Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters

Was there last night had 2 3 peice meals with wedges the wedges where under cooked and mushy threw them out but every thing else was amazing.

Friendly and fast food wait time, staff always helpful and nice to the customer and offer great food at this restaurant. Over all love the popcorn chiken its like drugs lol

Big Mary spicy is actually the hottest chain chicken sandwich. Pretty damn good. The store's little cramped for space but other than that it's great

This place always closes so early.im here rn at 8: 20 and theyve got the open sign off but there are still workers there just chilling.if they dont want my business then ill just goto popeyes. Whatever.

Forgot I hated this place and went back today. 20 minute wait for chicken.all they sell is chicken. What a joke.

Asked for all drumsticks in my combo… does that look like all drumsticks? Also forgot my drinks too, your service at this location is a total joke lately. It’s not hard to look at an order written down and fill it with what’s needed, or at least I thought so.do better

Tasty chicken and wedges. Staff are friendly and quick. Store is clean and when not too busy well run

Only 2 issues. 1st - It gets so busy in there that they should consider a bigger location. 2nd - Paper bags that fall apart before you leave the building.

Buffalo big Mary had a squirt of Buffalo sauce on it lmao forgotten items just all around garbage restaurant well this one in particular Atleast.

Always a good visit fast and prompt. They get through a line up very fast

Pretty good location. Chicken was cooked well, wedges were amazing and they had everything fast. One of the better chicken places in Clarington

Staff isn't always friendly. Especially during covid they were really rude. Saw them throw out an older guy and not honor his exception

Don't honor exemption or medical excemption. Treats u like a second class citizen. U can sue for sure

First time going here and I have to say, it could be an alternative to my usual chicken spot when I'm in a jam. The chicken seemed less greasy than my usual spot (but the grease is free and sometimes the best part, am I right?). I also liked their potato wedges better than the other guys fries. To he honest I actually hate the fries at my usual place, lol.

Mary Brown's is pretty good. I did want fries the one day but they gave me wedgies, but all well. No complaints otherwise. Oh and I like the spicy chicken they have now its actually pretty good.

Always fast service and quick preparation of food. They have never messed my order up, which is starting to be a large ask at fast food restaurants

Here they serve full size chicken, not like some of the competition, less fatty and great taste. And the taters is a nice change from the lousy fries most other places offer.

Really impressed with MBC. Chicken is moist, tasty and delicious. Tried their spicy chicken and it was great. Chicken is fresh and so much better than Popeye's (which I used to like but they've gone downhill). And those taters are awesome. Loved MBC as a kid. Love em even more as an adult. Great job turning things around. This location was fast and the food was hot and fresh.

The foods delicious at Mary Browns wherever you go, but this review is mainly for the girl working cash who very patiently and kindly dealt with the customer who ordered after me who was a total handful and seemed super picky and kind of aggressive. Good job to her!

Good thanks for letting us use bathroom after 2 years of not letting. Big trip had to go bad nearly never came back. Food -wash hands go policy spent over 50 no can't use. Don't be mean.

Best chicken PERIOD! The staff are always nice.the food is always perfect.my only gripe is I wish there were more Mary Brown's locations. Can't get enough lol

Great selection, great prices, always fresh and a Canadian company too! Perfectly spiced. The Big Mary special on Monday is great way to get a great meal at and incredible price.

I got two big Mary's. One of them was fine, the other one was a small mary. Looked like they used a mini bun and chicken

Every time we order lately the food gets progressively worse. No dip for chicken. The twists are soggy. Our chicken tender looks like a piece 9f popcorn chicken. So disappointed. Gonna have to go back to KFC

I went to this location after having a rough day. I honestly have yet to encounter a staff like this one. Especially with Jessica, she was attentive and straight to the point. Even made recommendations. But most importantly she was very polite. Great staff great food

I pull off the 401 to grab a bite to eat at this location regularly, and it is one Mary Brown's location where I have NEVER been given food that was anything other than completely fresh. They clearly do not let things like wedges and the Big Mary sit around for long, and the people I have encountered there have been very helpful, despite having very limited space to work in during the pandemic!

They served me when I didn't have a mask on. Take that, doomers.edit: Apprently they changed their mind! Too bad.

Just ate there again for the first and second times after the pandemic began (it was so good I went twice!) - food is better than it's ever been, and it was already great! Keep up the good work!

Usually a great meal.this time they forgot the macaroni salad which is understandable sometimes but no apology after driving back to get it.not very good customer service

Service always with a smile, prompt and food is hot not earned under lamps for who knows how long.

Won't take orders over the phone. Have to go in to order. Yet orher Mary browns will. This just shows these people put themselves before the customer. Worried about 1 or 2 people not showing up over inconveniencing many people.

Never a bad meal from Mary Brown's. Quality of the chicken is always excellent. Taters and gravy make the meal. OK - it's not "health food", but it does satisfy a craving once in a while.

Haven't been to a Mary's Browns in ages, not sure why, because it was delicious, better than Popeyes, tried the strips and a sandwich and fries, all delicious!

Love the size of the chicken pieces and the cheese macaroni. I pick Mary browns over KFC any day

Today’s visit was the icing on the cake to several less than satisfactory visits lately. The girl at the till spoke little English, I ordered a full chicken family meal costing over $30 but lo and behold when I got home I had no taters or gravy‍️ I won’t be back. 10/30/2020

Service hasnt been very good recently 2 times now ive asked for a spicy mary they gave me regular the 2nd time i brouggt it back got 2 work no lettuce or mayo.i was fuming

Good Big Marrys bad ordering experience. Like over 15 people Jammed in the store waiting for there orders. At least everyone's wearing a mask. Maybe should be giving out plastic order # tickets aka # 15 is ready
