Mary Brown's Chicken

The food was not great, but mostly because of my personal taste, however the fries were still a little cold and under cooked.

That said, it was fantastically friendly and clean in there. Strangely I would 100% go back there, as it is clearly a well cared for location, and happy crew.

I visit this store multiple times and i see this man with a long white beard - asian guy roaming both across the front and in the back.i have seen him working in the kitchen too.and all of this without a beard net or proper sanitization process.i wish to report this issue to health and safety authorities too since i have found hair in my food multiple times I am sure its because of these not followed.he was rude to other staff too while talking to old lady at the front he had no respect

I used to manage this location so I know the menu and the policies like the back of my hand. The Buffalo Big Mary sandwich that I received on Sept 6th between 12-12: 30pm was disgusting and disappointing. It was not tossed in Buffalo sauce it looked like they added a bit of sauce after the fact. There was so much ranch on it I can’t taste the Buffalo sauce at all. I am 21 weeks pregnant and I have been thinking about this sandwich for a week. I don’t know what is going on with this location but my last 3 orders I have been disappointed. A bit more supervision and quality control needs to take place in the kitchen. I order from here because the recipe is the same and the build is the same every time. I used to be able to count on it. Now I’m spending money on items that don’t measure up to the standards Mary Browns work so hard to build.

Getting a little disappointed with Mary's. Food is still good but prices are getting a little out of touch. 32 bucks for two Mary burger combos? Nope.

Got it for my daughter, if you like deep fried food then it's good but not food for me

Best chicken restaurant I have been to. Friendly service, amazing food everytime. I wish we had one closer to home.

I actually went to Osmow's next door for lunch and stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for one of the 3 people behind the counter to acknowledge their only customer standing there. I waited a few minutes and then left because I did not feel welcome. I went next door to Mary Browns and was very promptly greeted by a young man as I entered. He was friendly and seemed happy to take my order and serve me. It was the complete opposite of what I had experienced next door. The food was fresh and hot and the restaurant was clean. So happy I decided to come here. Management is doing everything right. Keep up the great work!

I love the food but the last experience we had was so upsetting.we ordered a taters poutine and got a normal one.we didn’t even receive our drink.its on us for not checking properly before leaving but its truly on them to make sure everything is correct.

Every time i come here, im greeted with exceptional service and such happy employees.
Barrington, i believe, is the gentlemans name that serves us quite frequently. He is great, and you all should be very happy to have someone like him serving your customers! I will continue to come back for a long while!

THERE IS A MOUSE RUNNING AROUND IN HERE. IM OUTTA HERE!

There was an employee eating in the dining room this time (not a problem for me obviously they eat too!) however they were playing some show on their phone and it was very loud. It disrupted my wife and I having a conversation with our kids so it kind of put me off. Otherwise this would be four stars.

Honestly if you want amazing Chicken and probably the best gravy in Sudbury come here yeah a little pricey but the quality is worth it

I tried the Big Mary with a small poutine and they were both delicious!

One of the very few halal options in Sudbury. Offered to show us the halal certification before we even asked to see it which was very a very positive approach by the staff to served us. The food was far better than most fast food chicken chains we tried around the area. It was fresh and flavor and the dips are pretty good too we got the MB side kick it’s bit sweet but compliments the chicken well. Would definitely recommend anyone who likes a good fried chicken too Check it out. Again the staff there are very polite and patient.

. April 15 went to use the app which i had a 250 dollar gift card on and when i finished ordering the app told me i had no money left, well this was the only place i ve used this gift card i bought 3 meals all were 38 dollars and change, well needless to say someone I believe scammed the remaining balance on my gift card that works there, I ve called the restaurant and no one has called me back. So people do not put your credit cards or bank cards on the app cause some one is skimming there, I like the food there but now i will have to just go in and order, also can not order over the phone for tak out
