potato tatters and big Mary sandwiches. Potato tatters tub was filled with oil and fried chicken in the sandwich had inedible layering.

First time here last week and have been here twice since. Had the 2 piece special all 3 times and just Fantastic all 3 times. Not greasy, lots of meat, hot and fresh. Excellent meals! Please keep up the good work and thanks for restoring my faith in Fried Chicken Chains. (Popeyes and KFC never again)

Waited for 30 minutes to pickup 6 pieces of Chicken and the place was empty, i think they are giving priority to online customers.also the girl that was serving us i think she doesn't want to listen.just gave me whatever she likes without listening my request - no utensils no ketchup mayo.

Walked in and I truly was impressed with the warm welcome smiling staff. Grate food. Other buissnis should go learn costumer service from this girls. 8pm Wed 24th

Excelente service and food quality. The restaurant was spotless, tables were cleaned immediately after use.

I only wish I had read all the reviews while I was waiting in line as there was certainly enough time to read them and even memorize a few. (Keep driving) And we were the only car in line. The fries were COLD, despite the long wait and soggy. The Nashville hot sandwich had less heat than if I just put ketchup on it. Disappointing. I had I been looking forward trying this. Hope I don’t get sick like some other reviewers did. Corporate. Pull the plug on this franchise. I doubt May Brown would even eat here. Too bad. There is competition you know.

Customer service was exceptional! Our drive thru attendant was efficient and positive and did an excellent job.
Unfortunately, the food was extremely bland. Everything we ordered was hot and fresh, but there was absolutely zero flavour. Our whole family was very disappointed. We will likely not return.

Tried it for the first time in 30 yrs. Service was very good as was the chicken dinner. Hot and fresh. Will definitely go back.

New place at Waterloo location. The place is clean and spacious. The spicy chicken is spicy. It's good except too salty. The tater seems some not cook through.

Basically got told to wait 15 minutes witch sucked because i was on a time schedule then i cam back 15 minutes later and boom was told another 10 minutes.i could have driven to my nomal MB and probably have gotten it sooner witch is a 15 minute drive away rip.dont think ill be going back because i went for chicken at a mainly chicken store and waiting 30 minutes for chicken is just not for me i guess.maybe they where just slow this one time.id give a 2 but it was not that bad.

I have been to this location 4 times already, I'm really surprised how good their chicken is, it's not too oily like other fried chicken franchises and it tatse really good, will definitely be back, and the most important thing is their employees are very professional and welcoming despite other places.

Our first time at a Mary Browns and was so happy with the customer service at this location. The staff were really polite and patient as we ordered and the food was fresh and hot (and actually spicy). They were especially kind with my two year old daughter. We’ll be back!

I ordered online. My order was on time and correctly made. The chicken was done just right, fresh and hot. Also it was not sweet with sugar, which some other places are. Definitely going back!

Have now ordered from here 2 times. Both times the potato wedges were almost soggy and no crunch to them.like they have been sitting around too long. This last time the coleslaw was bitter and discolored. Thinking it is old.as no way does fresh coleslaw taste this bad. Very disappointed. Will stick to getting it at Erb St.or Stasburg Rd. Has always been good from these locations s.

Have always wanted to hit a Mary Brown's and finally did it. Spicy Big Mary combo was awesome and just hot enough. Very clean and the gentleman who served us was super friendly. It was really busy with a bit of a wait but it was worth it. I'll be back!

Food was hot and fresh but its changed from what i was used to from mary Browns i think they air fry now and it totally changed the taste of the taters and chicken.on their site they use the word cookers instead of fry or air fry and i like air fried food but when yur looking for a familiar taste Then anything otherwise is kind of a let down but it was a good product just lacking in flavor a little bit and some of the locations turned into Mr. Bowens which the taters are exactly the same as old school Mary Brown's taters but they didnt seem to last in biz for what ever reason.

Ordered 2 Burgers for dinner, both burgers completely pink, called In just looking for a refund and was told it was impossible my chicken wasn’t cooked right. Unfortunately this will be my one and only trip here. Manager didn’t care to address my concern. Didn’t believe me. The employee who answered the phone was very nice and seemed concerned about my food but the manager was basically calling me a lier. Would not recommend.

The owners of this location are very friendly and try to go above and beyond with their customer service. Honestly, not something that is found many places anymore, especially in fast food. They have a lovely patio and we brought our dog one day hoping to sit out there, but it wasn't set up yet. The owner happily set up the patio for us so we could eat outside with our dog. The food is also pretty tasty. We'll be back:)

My friend Naison suggested Mary browns. Food is extremely delicious. The chicken is so fresh and crispy. I suggest to my friends as well.
I also like Regular Bigmary with taters.

I had awesome experience with Mary browns chicken. This is first time in Canada I am tasting such a fresh abd crispy chicken.
