Master Jewellers Best Indian Gold & Diamond Jewellery Store in Brampton

I had worst experience with them. They don’t know how to talk with costumers. They have whole family standing there and everyone is so rude. My husband bought a bangel from them on my birthday and I wear that bangel only for 15 days and it melts to other shape then I went to them they talked very rude like you have to take care of thing you wore. Then they made another bangel with extra money which have same issue that is melting then I went to them again that I want to return this and they said you have to leave 400$ for labour and I will return your money. I went to another shop and they said I can give you same bangel in 1800$ and they gave me for 2360$. I wasted my money and Time on them. I suggest don’t go to them I regret that why my husband went there. I hate them if you want good service then go to ekam jewellers they have best customer service and genuine prizes. They are the bad jewellers in Brampton.

Worst experience ever, people are so rude no customer service. Even they don’t have any return or refund policy. They never alert their customers even we can’t return our purchases within a week if we don’t like it.and they will get offended if we will ask them what is their policy for customers.i wasted my money and their is no proof him much is the gold in oz and how pure the gold is. DONOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY please

Look at the negative reviews, that tells the real customer service and how fraudulent activities they do. Absolute horrible experience from the owner and his arrogant son screaming and swearing at 70+ year old crying lady. Stay away from these fraud family.

THUGS #1 don’t visit his store. We went to buy some jewels and they are fraud. Will tell you something else will show u something and will deliver something else. We ended up not buying anything and the moment we decided to do that the voice and way of treating us changed completely. The owner became disrespectful and was very upset and unprofessional.

Very Bad experience. I wish I could give them 0 star. They sold us gold chain after 2 days lock was broken and after 3 months now chain gold pieces are breaking. They are Fraud. They will never gonna give you receipt and will never gonna take any responsibility if you get something wrong with jewelry. Their only intention is to sell their worst products. Don’t go otherwise you will regret whole life…. Don’t waste ypur money and Time… Fraud people… God will never forgive you …

Very poor service.keep our money for more than 2 months and didn't provide us gold bar. At the end we took our money back.often didn't reply to calls.

The store runs by a owner and his family. They have no clue what they’re doing and provide zero customer service. They will not hesitate to harass you front of the other customers.

They couldn’t make a custom designed simple ring after three attempts and ended up chipping the stone I provided to them. The owner of the store refused to take the responsibility of the stone and ended up into argument and literally started swearing front of the other customers.

Bad price. Charge almost extra for just making ring. 200 dollars extra. Everywhere else 450 and I payed their 650. And no refund policy even 5 min I was in driveway. Highly recommend don't go. They also no weight and right actual price. I feel like I m in sabji mandi in india. If I have 0 star option I will gave them 0. Don't waste money
