I have been to demos all over the tri cities and as amazing as the gyms do Mas hold a standard above all. They treat everyone as if they were family and put on an amazing show taking amazing care of every one who participates. Can’t complain $25 for a full night of events and catered by one of the top Bakery’s in Cambridge Azores Bakery.

I love this gym! Great team environment, the team compares so any level of fitness you are looking to achieve they’ve got you and help along the way! I’ve been off for 2 months because I broke my back in a motorcycle accident but stopped in and the whole team clapped, cheered me on (and continue to do so reaching out checking on my recovery) and got me a card they all signed I keep in my office.

I’ve been to many BJJ and striking gyms but this one hits you different. Can’t wait to get back in there with you all.

We love it here! Our son has been going here for close to a year and it’s been nothing but smooth sailing from the first day. They’ve remembered my son’s name since the first day. The coaches are really great with teaching the kids a new skill and always manage to get 1 on 1 time, no matter how many kids are there. They show patience when needed yet still enforce a sense of obedience. Nothing but great things to say! Thank you to the MAS team!

I joined MAS in March 2023 for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and my experience has been awesome. The environment is friendly, welcoming and super supportive. I cant stress enough how the new lifestyle has changed me personally, physically and mentally. A must reccomend to everyone. Come and give it a try!

I’ve been coming to MAS since I was 8 years old, being 21 now I can confidently say this is a place that keeps you wanting to come back for more. The amazing family dynamic and team atmosphere we have here is amazing. I can guarantee you will leave here with at least one lifelong friend and a ton of knowledge. You can easily spend hours here, then before you know it, 10 years goes by and you’ve formed the best life-long friendships all while continuing to develop the highest level of mixed martial arts.
