Awesome restaurant. With Awesome customer service. Our order taker was very pleasant and helpful.

Terrible customer service. They messed up our order and refused to refund our money, when they couldn’t replace the order with hot food as they had shut down their equipment. The Buffalo sandwich came with a huge piece of lettuce butt that just ruined the overall experience.
They even had their dine in shut down by 9PM when the store officially closes at 10PM. It was a major inconvenience to sit in the car and have dinner when we came in to dine in based on the hours on Google.
Ive been to other Mary Brown’s and this is by far the worst.
Overall, hugely disappointed. Never going here again.

Very tasty chicken. The mashed potatoes and taters are so good with their gravy. Call ahead with order for easier pick up.

Quality deteriotating. Had 9 piece meal a few days ago at Georgetown franchise, which only had 1 breast, the rest was tighs, drumsticks and wings (and price is significantly up). Have had much better quality in the past. Will switch back to KFC across the street.

I love mary browns. Stafff is very friendly and polite. Whenever I dine in they always check on me. This is something which you don’t see much in fast food restaurants.

I've been going here on and off since they opened with no issues. Recently I heard that the chicken has been under cooked and pink, sure enough I went Monday Jan 16/23 around 4: 15pm and my order was almost all pink. It was an 18 piece feast so that was very disappointing to say the least.

We usually get delivery and almost every order there is something missing. When we follow up with the store they say we can come in and pick it up which defeats the point of delivery. What if we didn’t have a car? It can be frustrating and has steered us away from being a regular customer. The food is always good; when it arrives

Good food. Excellent service. The gentleman at cash was great. Very polite and respectable. He had a positive attitude and did well with handling all the task presented with. The food was fresh and delicious.

I'd love to give 5 stars as it's a new business in the area and I want to be supportive but the first time I went, they prepped and gave me my meal with no cutlery or napkins. The other more important issue is that the wax paper between my chicken melted and ruined the taste of my chicken. I also was charged an additional dlar for 2 thighs which I was fine with but now my second time here they charged me only 50 cents leading me to believe that I got ripped off 50 cents the first time. 50 cents is no big deal but the inconsistency is more my concern.

Update: still love Mary browns but this location is becoming unbearably inconsistent. Now it's 1 dollar upcharge for an extra thigh (I can accept this) but the kicker is that if I pay an extra buck for the thigh, I get an additional 50cent charge for all dark. So it's a dollar to get an extra thigh and an additional 50 cents for the end result which is all dark meat. But if I asked for all white meat, I wouldn't have to pay the extra 50 cents. This just makes no sense

I’m done with this place, I’ve gone 3 times and each time I specifically ask for hot sauce to be put in the bag and remind them at the window but each time there’s never any hot sauce. It’s the only reason I come here but I won’t be again. It’s not that hard to put it in the bag after being reminded twice!

Charged me the wrong price, $12 over what I should have been charged. Waited 20 minutes for my food to be WRONG. Can’t follow basic instructions. Would not get again

Food is fresh and great! The gravy is absolutely amazing. We did have an issue with our order but the Team made it right. Definitely going back and highly recommend!

Hi, I visited the store around 6: 05 pm on 7th April, 2022. I was picking up an order for SkipTheDishes but the customer service was so poor and rude that they made me feel like I am not a human. The manager shouted from the back to specifically ignore the “SkipTheDishes guy” and serve the “real customer”. When I asked them how long it is going to take, I was told that they have their priorities and I am certainly not on that list as they made me feel that it was my fault that I waited there for 15 minutes already. When asked if there is any management I can speak to, the server guy at the front told that the lady shouting is The manager, the shift supervisor and the GM and there is no one else. I asked if I can speak to an owner maybe and who he is, he said that our owner is a “human” and he cannot disclose that person. No apologies for this behaviour as they all ganged up against me. I decided to leave that place with a smile for the sake of my sanity. I hope someone contact me soon regarding this. Thank you!

Bought a 9 piece meal today and all of the chicken was all undercooked! It was good when they first open but I don’t know what is happening and it wasn’t even that busy. Just had to recook them

The chicken itself is decent, it was moist and tender. I don’t like the fact that it has MSG. The sides to me are very lackluster. The fries were soft and I don’t like the coating. The coleslaw was OK but it was this miniature little container. I think it was just ok…not terrible or great.

Not very impressed with the order (quality of the food), just not like what it use to be. Probably will continue ordering from KFC.

My father and I first visited this location a couple weeks ago for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how great the food was. We ate there again for the second time along with my mother and again the food was phenomenal yes there was a little bit of a wait but it was definitely worth it. The service is always helpful and friendly and this location will definitely be our go to Mary Browns from now on 10/10…

I have been to this location 3 times including today. The staff is courteous and friendly. The chicken & the sandwich is amazing. I will continue to go there for the chicken & service. Well done I will keep coming back. Keep up the wonderful service and the great chicken.

This location is not recommended to anyone.
Please go somewhere else to eat rather than wasting your time here; there is only one girl in the front who handles the drive-through, front orders, and packing the foods, and she was so rude. I waited more than 35 minutes for my order. I don't know if they may have a shortage of staff or something. There were three customers inside the store and three cars driving through and they kept responding like, "We are so busy. " Oh really?

I love Mary Browns but if you're out of lettuce mention it! I'd prefer no lettuce over the brown mush I just scrapped off my bun. ‍️

No issues with the staff. Issues with the price. They have family meals for the same price I just paid for a 3 piece meal.

Update:
It's the same price to order uber from brampton and have it delivered for the same prices this establishment charges for pick up and gives smaller portions.

My wife and I had never tried Mary Brown's until this location opened up a little over a year ago. We have never used the drive-thru, but wether pre-ordering on the app or walking in we have never had an issue with service or the quality of food. Although we never had KFC or Popeyes on a regular basis, Mary Brown's is now a staple in our take-out rotation!

The chicken doesn't taste anything like a proper Mary Browns. Totally different. Giving 3 stars just because of nice customer service
