If you want to have your appointment's canceled for no reason and don’t really want a massage then book here otherwise look elsewhere this is the McDonalds of massage therapists except McDonalds has better customer service

You normally get an appointment. It’s great that you can check the availability online and don’t have to call them for this. Great polite and courteous staff

I’ve been a member for close to two years and I love the flexibility of booking myself online, connecting with the office for questions or modifications and a great selection of services and therapists. I really like working with Atul, and Kristine in particular but I’ve had great massages from many of the therapists. Highly recommend!

Staff is friendly, and the massages themselves have been great. But. The price is higher than most other places I've been, and they only keep your file for a month before having to go through the whole insurance rigamarole again.

Cancelled on me several times last minute but the moment you have to cancel they harass you. For the price there are better services in Sarnia.

I had a great massage session at Massage Addict. I had few muscle knots on my back & neck muscles. Therapist Atul Marotkar quickly understood my problem & did massage to release the muscles through tightness & knots. Within an hour I went to a complete relaxation.

I went here a while back for a massage, and man, they are amazing! Well worth the price. The masseuse is very kind and all staff members as well.
All in all other than the price going up after your first visit being my only real deteriant. The establishment is very calming and clean, and the tables you lay on are very comfortable. All in all, absolutely book here if you can!

Pros - clean anď staff were friendly. Massage was nice. Bineral beats in background.
Cons - therapist was listening to a podcast or audiobook on earbuds which could be heard when massaging from waist up, drowning out bineral beats. Room had no greenery or decorations. Therapist kept yawning and stool squeaked each and everytime she moved.
May have just been an off day for therapist, but would not recommend.

I had a great experience at Massage Addict Sarnia. First, I accidentally booked for the wrong day and they rescheduled for me no problem. Next, the receptionist was extremely polite and knowledgeable, answering questions I had about what insurance info was required etc. She ran my insurance during my treatment so I did not have to submit a claim myself. The RMT was kind, conversational but allowed for some quiet time, and did an excellent job treating my tight muscles. The price was very reasonable for a one hour treatment. I will be going back for sure. My experience was comparable if not better than the high end spas I’ve tried before.

Loved every minute of my therapy with Jinelle every time. Best therapist I've ever had so far.
