Mary Brown's Chicken

This is not my first visit but this time the take out was fresh and tasty. The staff was polite and friendly. The wait was as given over the phone. Approx. 20 mins. And order was filled correctly.

I was orded today checken popcorn in Shelburne marybrowen, fast it so later then and also the food was so bad and to dry and over cooked look like plastic. I am not gonna come back this story any more. Thanks zahid

I personally always love may brown but not all location are the same.i am happy we have one in shelbourne. This place is always clean the staff in front are really nice the food is always fresh. Great job.

The food is good and the staff is attentive. It's a small restaurant so seating is very limited.

Food is good. Glad to have them in town. But there is always a long line when we go. They don't answer the phone and you can't order online as advertised. Location comes up as closed.
They need delivery drivers.

On a busy long weekend very impressed at how fast and efficient the staff processed the orders. Food was fantastic and delicious Best Mary Browns ever and I have visited 6. H

First order there and they screw it up.not a good start. They punched it in correctly and yet put the wrong stuff in the bag. I will add that they corrected the issue and made up for the discrepancy and the chicken was good.

Very nice staff and service. The buffalo chicken tender combo was amazing. Only downside is the chicken was not too crispy, but I think that might be because of the sauce. Overall excellent and will return!

This is the second time I visited this place first time order was taken good food was served good but today, i ordered for eat in but they packed for eat out and i ordered spicy chicken they given me regular chicken.when i told the chicken is not spicy they literally given chilly power to me. I didn’t make a fuss about that when the lady in kitchen said thats how they make spicy chicken, but when I tried to put it on my regular chicken it was not the same as we buy spicy chicken. The chilly powder was accumulated in one place over the chicken and was horrible.
I was disappointed with the service and felt like i wasted my money …. Please try to keep your service standards. Was very happy to have new restaurants opening in Neibourhood but please don't make customers feel like they wasted money coming to your place.

This buisness falsely advertised being open for business. [Since my first posted review] the store is now open and the staff was great, very friendly and the chicken is tasty a little pricey compared to competitors however, no acid reflux after eating so that is a bonus

Went at 801 and was denied at door after someone just walked in, in front of me and told sorry closed I get that I was a minute late but guy was rude and you let the person in front of me go in and order. First experience and last always will support Mary browns but this franchise I will refuse poor customer service

I came to this place and they gave the best food ever. The cashier recommended me some good food to eat. 5/5?
