When my brother passed away, we did not know where to turn to, being from a different province, information was not easy to gather. My brother left with no will and a house that needed to be sold. Out of the blue, my sister-in-law in NB came up with Mary's name.from that day on, Mary has become not only our agent, but a good friend. Thanks to Mary Roy and her team of over the top professionals, the experience of selling our parents life long home was the most non-stressful of all the moving experiences. They were friendly, kind, and knew exactly what to do and when to do it. The staging was amazing, Eric was very meticulous with his repairs and touch ups, Charmaine kept us informed of showings and anything else that arose, Mary was extremely though, and best of all, she did her homework; knowing the market in the area, when to push social media, on line, brochures, etc. Knowing the sale of the house was in Mary's hands gave us one less thing to be concerned about. I am so happy we chose them to sell Mom and Dads home I know it made them feel better too. It wasn't just there house it was there home and Mary's team understood this.
