Great place to get massage services. RMT named Navneet Purba was fantastic in her job. As it was my first time getting a massage, she listened to my issue and kept required pressure. Really recommend her to anyone looking for massage services.

Very bad experience with chanel. So unprofessional and disrespectul. I reached on time but 15 min late they started my massage. Her hands are rough and just listening own music. I asked her something she did not reply. I am regular customer coming from last year but this time experience was worst.

I've had enough bad experiences here to say that this place is the worst massage therapy I ever have. Also, they never listen. If you mention that you want to concentrate on your back and shoulders, they will suggest a full body massage.

I was in yesterday and the therapist ran in from outside and then called me in (late). The music was SO loud. She even commented on it but didn't do anything to change it. The lights were brighter than usual, Nothing was done to create a relaxing atmosphere. M. I asked for less pressure. She didn't seem like a professional since she kept stroking down in the wrong directions, and doing different motions on different sides of my back. I told her that she has something sharp like a nail that hurt me and she insist that all her nails are ok. I got around 40 - 45 minutes and they charge me for 60 minutes Easy to say - not a great experience and not professional.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Sunny S.at this location, and it exceeded my expectations. As a first-timer, Sunny educated me on the benefits of massage, and I left feeling better than I could have imagined. Looking forward to my next appointment! Highly recommended Sunny S!

One of the worst of experience for massage by RMT.
First of all, she started with rubbing calf and kept on rubbing for 10 mins without applying any pressure at all. After doing 1 leg for 10 mins, I asked her to apply more pressure and she didn’t like that.
Second, While doing massage on my back, she used her entire weight on my glutes with other hand probably for support. And now it has caused me pain in glutes. I was there to relive pain in back and now coming back with pain in glutes. Felt like, they didn’t like me booking massage.

This is my go to place. They provide good customer services and are equipped properly. One must visit 5 stars for their work

This was my go to place for massage but the last visit was just awful. The RMT had no technique. She just selected an area and did the same repetitive action over and over and over. I thought I was being massaged by a robot. Later I had bruising on my leg and the next day my neck and my back were aching badly. I know the difference between post-massage ache and excruciating pain. It was the latter. People have already named that RMT in the reviews. I also felt that she was watching phone while massaging. I need to find a place where they stress on technique. Giving two stars just because overall the location is great.

Update: Got a call from the management and they patiently heard my grievances. I will give it another try with a different RMT. Bumping up the stars just because they took time to call and understand the issue (I wasn't asked on the phone to update the review.doing it on my own accord).

Be careful they over use insurance and the therapy that you are getting is not quality.these therapists are collecting money and pretending to do the work.putting a cold pack on someone's back for almost the entire session is laziness. I could do that at home. I remember I did treatmentwith Dev and he barely massage certain areas of my body.

Bad service massage was not upto par the money they charge I mentioned target areas as feet still wasted more than half of time on upper body massage total waste

A very unique place indeed; not that I used to work there; so I might be biased, but every single RMT, Reflexologist and Chiro (person), including the front desk Ladies, knows what they are doing. An extraordinary ensemble of professionals, who are very rare to find in this industry in this day and age. Wholeheartedly recommended to anyone shopping for their RMT / reflexology / Chiro needs.

The employees were very nice. I called and got a same day appointment for my severe stiff neck. Lloyd was my rmt and he was absolutely great. He really helped me big time. He was very informative, and made sure I was completely comfortable. He made it very easy for me to speak out about anything. Will definitely be going back. Oh btw, ask about their month subscription, you 20$ off w.e service you want once a month

This place is extremely unprofessional. The secretary was clueless on how to process the claim. The RMT Urvi walked in the facility 5 minutes after the actual time. They had random classical music running and I had to ask her to change it. This place is the worst and I am not even sure if the therapists are actually properly trained. Will not recommend this location.

Yousef has magic in his hands. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and welcoming everyone is and I would strongly recommend you ask for Yousef as he exactly knows what to do!

My wife had booked me an appointment for a massage at this location, I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never attended this location in the past.

My appointment was with Chanel Shaw, She was very nice and professional in her sense of humor and good conversation, I highly recommend her for your next visit.

I have been going here for a little over a year for Chiro and Acupuncture. I have never had any bad experience. The booking is super easy and the flexibility to change/move your appointments is great. I have been going to Dr. Ashley for Chiro and Lina for Acupuncture.

Both of them go above and beyond to address all of my concerns.

I usually never write review, but this is important, i was there last Week, and now after 1week i am in pain and consulting doctors.
Worst massage ever. I am in so much pain after getting massage from ‘Chanel S'. She literally did massage with so hard hands, even head and neck massage. She is so unprofessional, she started late. But worst of all is the way she did massage. I am not able to work after that, as there is so much pain in my neck and head.
Please i request massage addict to take this seriously, such experiences should not be repeated with anyone. Everyones life is important. Take it seriously.

Recently tried Acupuncture here and it was my first time getting an acupuncture. Really glad i chose to come here. Had an appointment with the acupuncturist by the name of Lina she was extremely polite and professional. I had a severe lower back and neck pain. After the treatment i felt like a whole new person again, felt extremely relieved after the treatment and also she answered my every question and gave good insights on how to keep my body healthy. Would highly recommend her. Amazing experience!

I literally had the most painful massage ever that left bruises on my body. Do not go to this place the masseuse was extremely rough despite the various times i told her to go easy on me.

The worst massage ever. The therapist 'Chanel S' is very unprofessional. She started 10 mins late and then made me wait for another 10 mins. Did not even acknowledge it. She kept listening to her own music which was annoying. Her hands are rough and nails keep pinching you. She is disrespectful. I would never visit again or recommend her to anyone. Had such an unpleasant experience.

Yesterday I went for Massage. It was completely bad experience. I mentioned area where I want to focus. The therapist totally ignored that and did what she want to do and make her job easy.

I've been to many massage addict locations and have always had a good experience. I'm delighted to have found Yatin ; I've been to him twice now and will continue seeing him. He is absolutely excellent. He made me feel extremely comfortable and cared for. After my first visit with him for the shoulder pain I was experiencing was almost gone. He is obviously very knowledgeable.

A clean and professional location. I see Melissa for my regular massage and find her to be very friendly and an excellent masseuse, highly recommend both Melissa and this store!

I have always had a good experience coming here. Today though, today was exceptionally amazing! I had a deep tissue with Yatin and the man literally has magic hands. Or elbows? Wherever he was using back there resulted in, quite possibly, the best massage I've ever had! I highly recommend this location and specifically Yatin.

It was my first time at this location and it didn't go as expected. Facility is nice but my session with Chanel was not good. I asked her atleast thrice to go easy with pressure but she kept going with the same strength. It was stressful to a point that I wanted to leave the session midway. She didn't even ask "is the pressure okay? " at any time during the session. Everyone have their own technique and her technique didn't work for me. I am sure she would be great if someone would like high pressure massage.

Melissa is amazing at her job! She made me very comfortable, had great conversations and my entire body feels relaxed. She targeted my shoulder and went through amazing stretches. You will not regret investing 60 minutes with Melissa, I will definitely be back, thank you.

Some of the therapists are good but most of them with lot of attitude.
Biggest issue is with Front staff, mismanaged appointments, not providing correct and clear information, canceling appointment at last minute.

Massage addict is true to its name and my masseuse there - Mr. Jasbir deserves much credit for helping the brand sustain and strengthen its reputation. He is a magician who could find troubled areas in the body without mentioning them. He treated my long lasting back pain with his unique massaging skills, and also suggested some extremely useful exercises to follow up with. You can be 100% sure to get your money's worth by booking him.

I had my first appointment with Chanel. She is very professional In her field. I had an amazing experience trying Massage Addict. I would definitely recommend this place. Their online booking process is quite simple and they also process direct billing with most of the insurances.

Please don't go for Chiropractic Treatment. Definitely not a place which will give you the value for your money. Doctor is on call and he arrived late by 15 mins on my visit.
Spent 15 min inside on the pre examination form that I could've filled out before while waiting. Only get the treatment for 20 mins and I was out.
Doctors said my session during is only 15 mins, we will cover in your next session.

I get anxious trying new places, but the whole process was so easy. I booked an appt online.when i got there they already knew who to expect. I was impressed by how organized they were. They follow all covid protocols properly. Chanel was my massage therapist and i have to say.she really knows what shes doing. She made me feel so comfortable, super friendly and professional. I left relaxed and satisfied. Looking forward to my next visit!

I would have given Massage Addict negetive star if i could do so. Its been the second time when i booked an appointment with Melissa F and they changed my therepist without any prior notice. I had to take taxi all the way from Boltan to get to this location. When i asked from the unprofesstional Receptionist about the changes He said Melissa is not gonna be available untill next year. He was trying to convience me to take the Therepy from someone else. It wasn't the first time it happens second time. I was so disappointed that i left the place right away. They don't even velue their regular customers. I have been their regular customer, even my whole family goes there.

As Receptionist told me in the morning that Mellisa is not gonna be available untill next year and same day in the evening they called me to book an appointment with Mellisa for next day. Whom should i believe the receptionist or the person calling me in the evening? These guys are playing Cheap tactics to atract more customers on the name of Melissa F. I am not recomenning this place at all but still if you are going there make sure these people are not playing these tricks on you. They do'nt even bother to tell you about any change that they had made unless you ask them. Receptionist are suppose to call or give a short notice to the customers if they are making any change or cancelling the appiontment. Please stop pretending that you care about your customers because you guys don't.

Your policy says that you charge your customer full if they don't let you know about any change 24 hours before. What about you? What's your credibility? Where do you stand? Does customer time velue in your eyes? Not professional services at all. They wasted my whole day.

Finding Melissa at Massage Addicts at Bovaird and Worthington has been a dream come true.

Her massage is second to none. Her technique, coupled with her vast knowledge, dedication and talent leaves me feeling perfectly relaxed and limber every time.

Melissa Feima is the RMT that I always book with! She is amazing! There is never a time I left a massage done from her not 100% satisfied. The office in general is clean and very professional employees. During this crazy time I look forward to my massages from Melissa now more then ever.

Been member for almost 3 years now. The service at Massage Addict Worthington is quite good. They have some really great RMTs and the staff is quite friendly too. The rates are reasonable if you sign up for their membership. The place looks reasonably well maintained which is crucial during COVID times.

I enjoy going to the Worthington location however truly upset today since I made.arrangements with my work & meetings to go for an RMT session at 3: 30pm today, was truly looking forward to it - booked it for the first time with the RMT: Preet and had to return back without my treatment because Preet was late and when I asked why she is late as it was already 3: 40pm, she said she is " normally NOT Good with time " and needs few MORE minutes to go set up the massage table. This is unacceptable behaviour.

My husband booked a massage for my birthday as a surprise. I called the Receptionist Theresa tobsay i would be 15 mins late she told me i would get the full hour which i would be ok with upon my arrival she told me (with poor attitude) i could get my service done. I asked why not give me 45 mins or 39 mins of my 1 hour already alloted to me she said no its Friday afternoon we are booked. She didn't suggest a reschedule for another day or time. Just its Friday afternoon. # worst place # poor service

Yatin Syal should be named Mr. MAGIC HANDS. He is absolutely amazing, makes you feel so comfortable, approach is thoroughly professional and dedicated. He makes sure that you go back feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you for making me feel anew.

Been to a few locations over the year and some rmt's are great while others not so much. Overall decent place to go if you need in quickly.

Today, I had my first massage with Jasbir Bhachu and I have to say it was amazing! He is a skilled, insightful and knowledgeable RMT professional. He focused so attentively on the problem areas that are affecting me and applied various techniques to help reduce my pain and discomfort. I went for my massage therapy, at massage addict worthington location. Melissa F was my therapist, I must say she is excellent and very professional in her service. I went here a couple months ago when this location just opened up and was trying my hardest to not be bothered by my experience but I unfortunately thought about it too many times so I am here writing a review.

I had a massage for the first time at this location and it was probably the worst massage ever. Before COVID I would get a massage once a week and I worked at a physiotherapy/chiro/massage clinic myself so trust me, I am not new to massages. I thought I would try out this location because the other location didn't have any time slots available for the week and I desperately needed a massage due to the fact I had an injury that massages helped with.

My massage was scheduled for an hour but only lasted 38 minutes. I was taken in 15 minutes late but I didn't mind because due to COVID there must be extra time going into sanitization.

But the problem is I was watching the clock in the room the entire time from the moment I was taken into the room. The initial consult/and the time it took for the therapist to wash her hands and come back, was only 5 minutes long. So you cannot tell me 38 minutes of a massage is justified because even when you include the 5 minutes (38+5=43 minutes) that whole appointment was ONLY 43 MINUTES. Not an hour.

I even told the front desk how I did not get the full hour and she said that must be due to the initial consultation and I explained it doesn't make sense because it was only 43 minutes, INCLUDING that. However I struggle with anxiety and just was trying my hardest to relax so I paid and left without tipping to show how unpleasant my experience was instead of arguing because I did not want to cause a scene.

Here I am, 5-6 months later, upset because this honestly was the worst massage ever and I can't stop thinking about how terrible it was. This made me never want to go in for a massage again. I remember the person who gave me my massage and she talked about herself and COVID the entire time, I didn't get a minute to just sit in silence and breathe.

So please, watch the clock and make sure you get the massage you deserve because massages aren't cheap and there is no excuse for the experience I had.

My previous two experiences have been bad, but my last session with Melissa was one of the best massages I ever had.

Not every masseuse is good in fact some should not be called masseuse at all, but I found Melissa’s experience exceptional. Would definitely revisit and will recommend everyone to try it once.

Horrible rude staff. I went in there and they cancelled my appt. So rude and didn't even care that I am 8 months pregnant and treated me like I'm some kind of a leper. Horrible, rude and disgusting.

Had my second massage with Melissa today and it was incredible. She really took her time with my problem areas and suggested some wonderful stretches to keep me healthy. I would recommend her if you’re having neck and shoulder pain like me. She included spine, arms, face and neck treatment today. I feel like a new person!

Don't let the ratings fool you.this place is a hidden gem!

Firstly, I want to emphasize how safe Massage Addict is being during COVID times for both our safety and the safety of their employees. They ask if you are showing any symptoms, if you have left the province recently and even take your temperature non-invasively.

Reception was handled by kind, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable individuals. In my 5 minutes waiting time, I saw the receptionist calmly handle multiple phone calls, customers in queue, and even greet the departing clients on a first name basis. Very impressive.

Most impressive of course was the magic hands of Melissa F. She was a miracle worker. My neck and back pain, which had afflicted me for 6+ months, and not fixed by an expensive new mattress and pillows, seemed to miraculously disappear in one session. More importantly though, her personality is out of this world. I could talk to her for hours.

I'm lucky to live within walking distance of this wonderful place!

I have been going to this location for years now and the service is excellent. They have very good RMT's but in my opinion there is one person that is hands down the best.here name is Melissa F.
She has been treating me for a couple years now and her mission is to make you feel amazing. I have chronic pain that has been bringing me down for a decade, Since Melissa F has been treating me along with the block injections i receive every month it has made every day life much easier to deal with.
I would highly recommend Massage Addict and you should request Melissa F as she is the BEST in my opinion.
