I bought my new 2023 Grecale GT from Maserati Toronto. I just love the vehicle, it gives me performance and luxury at the same time. More importantly is the dealership, Maserati sales person, General sales manager treated me like guest at home. I was served professionally with courteous. Overall, give me the Wow factor as a consumer. Good store and good staffs.

When my father was alive he purchased his first Maserati here, from sales to customer service AAA+ look forward to visiting and doing business with you guys in near future.

Not sure about the sales side of the experience. But the parts department is a disaster. I emailed them for some parts and the parts manager Paul replied the same day with pricing. But trying to buy the parts was another experience! After a couple emails, they didn't bother to reply. I finally got Paul the manager on the phone. He seemed like a thoroughly pleasant person. But four emails and two voice messages later in which I'm trying to order the parts (granted it's only $900 worth of parts, so probably not high up on their radar) I still can't get in touch! Remarkable. At first I thought my emails were going to junk. But I couldn't believe my voice mails were too. Whatever the issue, the parts department is either overwhelmed or they just don't care. Wonder how much business they end up turning away every year. Anyway, I wanted to frequent a smaller dealership not the massive conglomerate up north. But I gave in and just emailed my parts list to Maserati of Ontario. Sigh.

Terrible experience with the sales person Rachelle. She was extremely impolite and unprofessional. She rescheduled the pick up 2 times for her own convenience and wouldn’t bother to reply to any of my messages and kept me hanging for a week before she decided to message me at her convenience. Terrible customer service… would not recommend. Do yourself a favor, save time and go to another sales person/dealership.

This was my third Maserati purchase from Sergiu Biris and Daniel Zholdakov. Of course the cars are great but the service and professionalism is what keeps me coming back. They make what is often an adversarial transaction, a smooth and painless journey. Thanks for everything.

In October I purchased a BMW from Sergiu before I met him and before I actually saw the car in person. The purchase was made solely on his personal and professional reputation and the reputation of his team at Maserati of Toronto. When I arrived in Toronto to pick up the car two weeks later I had a bit of a delay as the final preparations were being seen to, but the end result was well worth the wait. Immaculately groomed, the car was everything I expected and more. Sergiu had understated all the options this particular model came equipped with so, I was pleasantly surprised and even more delighted with my purchase.

For the last 2 years enjoying my Levanti SQ4, as I love driving, and this car is an absolute joy from day one: customization to my taste and test drive and eventually picking it up, to top off the service is very friendly and smooth process, all this is because of one man (Sergiu).
Seriously I want try to enjoy another car eventually, but I can not think of dealing with another sales person other than Sergiu, if I want to go with a different brand. So most likely I will get another Maserati (how about Alfieri).
My relationship goes beyond the sale experience: to invitations to events (never able to attend as I am busy at work and with family). As well answering my questions promptly and going extra mile to help me with ensuring all my wishes come true.

Smaller dealership with full customer support. Was not disappointed with my purchase here. No sneaky add ons, hidden fees or up sell. No pressure or rush with anything. Louie and Sergiu were excellent on my purchase of our new SQ4 Ghibli. They compete very well with strong customer service in this era of automotive/dealer disruption. The after sale support has been effective and gracious and I would highly recommend them to family members and to good friends. The Ghibli is an innovative car that is well positioned. We also own the fastest production car in the world, a Tesla Model X PD 90-d, that is much, much more expensive than our beautiful new Ghibli, yet Maserati is playing in the same space with many of the same adaptive driver features. Our Ghibli has a far more striking eye line than the Tesla, and of course more roar from the Ferrari-built twin turbo engine. I highly recommend Maserati Toronto for its location, cast and automobiles. The automotive world is in the largest state of disruption since the Model T, Maserati Toronto is leading the way! It's team is smart and professional.
