Very good food, halal, and tastes healthier compared to other fried food shops. Meat is tasty and fresh, wedges are amazing and packed with flavour. Cant go wrong with a visit and you’ll thoroughly enjoy the food.
Say again, I also buy here but like you said I'm a skip driver so, don't you leave the food on a table without any warmer isn't that food getting colder, and I was not rude, I always collect from ur store with my bag and yes I forgot my bag and I told ur unprofessional fake smiling staff that let me dilever thus order the food is getting cold and it will take time for skip to reassign this order but again, don't think you are responding to just a driver, for your knowledge 3 things, food got wasted, I have to wait half an hour to get it cancel, means I couldn't work and lastly, important the costumer waiting for food didn't get their food, you talking professional with me, check ur cameras and you'll know how long the food was placed on the counter in aircodition getting cold, I'm sure you know I am not wrong but you have been lieing about my behavior lieing about me being rude and I'm sure ur cameras can prove it, do your job and stop getting aggressive, I'll be back as a costomer soon dear, and I'm sure I can speak with your corporate Marybrown about this incident letting them know how you are handling food before the dilevey even they have provided you with keep the food hot cases, let me see how you corporate works hope not like you
I always order through the app and my order is always ready when they say it will be ready. The food always tastes great and they have had some great deals. I have never had an inaccurate order, they get it perfect every time. Great job!
New customer to this brand. Friendly service with good help to explain menu options. Chicken is nicely seasoned, not overly salted and cooked tender. Delicious. I've been back 3 times already.
I don't know what the fuss is about with this place. I've had it before and it's never been great, so it's not just this location. It's close to KFC in that the skin and texture is soggy, greasy, and not crunchy like Popeyes. The honey bbq seasoning is good but the chicken is too wet, too soggy, and too expensive. $4.75 for one thigh that was small and mediocre. This is a little better than KFC, but Popeyes is significantly better than both.
Their Monday special sandwich which is 'Mary brown sandwich' amazing taste and amazing price. It's a very busy place specially on Mondays. One thing I have to say. They are maintaining their quality as before
Good good. Chicken is moist and not very oily like other places. I got the spicy one and my husband got regular. Spicy was quite hot. But I enjoyed it.
Whenever there is a special or online order deal, this location does not accepts orders via their app or the promo orders, this week there was fried chicken day, and this location was close for business on their app.
Purchased on National fried chicken day. The chicken was good but this location failed at keeping up with orders. I understand it was busier than expected but I was lied to several times on when my order will be ready. I waited 2 hours because from the moment I walked in, I was told 15 minutes. Then another 15, then another 10 and before I knew it, 2 hours passed! Why not be honest from the start and I would have cancelled my order? They should be making orders based on time received. My kids were asleep when I got home so it went into the fridge and it doesn’t taste the same. The owner was present and kept saying he doesn’t do business like this yet kept allowing people to make new orders. No compensation like a salad at least. I saw people coming in, the clerk told them 15mins but girls in the back were saying 45-1 hour. Why keep lying?
Standard fried chicken and decent Sandwich but the issue here is the price, does Mary Brown have to raise the price to compensate for the lack of sales compare to the big chain competition like KFC and Popeyes? In all probability yes, whether Mary Browns can remain competitive in the long run due to rising inflation remains to be seen.
I want to highlight my experience I had with this location recently. On July 3rd I visited and was greeted warmly by your staff member Aman who I wouldn't forget her name due to the patience and kindness and overall spectacular customer service she showed me while I was figuring out what to order. She made it feel like she took her position with pride and wanted to make the customer leave with a big smile which is exactly what happened with me. Most other places just want to rush you on ordering and making it such a cold impersonal experience but can't say I experienced that here with my visit and credit goes to Aman and the rest of your staff who made me feel good about choosing the right place to eat. I ordered the Big Mary combo and it was absolutely delicious and was fresh as fresh can get and the presentation was top notch so kudos to the workers in the back for making their food with care and patience and not just thrown around in the box. I will be definitely coming to this location again and will recommend to all my peers. Keep up the great job guys!
Normally I have nothing but high praises for Mary Brown's. The chicken is always well cooked, and the taters are always amazing. Except for yesterday. Wasn't feeling well and I decided to pop in and pick up some dinner. Great service, friendly staff and all. Customer service has never been an issue. The store was empty so I placed my order and waited.
Got home and was sooooo disappointed. The taters were not well cooked at all, in fact they were soft and undercooked. The chicken was the same. Everything is so expensive right now and having a meal out is a treat for us. I spent over 60 dollars on our meal and everyone was just so turned off the rest is sitting in the fridge. Even my son complained that the taters weren't the same and my son never complains about these. He didn't even finish his plate.
I was not in the mood to drive all the way back there, so there it is. Not sure what happened but it was a lot of money spent for a flop at dinner. The leftovers will hit the green bin as no one will finish it. Usually the leftovers are great the day after. Not yesterday. Very very disappointed
The food taste good but the portion size and price is not worth it. The size of the chicken burger is small and barely has any mayo and lettuce in it. I got a big Mary sandwich and it was not filling. Overpriced for something small.
Placed the order through their Mobile app and was ready within 15 minutes. Went to the store told my name and they brought my order. Food was fresh. The Big mary is a real mouthwatering sandwich. Definitely recommend their taters.
I absolutely love the fried chicken here. The staff is very fast service and friendly. Special thanks to Raquel for her being so accommodating to my request, still can't eat fries without a splash of mayo.
Very very very poor customer service remember a customer is not Obligated to come to your place of business pleasing your customers is the GOLD of all business in any form mary brown your food might taste good but I will not come back to your place of business again Erin mills parks way location of poor customer service
4/5 quick service, quality meal. Loved the buffalo chicken sandwich. Chicken pieces though a bit cold not fresh, but good taste. Spicy doesn't mean to sprinkle red chilli powder on top of chicken pieces, it should be spicy by marination too.
Really tired of this location. Gave it a chance more than once its not working for them unless MB in general is deteriorating. Will anyone care, no, we are in the GTA.worst customer services, worst quality, high prices. If this quality of food and service was anywhere else in Canada that brand would have closed since ages
The owners of this location make sure that the customers are always getting the best service. My wife and I go to this location regularly and the place runs very efficiently and in an organized fashion. If you enjoy cold slaw, this place had the best in Mississauga. The chicken and burgers are delicious and not the oily kind you find at other chicken places. The best are the taters are mouth watering. It's a flavorful experience anytime we go there.
I was eating their chicken burger, and I noticed something come out of my chicken, it literally looked like a very small piece of white floss and had its atributes too, I tried ripping it and it wouldn't rip. It literally looked like floss, I am not sure what it was, nonetheless I am not sure if someone was flossing their teeth during their shift or it was something else.
Enjoyed their Big Mary chicken sandwiches. Also ordered a bucket of chicken, split half and half between original recipe and spicy. Note to self: Order 100% original recipe in the future, as their spicy is super spicy!
As far as fast food go, one of the best chicken burgers. They might just serve chicken based items but they do it right. They got a bunch of different types of chicken burgers and they keep this true for the rest of the menu. 2 different types of cheese for the poutine, shreded or curds, combined with the 3 diffent types of fries and that gives you 6 options for the poutine alone. Even got variety for their desert. Try their Cadbury Caramilk Cup.
We haven’t been to Mary Browns in ages and were very pleased with the 3 piece special we picked up tonight! Also was happy with their CoVid19 set up and protection for customers and staff! Only thing was I didn’t see any hand sanitizer readily available to customers.
Mary Brown's is my go to fried chicken shop. Rarely a bad experience. Portion size is good. Chicken is tasty, never greasy. A choice of Taters or fries accompany the chicken. Price is reasonable. Savings can be had if they are running a promotion or by filling out the survey.
We have tried this restaurant a few times now. First, service is really good and food is fresh. I forgot to order cole slaw last time and when I requested later, they were courteous to not charge me for it. I will repeat.
Very impressive service. Today I visited there and my order was late due to long list of food. I was waiting there, owner came to my table and offer fries and water. Food is also tasty and fresh.
We regular here.but Went today with my kids (Eid 2nd day) August 12th st 3 30 pm. My kids were wearing traditional clothes.and when we get inside the restaurant the staff / cashiers started laughing so hard that the girl at the cash was unable to take our order. My kids 14 12 and 8 felt very uncomfortable they just wanted to leave the place but I insisted to finish eating. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE very bad behaviour.ruined our mood!
Friendly staff, always greet you with a smile. Great quality food. They serve it right to your table, a little thing, but for a fast food restaurant it’s big points. They bring the food quick as well. Only good things to say about this place!
New to area and had a coupon in the mail, so decided to try a new brand Mary Brown @Erin Mills - walked in Sunday evening and asked for Spicy & dark - was told sorry not available - only Regular & white - D uh why spend money on coupons if you dont keep the place stocked - this is a fast food joint, not fine dine - so guys step up - anyhoo went back disappointed.tch tch tch
Whoa Whoa Whoa.touchy aren't we or did I touch a raw nerve? Didnt expect such vitriol for a simple effort to try a new brand in the neighborhood.was not being a flint in bringing over coupons - the coupons came in the mail, and consumers use them to try places they've never been before.thats how new customers are acquired.anyway what was meant to be an honest feedback has been turned into a insult match.sad! Which means if someone gives a good review, they are awesome - but if someone points out a flaw, they are mean? Businesses have to take all kinda comments in their stride.
This erin mills location is not only the worst Mary Browns store there is but the most horribly run business I've ever encountered, and I dont make the statement lightly. Anyone planning to visit this location I highly recommend you listen to my story first.
About a week ago I made an order via skip the dishes. Upon arrival of the delivery, the people I was eating with and I realized the chicken was extremely stale and uneatible. I called the store immediately to voice my displeasure. I was offered a replacement free of charge, and though that doesn't do much for someone whose hungry and waiting for his food for nearly an hour, I was nonetheless satisfied with the offer. They took down my name and number and made note of it.
A few days later I called to redeem my offer, after being met with some resistance the women agreed to honor the deal and told me I'd only be responsible for the delivery fee. So i made the order again via skip the dishes.
This is when things took a turn for the worst. The driver arrived at my door asking for a full payment of $46. I thought surely there must be a misunderstanding, so I called the store to resolve the issue.
This time a man answered, suffice to say he was rude, ignorant, and seemed highly uneducated but surely not qualified to be working in the field of customer service. He told me that it wasn't his problem that I was lied to and that I should deal with it. I asked if I could speak to the women I was speaking to earlier, he told me she was fired for honoring the offer they made, and I'd have to pay in full, even though I had just spoken to her less than a half hour earlier.
I asked to speak to a manager but he refused, I asked for his name he also refused to give it to me. He then started calling me names and hung up in my face. All this while the driver is waiting at my door for a payment on an order I would've never made had I known they weren't going to make up for the stale chicken I received last time. I started calling back but they wouldn't answer my calls.
After being forced to pay in full skip offered to refund my money. But this nightmare experience wasn't over yet. About 6 hours later a police officer knocked on my door and told me that the man from mary browns had called and complained about me calling the store over a 15 minute period.
The officer was even more in shock than I was. He couldn't believe that someone would waist the time of the police over something so juvenile, while there are a lot more important things he could be doing with his time like solving real crimes or potentially saving lives. After a few minutes of discussing with me just how low of an embicil youd have to be to call police over such a thing he was on his way. He suggested to avoid problems that I complain to head office rather than going to the store, which I was obviously not gonna do ever again.
This story I just told as unbelievably ridiculous and outrageous as it sounds is 100 percent true. So before you think of visiting this erin mills location or making any orders from there just remember, there Customer service is beyond poor, its non existent.
They have a mob like mentality, they gang up on their customers and treat them with no dignity no respect and no appreciation whatsoever. To the contrary theyll go as far as calling you names hanging up in your face and insulting you. They can't be trusted, if they say theyll do something it changes within a few minutes and everyone of them has there own say. You can get 5 different answers from 4 different employees. None of the promises one makes means anything the second you speak to another one of their coworkers, even there food taste like it was made over 24 hours ago or more. Not just a few hours old but days old.
Take my advice and try a different location because Mary browns chicken happens to be really good it's a shame that locations like these give the franchise a bad name
I had lunch here on Mondays they have a special, this week's special was the momma burger for $3.99.it was delicious, so good I had to order a second one. I had one with regular sauce and one with spice, the regular is better in my opinion. Would I go back, yes, the staff were nice and actually brought the food to my table. The price on the loose chicken seems a bit up there but I think I'll try a 2 piece next time.
Probably the tasting best fried chicken chain in the area. The staff at this location are always AMAZING. Genuinely nice and hard working people. I love that you can sit while you wait for them to build your order, and then they bring it out to you by name. Just a top notch experience that goes above the traditional fast food do everything yourself experience.
Came here for my first time over the weekend and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food.everything was so fresh and it tasted great! I will definitely be coming back to try more of their menu!
Juiciest Big Mary sandwich I've had! All round good food, was all served at table within 5 minutes and was all fresh. Staff was courteous. Premises were clean. Younguns polished their plates - as did we! Will definitely be back for more, keep up the great service!
This place has the best customer service, quality of food and perfect vibe to sit down with a buddy and enjoy a big Mary chicken sandwich! Love this place!
