Did an online order, where it texts you where your groceries are located (ex. Freezer, fridge and pantry). We walked in and over to them to grab our stuff. A young cashier proceeded to say in a very rude way, "you can't do that! " She then got the PC express kid to help us. He asked if we wanted them brought out to or car or just grab them. We wanted to just grab them, then a girl behind him said 'no we have to bring them to your car'. It also states the groceries would be in cardboard boxes, as they usually are, but he brought them out in 6 plastic bags. Did not like this experience as we were made to feel we were doing something wrong. This is not our typical store and we probably won't go back.

Terrible experience staff here need some serious customer service training. Also don’t use the self check out here, they are breathing down your neck. If a store is the concerned about theft why have self check out. Not to mention they have cramped so many kiosk so close to each other there is absolutely no room if you have a cart. I love PC and all of their products but will definitely not be returning to this store.

The cleanest, best stocked No Frills store in London. Produce is fresh and sale items are always available

A very clean store. Cashier remembered to ask my PC card.
Not sure on the reason of whoever put the Flyer Board inside the store on the exit after the tills.
Flyer Board should be laminated sheets attached to the windows so they can be read outside allowing customers to peruse without blocking aisles. Sheets should be at a comfortable level. Present setup makes it harder to read bottom panels.

I was shopping yesterday trying to grab cherries and the girl she was so mean! As she loading cherries so I had to grab from her cart. She got so mad and gave me an attitude plus she was blocking the aisle with her cart and I asked if she could move it, she got so mad. I bought a baguette bread, and when I came home after I sliced it and put in front of my children, I looked at it and it was molded.

This is the nicest cleanest no frills I've ever been in. If it didn't say no frills on the outside I would have mistaken it for a great Canadian super store.

Great deals, clean, fresh produce, shelves generally well stocked, friendly and helpful staff.

I was there on Tuesday, just before dinner time, as I was waiting to check out, Manager Mel (we found out her name) berated an employee, myself and 2 other patrons were appalled by the way she was talking down to this young employee. NOT OK! That is someone’s son! If she was berating him in front of customers, imagine how she talks to him and no doubt other employees behind closed door. I then asked our very friendly cashier and she too has had experiences with this particular ‘Manager’. Do better Manager Mel, take this serious No Frills, Colonel Talbot and Southdale! I am sure the other ladies also would have either called or left a bad review as again, her behaviour was NOT acceptable. The young staff that work there have been nothing but kind and engaging, Manager Mel can learn a lot of them!

Cleanest Nofrills in the city. Feels like your in a Sobeys! Clean & Stocked well. You can tell whoever runs this location takes pride in their staff, It shows from how well its run and organized. Great employees make a great place. Well Done, Keep up the great work!

Good for certain discounts. However, sometimes it's hard to find the discounted items due to no restocking and/or shelves empty. Also hard to sometimes find staff members to get help.

Went on a Friday after work, it was pretty quiet then. They had everything I needed and everything was well stocked!

Love this store. It is almost always well stocked even with items on special. It is bright, clean and well organized. There is an impressive assortment of inventory. Don’t be fooled by the “No Frills” logo, because you will find frills here. One star off due to occasional interactions with less than helpful staff.

Disappointed in the organic produce.
Romaine was poor. Rusty and brown
Looked old.

Good thing is that everyone can hold cashier for 10 to 15 mints if anyone forgot or want to see another item to buy
