For six years, I struggled with wrist pain, spending 10 hours a day at my computer for work. Even after consulting doctors and undergoing MRI scans, the suggested surgery threatened to limit my right hand's functionality. However, after just 4 acupuncture sessions with Heon Yong, I'm now completely pain-free. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with long-term pain.

Terrible place! Nothing like the other clinics. But specially front desk, absolutely rude and disrespectful. Massage was good, but the service from the people in the front desk, just terrible. My therapy was good until dealing with them and getting a huge stress. Not a nice place.

As others have noted, I was asked for a credit card to confirm my first appointment. I proceeded
to cancel my appointment as that is not a practice I would expect. I understand the need to get compensated in case people do not show up, but I am not ready to give my credit card information over the phone. Wish them luck but I will take my business and my very nice benefits somewhere else.

Love my experience at the Oakville location! Samar and Mirian are always so lovely and accommodating. My go-to practitioners are Dr. Noelle and Jordan for my massage therapy! Every is truly amazing

Booked massage in the morning for an afternoon appointment at 415. Clinic called to confirm at 245 then called to cancel my appointment at 315. Not a great first impression.

Working with Heon Yon Lee (acupuncture) has helped relieve my knee pain from running. I had two sessions with solid results and on the way to training pain free again.

After many years of searching for the right RMT, I finally found her: Enik. She's the only reason I keep going back to this place.

I've been a member for a year now, and I started noticing the quality of the service change recently. I'm currently pregnant on my 2nd trimester and spoke with Mariam on Nov 18 at 10: 24am advising that I couldn't find anyone to book with due to the busy schedule (end of the year is coming up and everyone wants to use their benefits.) She could not offer anyone that's able to do prenatal Massage for me and I asked to not charge me monthly a fee and she declined. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said they weren't available. I will call me back if anything opens up. Never received a response/call back. I had to call a week after as I've been really sore and was hoping to book with any RMT at this point. Luckily, I was able to book with Kevin. Initially, I was told that he didn't offer prenatal, so I settled for a relaxation massage. Kevin was wonderful during my appointment, which made me re-book with him again. Mariam followed up with my appointment and advised it's going to be another relaxation massage, I asked for a prenatal this time as Kevin was aware of my pregnancy and helped relieved my sore muscles with no problem. Again, I was told that he didn't do prenatal until I had to give some push back to finally get an appointment. All the other receptionists are fine, but every time I communicate with Mariam- there seems to be a misunderstanding. I'm happy to say that I've booked with Enik and plan to bring my husband as well next year. If the frontline service remains the same, I'll definitely be looking elsewhere

I came in with a shoulder tension and a knee problem, I came out almost pain free. That’s amazing. Also I did not feel any pain from the needles. Good job Yong, I will definitely be back again.

I have been to many places for massage but I honestly did not like this place that much.
I specifically pointed out the points I stressed needed attention on. Not only were they least spent time on but the whole massage itself was uncomfortable. And then the next day my back was aching.
Will be avoiding this place for the future.

The front desk submitted to my insurance, advised it was rejected, so I paid in full. Turns out it was accepted and paid to the clinic, and they have not been willing to sort out next steps for the double payment.

Bad experience and will never go to this place again. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
They conducted me the assessment and changed me for the same. Then booked me the appointment but canceled 20 minutes before the time when i was already on my way there. They then booked me another appointment with a different massager which is totally not towards to my symptoms. And the symptoms was already assessed during the first time assessment which they charged me for. I had to stop it in middle of the massage as it was not what I needed at all. My concern is what is the points you charged me for assessment then the treatment is not made to warding to my issue? I don’t think this is a good place to go and I should not have gone there to waste my time and money.

Very good place. Highly recommend the acupuncture physician, Heon Yong Lee. Heon is very experienced. He is dedicated and responsible for the clients. You can generally feel the improvement immediately right after he applies the acupuncture.
