Have been trying to get in contact with the clinic to cancel my ongoing membership. Have emailed, called multiple times of several days, and have left a voicemail. No one has gotten back to me.

Extremely happy with my first visit. Kadie was kind, professional and focused on making me feel relaxed and well. As far a chiropractors are concerned I’m very happy to have chosen to see Kadie

Have been at the Westboro location and have had a full body massage from Christine. Have had massages from other massage therapists and Christine is great.

Dr. Kadie Jeha is an amazing chiropractor. She made me feel extremely comfortable during my first visit and really took her time. She tried varied techniques and really released a lot of tension in my back. I definitely recommend her!

Christine is an excellent massage therapist. She is very aware and present in her work. Each visit she asks you a series of comprehensive questions about the areas you would like to concentrate on and checks in the through out your appointment. I have been coming to see Christine on a monthly basis for the last year. An absolutely positive experience! Ask for Christine as your next massage therapist!

My first experience was amazing! The environment was clean and comfortable, and my RMT (Martin) was fantastic! I went in for my first ever massage because I’ve had lingering tightness and soreness after suffering a trap strain a few weeks prior, and I walked out feeling loose, pain free, and calm.

The place is amazing. Do yourself a favor and go see Christine. She has magic hands. I used to think massage is a treat but it is therapy and my body thanks her for the great care she showed me. Also the receptionists are all very sweet and always make sure all your expectations are met.

The receptionist was unprofessional. She was Rude and was rushing me out the door and wasn’t answering my questions regarding coverage by my insurance. When I asked her if it was covered she answered “I think so” but wasn’t able to give me a precise answer. This clinic does direct billing but they made me pay full price when I’m covered by my insurance. I had to call my insurance provider who told me I am covered but unfortunately they didn’t submit the claim properly. I had to do it myself online. My therapist was great, the service got ruined by the receptionist she didn’t provide her name unfortunately.

I got on a one year massage plan for my mother. The contract I signed stated the massages will be $80 per session for the 12 month plan. Halfway through the year, they raised the prices $11. The problem is that they raised their prices while I was on a contract and furthermore, did not have the honesty or transparency to mention it. Rather they just continued to charge the card they had on file quietly until I noticed. And even after I noticed, I was told there is nothing they can do at the store level. Nothing against the store level, I understand they are just following direction given from their head office. But shame on the head office for stealing money. They raise the prices from the contract I signed and I am on a 1 year contract so I couldn’t just break my contract halfway. And further shame on head office for hiding their contact information so I can’t speak to them directly regarding getting my money back. I will be seeking a lawyer to further discuss this and getting my money I overspent returned. This is out of principle. You can’t steal peoples money. I wonder how many clients just have a card on file and don’t go check their credit card statement to see the difference in price from what they were expecting. I ended my 12 month plan and will not be extending it any further. I have advised people I know to not go there and I will passionately tell people I know to not use massage addict because they are morally unethical and quietly raise prices with no communication.

Tara at the Westboro location is incredible! Very professional, personable and gives the best massage. I will continue to return monthly!

I had a great massage here. The couple RMT's that I had were, professional and knowledgeable. They checked in to make sure pressure was what I wanted. The calming music and atmosphere really brought my experience all together.

Really enjoyed my time here. The only issue I had was the membership. Signed up for 1 year membership and when membership was over they wanted to continue charging me even though the year was up. Other than that Stacy was my regular masseuse and she was fabulous. All the best to her moving forward

Loved Christine. She took the time to work on my neck and it felt so good. First time that I don’t have a neck pain or soreness since my concussion.
She is lovely.

I have been visiting this massage center since 2019. They have been providing exceptional service. A special mention to Martin. He is one of the best massage therapists I have seen in the past few years. He helped me recover from my stiff neck and shoulder. I would definitely recommend him. They follow proper Covid protocols and have excellent front desk staff!

I used to go monthly, until my ring disappeared. I notified them immediately, but the room was in use, and they didn't find it. I never returned.

Been to a few locations in Ottawa and this is my absolute favourite! Acupuncture with Sheena 10/10 every single time! Very welcoming and relaxing environment. Keep up the great work all staff at Westboro

I went in with a severely tight neck and shoulder and was vocally in a lot of pain.

To his credit, the RMT did warn me that he was strong and to be vocal when I felt like the massage was hurting, which it did.

At the end of it I felt better, but I was a bit taken aback when the RMT mentioned a few times how poor my posture was. It's true, my posture isn't the best, but it wasn't something I was asking his opinion on, either. I also mentioned to him that I thought my tight neck and shoulder were from a bad sleep on an unfamiliar bed and possibly due to bad ergonomics at home. It felt like a bit of a weird interaction and I left the business feeling slightly insulted.

I love coming to this location! Adam is one of the best massage therapists I have had and is my regular! The staff are very friendly and make every visit super pleasant!

What a great way to relax. Nice environment and sweet staff. It’s cheaper to do a series of massages, so I went once a month for a year. Never disappointed.

I come to Ottawa every month to visit my mom. I have had thousand of massages, being a RMT myself. My cousin booked a massage for me at this place, as all other locations were for the weekend. The massage was a joke. Despite I explained to the therapist my issues and indicated that I would like to have a therapeutic massage, I got a somewhat relaxation massage with a low quality massage oil. A waste of money.

Worst "massage" I've ever had. I explained my issues which were ignored by the so called therapist who did nothing but pull and poke at the ssme place on my neck for an hour. Ignored my reason for the visit and didn't seem like a qualified therapist.

My massage was more like a relaxation massage than therapeutic. I identified the areas I wanted massaged, but they got no more attention than the rest of my back. I have many, stubborn knots so maybe they were too intimidating. The staff are great and friendly though, and the space is nice and clean.

We received a gift certificate from my mother in law as a gift after my husband and i had our first baby. Originally I (wife) was going to go but changed my mind and let hubby go. The massage was nice enough however, after the massage husband was told they wouldnt honor our certificate because I was originally supposed to have the massage. Kelsi was very rude and made him pay for the massage and claimed we were trying to scam them. He paid and came home very upset. My mother in law called to have her gift certificate refunded and they refused to also being very rude. Just an awful experience and we ended up feeling scammed.

Don’t judge a book by its cover or name. I know it’s a little weird, but honestly- best staff and support friendly and helpful reception and booking! Marc is your guy if you need deep tissue, he’s amazing!

This is the second time I came in for a treatment with Kieran. As an athlete and a yoga practitioner, I was starting to feel strain in between my shoulders, knees and legs. Sitting for 8-10 hours a day wasn't helping with my situation either. Kieran was patient, heard me out and suggested a treatment plan. In the first appointment, he worked on my arms and shoulders and in the second worked on my knee and lower back. Now, I feel no strain on my lower back and shoulders. He's energetic, checks in from time to time. At the end of the treatment, he gave me enough time to get ready and not feel rushed. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

I have had hit and miss massages here at Massage Addict Westboro. I have been going here for about 3 years and have tried many different RMT's during my time! Stacey was absolutely amazing and I will be using her going forward! The only reason I give the 4 star rating is due to the fact that even if the RMT is late, they take the time off the massage you have paid for. I have had this happen a couple times where my one hour massage turned out to be 45 minutes. Also, it is far from quiet, there is always a lot of banging and even vacuuming going on during the massage and it is far from relaxing when this happens. If these issues are ongoing, I would look for massage therapy elsewhere. The bonus is the direct billing.

Professional, highly-qualified and friendly staff. Very clean and well-organized. Excellent value, especially for persons seeking therapeutic treatment due to health concerns. They also provide direct insurance billing, which is very helpful.

Love their Welly West location! Clean, lovely staff, and the membership means regular treatment for me.

This was the worst massage i have ever ever had. I spent the entire time wondering what the RMT was doing with his other hand. How can you use one hand to massage someone? Where was his other hand? What the hell was he doing with his other hand? ! The hand that was on my back did a lousy ineffective job, no technique whatsoever, nor was there any communication during the massage or after care suggestions at the end. I could not wait to get out of there. I have had at least 30 massages in my life.and this was so SO weirdly terrible that I had to write a review. Strange noises came from the RMT, like he was sick or had a hard time breathing, he glugged water 3 or 4 times with his free hand, he even wiped his nose on his shirt while asking what i was here for at the beginning of the appointment. I am in health care myself, and I should have walked out that very moment.
I was wishing I had a smart watch to fake an emergency.
