Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters

The customer service is always great, their chicken is good. 3 stars for atmosphere as their location does have some sketchy customers and can make you feel a bit uncomfortable but have never had any issues when visiting.

The food and service here are always great, can be busy on Mondays but with the app just order it ahead of time and just walk in and get my food without the wait.

Had their Spicy Chicken and taters (9 Piece Feast) and it was fantastic! There was so much taste and the amount of taters provided in the feast was plentiful. The standout was the chicken, it was so delicious!

The taters at the Barton St.store never have enough spice on them. They taste like a plain potato.

Ordered the Batters Box for $19.99.
I had to wait as the biscuits were not ready.ii didn’t mind waiting.as they are my favourite.
It came with 2 biscuits… I asked if I could buy one additional one… the lovely cashier said.not to worry.you’ve been waiting along time.it’s on the house!

When I got to my car…. They had actually given me two extra biscuits! It’s customer service like that, will bring me back there again. I drive to Costco near there, so usually stop at Mary Brown’s on my way home…. Unfortunately we don’t have a MB where I live.
I wish one would open up in Uxbridge.

Food was cooked and good, and the service was great. She gave options and answered all the questions I had.

Best fried chicken chain IMO
This location is very cramped though, awful parking lot and nowhere to sit if you eant to dine in

I always come here for chicken and one of the amazing ladies, I think Tori is an amazing part of the staff team.
Unfortunately when I got there today though the restaurant was closed.: (Hope this location reopens sometime soon otherwise I’m going to miss my Mary Browns.: (

Charged for no thigh piece of chicken I been coming to this location never been charged that I was unaware about this charge, not really good customer service I will not be coming back to this location

Fast amd quick service. Didn't really care for the Nashville Taters, not their fault. I just didn't like them.

My first time to Mary brown and am so disappointed never again will I visit this location neither any for that case. Two females there you can tell they Cleary don't want to work there. My fries was dried up and I order a Med Mac & cheese and get a small instead. I don't recommend this place

This location is getting just as bad as the McDonald’s across the street with regard to accuracy. 3/3 orders in a row with something incorrect. They can’t seem to get anything right unless you order your combos 1 at a time.

1st Missing Combo
2nd all extra mayo missing
3rd completely forgot the lettuce

I was served by a young lady named Bella who was friendly and courteous. The chicken was moist and delicious not greasy. One thing everyone should try is their new banana pudding with vanilla wafers. Tastes absolutely amazing. Thank-you for a great experience. I will be back.

Only warnings I have are that it is very busy on Mondays due to the weekly sandwich deal and the spicy chicken is not something we like. It is just the regular yummy chicken doused in a heavy amount of dry, red spice, like they would put on chips.

This location always messes up my order. But the manager said she will make it right. Not really impressed with the app.

Reducing my rating since this store does not pay attention to mobile orders' accuracy Two times in a row now, they have forgotten to put in my sauce for my pop-ins so I called to complain today. The person at the store was adamant there was no sauce on the receipt, so not their fault, but you judge for yourself from the screenshot of my order. Guess I need to pay more attention myself when I pickup or choose another location that cares about customers.

This place has a really good chicken sandwich, almost on par with Popeyes' chicken sandwich. Although I like the Popeyes' sandwich's buns better, this is a great alternative. Plus if you get the app, they give you a free sandwich.

The staff are all always so friendly, and they always get our order right! Sometimes they recognize us and know parts of our order which is super convenient!

I had a 2peace chicken meal it comes 1 chicken leg? And chicken brest and taters and a coleslaw salad a 7 up drink i ask for ketchup now.i get in my car and checking my order because I am going home that's almost to Mississauga i had to go back in the store to ask for napkins check again no fork i had to go back again on my way home I dicided to take a bite off the chicken leg it was raw and I tested taters was too salty and fried too dry i haven't had mary brown in long time so I decided to go there I pass other restaurants that I could stop but my daughter who lives at Simcoe street in Oshawa said I must go to mary brown's it was a bad idea for my $11.00 Dallas never again

Quick, easy, accurate, friendly. I can't eat it, I'm gluten free, but my husband loves it. Parking lot is difficult to get into and out of.

The woman on cash this evening (April 7th, 2021, around 7PMish) was so sweet and kind to my little 2yr old, she instantly made our treat night even better than we were expecting. Little man thanks you, kind soul!

I loved there customer service very responsive.area was neat and small following the covid rules burger price is good but its poutine taste is not good may b others will like the one thing I m curious that thay told us it is halal meat hope fully it would be bcz thay didn't out any signed for HALAL.

Ok so the food is good i liked it but the thing is that it was like day before christmas and like i wanted their Thai chicken and im like can i have the Thai chicken and the cashier was like waaa im like the thai chicken i was saying it the traditional way the way you're suppose to say it and she is like Oh SO YoU MEaN Tai? She said it in a very rude way so if you're the lady seeing this is Thai NOT tai and maybe try having less attitude ok?

The best Canadian fried chicken and taters the staff are very efficient and always on time on my order.

Always a quality experience for a "fast food" restaurant, I might be a little biased because this chain originated in Newfoundland but the food is far superior to the other chicken restaurants like KFC & Popeyes!

Friendly service, used the app and that worked well. It was my first time having MB in a long time, and will probably be a while again. Food was okay at best, and oddly under seasoned for a fast food joint.

I was waiting for 15 minutes outside in the cold along with a few other people because I wanted to try their food. All the workers were very slow. Eventually I got tired of waiting and left. I hope they open their eyes while working and take a look outside at how many people are waiting and start working a little faster.

They were kind, communicated expected wait time, and held to it. Food was good as usual, but WOW was my chicken ever spicy this time. I think they accidentally spilt the sauce/dusting because it was hot fire.

It was okay, my boyfriend loved his food and really enjoyed the taste. He had the three piece meal with taters and coleslaw.

I had the Big Mary chicken combo. My only issue is my chicken tasted reheated, may not have have been. I just ended up throwing it out.

Too much spice on chicken. It was so bad. I will never buy chicken from this store. There was 9 piece and it was half spicy. I just throw the spicy chicken. Because it was very spicy. This chicken could be for children. Please have look on picture.

Worst service from the lady in the front, management should take care of the staff in the front. Food and the other staffs are really good. This rating is only for the lady who takes the order.

The staff is very friendly. Chicken meal was quite filling. Quiet little space to have a nice lunch.

Chicken is always fresh and delicious and prices are fair compared to Popeyes. Bonus points for Halal chicken offerings! My favourite fried chicken chain.

Beats the hell out of KFC. Esp at the Oshawa Shopping Center. More chicken of good quality and less grease. Mary Brown Rocks!

I get mailer's coupons and the majority of the stores serve halal chicken. Their taters (spicy french fries) are delicious.

This location awesome hot fresh chicken everytime, salads and coleslaw made on premises fresh.one of the best Mary browns we’ve been.very pleasant staff highly recommend.:)
