Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters

You not gonna get a better taste anywhere especially in the chicken, so juicy fresh, the customer service is amazing. Sejal (the girl with the dimples) welcomes you with a beautiful smile on her face, I strongly recommend this place whenever you crave for chicken!

I absolutely love this location. I have left a review in the past for Mona for her amazing customer service and talent for making everyone feel special. Well today, I had a rough day at work and I thought seeing her would cheer me up. Unfortunately she wasn't working. But there were 3 cards from customers and an award for her on the counter. This was amazing to see that her efforts are appreciated. Well today Sejal showed me it is everyone at the location who is amazing. I had another fantastic experience. I truly hope this location gets recognized for their amazing team. Thank you. You genuinely warm my heart with your friendly service.

I usually visit this location of Mary Browns. Last week I made another visit and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by employees Sejal and MK. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and efficiency significantly enhanced my dining experience. They went above and beyond to provide me with fresh cooked chicken which I thoroughly enjoyed. Kudos to them for making my visit memorable and kudos to Mona for hiring such great team members. Will definitely come back for more!

The experience was amazing as the staff and owner were so energetic and welcome with the big smiles. Also, the food is so delicious, a must try place to go with your friends and family.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such kindness. I’ve honestly never experienced this kind of customer service anywhere in my life. Mona was fabulous. Her infectious smile, kindness, and generosity will forever hold a special place in my heart. If I could give her service 10 stars, I would. I placed an order tonight on ubereats. Why the f-k did you accept my order if the restaurant was closed? !? Idiots! I waited an hour! If you cant use computers, if u can’t read english dont do business! No one wants people in service who can’t do their jobs!

Every time we go, they have to make the food.wait 15 to 30 minutes. Never was like this before, it's rediculous.

First time trying and I loved. The chicken is fresh, the salads very tasty. And what about the straberry chesecake dessert! OMG! It's a place to try and it's worth the trip

Fresh and heavenly food, a tranquil environment and a friendly staff. Nothing else a customer wants!

Most times service is good, but I have ordered through the app paid in advance and when I went to app pickup line, clerk looked after walk in people before looking after us in the app line. Why use the app if this is how they treat people that use it. Time I got my food it was soggy and not hot.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal. The owner Mona she is absolutely amazing and so sweet and welcoming, happy, polite and cheerful Servers are also great and always efficient. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat a great meal either with family or friends. Never liked Marry browns before to honest but going to this location changed my mind about Marry browns. And now I don’t mind the drive from Milton to this location because I know I won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to revisit soon:)

My husband came home with takeout from the Eramosa location, with what was to be chicken tenders & Nashville taters. And instead, we got 3 boxes of taters and 2 cups of Nashville taters… when he called to tell them their mistake they didn’t even offer to fix it. They just said “must have been a miscommunication” and that was it - and he was speaking to the woman who took his order at the store. How is asking for chicken tenders and you screwing up a miscommunication? And without offering to fix it? Horrible customer service. Won’t be back.

Great food but the ladys Mona and the other lady are amazing.with all respect they make harder to eat in another place.definitely I'll come back for the food and customers service.thanks

When they said spicy, they delivered - Great!
Coating is not too thick, and not greasy.
I enjoyed it! They could use more staff at 6 PM.

This particular Mary Brown's takes the cake, easily. They make a mean Buff Mary. And the service is fast and immaculate!

I come here every Monday for the fresh Big Mary sandwich during my lunch break! The staff is friendly and the environment is great:) The prices could be a bit cheaper and the wifi should be offered for free to attract more customers! Overall the food is always hot and fresh and I enjoy bringing my family here:)

Ordered a 18 piece feast and tater poutine for delivery they stated would be delivered within the hour.over one hour and 30 minutes had passed and I called back to find out the employee who had taken my order did not even place it.no compensation was offered 2 hours later still nothing has arrived horrible experience would not recommend

. 2.5 hours after I ordered food 4 delivery.no delivery. I called and they said they can't find the order. Then said they will deliver it I pay cash only. This place is a mess. Worst customer service EVER.
