Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters

I preordered a pretty large order online ($110) and not only was it made on time, everything was made as I requested. The staff was super friendly and got me and in out upon pickup with no issues. I took advantage of the tip option when presented as I was super happy with everything:)

Chicken was fresh, the spice flavor seemed to have been updated since I last had it. The food tasted great so I can't complain.

This is not KFC, if your looking for big plump chicken, go to KFC, on the other hand, if your not interested in growing a third leg, then go to Marry Browns.

They threw in an extra soda when I bought three sodas, great service.

This is just great chicken hands down. Better than the competitor (my opinion) seriously, just try it and see for yourself.

Super slow taking orders. It looks like you should be able to pick up online orders but they will just ignore you. I recived my order 10minutes after they said it would be done. Peterborough location is better because they know what that line up is for.

I clearly asked for big Mary with my 4 piece order. They didn't put it on the order. Chicken was also overcooked.

Horrible service in Lindsay ont tonight. Out of chicken order was 15 mins late. Had no clue how to refund my money. 2 hours before close. I will never go back again

The service was friendly and quick as always. The food was not as good as usual. The gravy was like water, the coleslaw had a strong vinegar taste and the chicken was over cooked. Not what I'm used to from this Mary Browns, but I will give it another try in the future.

Good food, good service even with the covid rules. Restaurant is now open for dining in. It is clean and fresh looking.

Good food and prompt service. Prices are very comparable with similar Fast take out establishments.
Their chicken is even better than KFC's.

Normally this is my go to place, in Lindsay for my chicken fix. But this time not happy with the product.
Ordered 3 big Mary's, taters, drinks.
When we got them home they we terrible, over cooked almost like they were reheated, dry
Not very impressed.
Like I said this is my go too for chicken.
Disappointed for sure.

Great customer service. Wrap came a little bit sloppy but still taste amazing! Busier location around dinner time but worth the wait. If you get the app you can get daily combo specials! Will definitely be back for some pop ins!

My wife picks up two 4 piece chicken plus taters and 2 creamy Cole slaw once a week and have yet to find another fast food store that can come up to the delicious quality Mary Brown's!
I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone who desires a very delicious meal.
To the owner and the very courteous staff I congratulate you all for your individual hard work!

I love Mary Browns …I have ordered twice the 4 piece chicken dinner and was very pleased. The chicken was juicy and the pieces were huge…enough for two meals. The coleslaw was tasty and cold and the chicken was nice and hot even after a twenty minute car ride home. I will definitely be ordering again. The service was fast and friendly.

15 bucks for a 3 piece meal, chicken must have been sitting under a warmer for hours, was like rubber and very dry. Certainly not worth the money, not recommended at all at this location.

Called ahead to pick up. Was told it would be ready right away. Still had to wait. If they needed more time, they could have just said give us 30 minutes. Not nice to make someone wait when ordered ahead, and told to come right away. Typed all this while still waiting.

Would not order from this merry browns again ordered a big Mary got strips on a bun, also on the same order ordered strips with frys got 4 piece meal, popcorn chicken was way overcooked, Peterborough Mary's is 100% better then Lindsay

Well food is tasty I love the new vegetarian chicken combo and I think it's great that lady at front desk even has memorized my name she has only served me a handful of times it shows they really care.

We picked up our pre ordered 18 piece feast on family day. It was on time hot and delicious. We are never disappointed. We will be back

Messed up my order a month ago and forgot to put my 2 pieces of white chicken in the bag. They promised to make it up me when I returned with 3 pieces of white chicken. Upon eating my chicken didn't realize by paying extra for white chicken that a wing is considered an upgrade now lol.wow things have really changed for the worse

A very tasty meal of chicken paired with battered potatoes with cole slaw and gravy. That's how I spell Delicious!

Normally have a great experience At this location. The food is always fresh and hot. And for the most part the employees are very friendly. Today at 11: 50 AM the young girl that was managing the cash register had quite the attitude. Not with just myself but other people in there as well. When people rolled her eyes at me tell you put me in a bad mood. Maybe this is her normal tone of voice I don’t know but if it is she needs to go work in the kitchen where she doesn’t have to deal with customers

Was there 20 mins ago.toilets overflowing under the walls into the kitchen.but yet still taking orders.this place should be shut down.not 1 person washed there hands. 4 people dealing with the problem.

Middle of a.heatwave and grabbed a couple combos for the family - dinner was sorted out with zero hassle.

The staff is very friendly. I had lunch here and the flavor was just the way I remember it years ago in Newfoundland. This location has just become my favorite location in Ontario.

Classic taters and gravy! Service is always prompt and friendly, never have to wait too long for your order

Terrible service. The girl at the counter was fine but the guy in the back doesn't know what he's doing. We asked for 2 orders. One for white meat which he said was extra. Then he wanted extra for dark meat on the second order which I've never heard of. So we said we would just take the second order as it came out and we got 2 backs (white meat) and 1 tiny little leg. We won't ever go back. Someone needs a better understanding of customer service.

Great meals! I haven't had Mary Brown's since I was a kid, and now I think it's the only quick chicken I'd order.

Used to be my family's favourite but a while ago they changed their gravy recipe and it's kinda bad now

I am a very big fan of MB Vaughn and North York but the service I got yesterday the 27 th of Feb here in Lindsay was the WORST I have ever received from MB. After ordering a 9 piece meal and specifically asked for no breast at all, I get a meal with 5 breast meaning I only got to have 4 and threw out the rest. I went on to call this morning to ask abou the order the receiver instead of apologizing went on to accuse me of lying abou having that many breast in one meal, further went on to blame me for not paying an extra cost for other pieces which I would have GLADLY done if I had been told. What kind of customer service is that. All I wanted was an apology atlist. I wish I could give a zero star. VERY DISAPPOINTED, will never order from MB Lindsay again! The food was good though

Better to walk in then order by the APP. Walk ins get preference. Wait over 30 minutes for a mobile app order.

Absolutely delicious, freshly cooked chicken and wedge fries. Tastes good every time we go to Lindsay, ON.

LOVE this place.go there often for lunch. Especially on Big Mary Monday! Havent been disappointed yet. Staff are super friendly. I had not even been in there 5 times and they knew me by name and knew my order. Gets pretty busy though so go just before 12 or just after 1.

My wife had Mary Browns from the Lindsay store tonight and is now violently sick, possibly food poisoning. May need to go to hospital. Won't be back.

The service was excellent, when asked for all white meat there was no issue except there was a wait. That was not an issue because the end result was fantastic, fresh and hot.

I like Mary Brown's but the parking outside on the street is under construction waiting it's too too long

Very polite service. Very clean establishment. I have only been here once for an order of fries and an order of onion rings. They were both quite good. I will go back and try the chicken in the not too distant future.

Excellent chicken and fries. I didn't get Taters because I prefer fries. Excellent counter staff. I had never been here before and the girl behind the counter patiently explained the different menu choices. I just think the food is a bit pricey, $15 for a Big Mary, fries, small coleslaw and drink. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Service second to none chicken pieces match no other, another words you get your bang for your buck. The taters, coleslaw and salads are tops.

Went in for lunch ordered 2 piece dark meal. Waited 20min. Finally went up to see when my order would be ready was told they only had white. Wait another 10min for refund. Thanks for wasting my lunch break. Will never return again

They seem know what they are doing. Pretty delicious chicken! For a family feast it's a reasonable price as well. They definitely taste better then KFC now a days.

The service was fast and friendly, and the chicken was excellent as always! Also, wedges > fries.

Best fried chicken I've eaten anywhere, and those taters.my goodness. Mary browns did it better than everyone else in my opinion. Worth the price different compared to the colonel. They even changed their salad recipes and it's definitely a change for the better!

A chicken lovers paradise. I find it way better than KFC or Popeyes and it's the same price. Also they have a nice selection of dips and sauces that stray from the usual options.

Great service and quality.
Real size chicken pieces, not budgie size like the competition.
