I had my first reflexology massage with Ana yesterday and it was wonderful! Ana is truly passionate about providing this service and it showed from start to finish. I would definitely recommend trying reflexology to others who haven’t tried it…very beneficial and relaxing.

Booked a session, they cancelled it without informing me. Got there and the therapist was there but the receptionist acted surprised that I had evidence of booking. They must have canceled my appointment for one of their regulars

This is my 2nd appointment as my first was go healing I booked a 2nd with the only available female!
She was 10 mins late for the appointment, then entered the room, left said she was grabbing water. Appointment was for 1: 45 / she came back some time after 2pm
Did not do anything on my sheet, no deep tissue, talked too much, did not meet the needs of my visit as I am a paying customer looking for pain relief and distress! My first visit was excellent my back literally had no issues for nearly 6 weeks until this appointment! Now I’m stuck thru the holidays with a dent in my bank and stain in back and complete useless visit!

Going with a variety of uneducated work, I felt like I was with my esthetician doing a superficial massage chatting away
Like she was practicing rather than working!
Then left the room at 2: 40
So my $135 for 2: 05-2: 40
And no results ….
I will return but not ever with the Indian women who has no massage experience!

I went in in a lot of pain! During the massage the pressure being applied was very light and I found myself feeling anxious that it would not help. As soon as I stood up I was proven wrong and a great deal of improvement was made!

It’s been year for me using their service. A guy named Ali he is really good in terms of providing message therapy. Every time I book an appointment always make sure it’s him.

They just canceled my massage last minute because ALEX apparently is UNDER INVESTIGATION for INSURANCE ISSUES and they won’t be able to charge my Insurance!? !? !
EXTREMELY concerning they have people working for them under insurance investigation and EXTREMELY frustrating when I now how to stay in pain until I can find a clinic and get an appointment.

Worst service and nothing but thieves. Submitted my claim then made my husband pay on his credit card. When i called about it the GM olivia hung up numerous times and refused to give me the headoffice number.

Aiman is absolutely the best there is around. He takes his time with you, explains everything and even educates you on different motions and tips to ease pain. Most of all he genuinely wants to ease any pains you have by his techniques and attention.

If you are looking for the worlds best massage book with Ali! I had been suffering chronic back pain for two years. I had seen my doctor numerous times, 3 physio therapists, 2 massage therapists, I had acupuncture, X-rays and was about to go for an MRI (all with no help and no clear cause of what was causing the pain) when a friend recommended Ali to me. I used to have sever pack pain 20/30 days a month and from getting monthly massages I'm down to on average only 2/30 days a month with pain. Not only does he give a great deep tissue massage but he gave me exercises and stretches to do on my own time that have also really helped. The staff at this clinic are also super friendly and the place is very very clean. If you are thinking about booking don't hesitate!

I've been getting pain relief treatment for my L5-S1 disc herniation pre and post operation from Aimen El Boghdadi. He's has been super helpful with this and I feel a lot better after the treatment.

I've actually been going to Aimen for the last 3 years and he has treated me for various injuries other than my spine issue for both pre and post op like ACL reconstruction as well, flat feet, hip mobility, etc.

I highly recommend him and if you are a sportsperson with injuries, Aimen can fix you well.

Very clean and friendly staff! RMT Alex G is amazing. I suffered from horrible Sciatica, and terrible muscle aches near my shoulders and his treatments have been extremely helpful. I am always treated very well at every visit!

I had my first experience there tonight with Rommel, and he was amazing! Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had.

You only know a service is good or bad when there is an issue. Megan was rude, blunt & even disconnected the phone on my face when she couldn’t help resolve the issue.
A mistake that she acknowledged is massage addict’s but still can’t do anything or take responsibility beyond saying ‘sorry’. So either the secondary insurance pays or we pay but massage addict is out of it.

I went for my first ever acupuncture treatment, with Gayathri Mallur, and she is amazing. Very knowledgeable, kind, and funny! I kid you not when I say after I left there I have never felt so relaxed or loose, not since I was a kid. My back pain (chronic) was gone and I realize the pain I feel every day isn't NORMAL. She's also an amazing woman with an amazing life story. 100% recommend seeing her for a treatment.

Staff are great and therapists are very knowledgeable. They direct bill insurance if you have a membership, but not second insurance coverage (if you have it).

I put off getting treatment for way too long. I have only just had my first treatment, and am already noticing such a big difference. I cannot recommend Aidam and his technique enough. Everything about my visit, from the welcome desk onward, was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed.

I've been going to Corey H.for massages for almost two-years, him and his staff are always professional, friendly and attentive. I've also seen Chris A.for chiro and he's incredibly professional and knowledgable. I leave the clinic feeling relaxed and with better range of motion/mobility each time.

I am a new client and made a reservation a week in advance and I get an automated message from booking system the night before the appointment to let me know my appointment was cancelled.

I will attempt to rebook again.

We booked a reflexology treatment after we called the Milton Store to confirm if it’s registered therapist, the reception clerk confirmed a yes, thus we booked.
While paying, I did asked again the same and they confirmed we can pay now and Claim with the receipt.
After we submit our claim, we found out that our therapist is not registered! In fact, when we enter her credentials on the insurance system, another person’s name came up! We thought we made a mistake in entering her information, we did enter it again and we found out that her name does not exist, but strange another person name came up but under her credentials!
So we had to pay from our pocket! We find this communication pretty like a scam.
I would never go back to this store and I would not recommend it. If you had to, make you confirm that your therapist is an RMT if you are planing to use your insurance.
Clarkson location has a much better communication with their client and the manager is well polite and understanding.

This place was reccomend by a friend so I booked.

Incompetent junior staff, not able to get back to me after leaving a message for massage therapist. I was going to advise the owner, but I opted out as he will probably defend his staff. This is a better place to make a comment, Massage Therapist with many years of experience unprofessional with her approach, choose not to go back.

My first massage was cancelled but I decided to try once more. Went back today and was extremely disappointed. Management seems nice but the massage was a disaster.

Horrible service. I had the same experience as some of the reviews posted earlier. My first massage appointment was cancelled 30 mins before the massage. The same thing happened for the second appointment as well. They have zero customer service, have no system in place to accommodate cancelled appointment. Basically, just a waste of time. Save yourself some time by booking at another place.

Gina did reflexology treatment for me and it was great. She was so nice and informative throughout the session. The staff at front is such a delight too.

I have been using their service for over 2 years and like the place. The best feature is the easiness of booking appointments on line. The staff are prompt with appointment reminders. The place is quite clean and calm ing atmostphere. I would recommend it.

Absolutely terrible massage. Masseuse was extremely rough and lacking empathy during the massage. I will never go back to Massage Addict. Extreme disappointment and waste of money!

As I was expecting the automated message to every negative review seems to go unanswered when you send them your contact info. It’s been more than 6 days since I heard from them. You can imagine the customer service.

Seem to cut corners with time. Advertise 60mins and deliver less than 45 mins. The staff is discourteous- pointed it out to the reception and they didn’t really care to talk about the topic - won’t recommend it to anyone looking for decent service.

****** WOMEN BE AWARE******** I was extremely disappointed with my service here. Was exposed twice during treatment by a therapist named Corey. I put a complaint in to massage Addict’s receptionist and was told I would be called back by the owner. A month went by without any contact. I called back to follow up with my complaint after a month of not being contacted by the owner. When I called back a woman answered the phone claiming to be the owner. She told me she would look into the situation and call me back ASAP. I got a call later that same day, I was surprised to hear Corey’s voice on the other line without any notice. He laughed at me when I told him I was upset that he had exposed me during treatment, so I hung up. Today I went in to get a copy of my file and ask if a complaint was made to the CMTO and was appalled to find out he owns the clinic and NO report was made when I contacted the CMTO. Ladies be very careful with this man. Has no ethical or moral boundaries when dealing with me as a patient. I felt both violated and bullied physically and emotionally.

I have seen other male massage therapists at this location. I’ve had good experiences with Marcel, and Exceptional experiences with Tariq. I would love to be able to return to receive treatment from either of these therapists, however I will no longer be supporting this business because of how my concerns were handled with the management, the ownership and the therapist Corey RMT/owner.
