This is the second time I’ve used Master Maids for a post-reno clean. About 6 months ago they did a great job on the upper level of my home. Yesterday, they did another great job on the basement level of the house. Two cleaners came and spent 4 hours. The space was dusty with a light layer of construction dust and they made everything spotless. I’m picky about cleaning and I’m completely satisfied with the job. I couldn’t have done it better myself. The cleaners were on time and very nice. I’ll use this group again.

Fantastic service from Anna and a very easy process. Even with myself and our dog in the apartment Anna managed to work around us and make it a smooth experience. She powered through everything, without rushing, and left a spotless apartment.

I was subletting a place while someone was on vacation and was shocked to see the filthy state of the apartment when I arrived. I couldn’t believe they had left it like that and hadn’t even thought to get it cleaned before a new tenant moved in! That’s when I decided to hire a professional cleaner myself. With the landlord being unhelpful, I would be paying out of pocket and so I wanted to make sure I was getting a service that would do the most for the best price. I chose Master Maid. It was my very first time using a professional cleaner, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was worried it would have been at the same level of if I had just cleaned up myself… but Anna was wonderful! She worked really hard and even came over early to get a head-start, you could tell she really cared and took pride in her work. She finished everything on my cleaning list and left the place sparkling! It surpassed my expectations! With so many cleaning services that are available, I’m so glad I chose Master Maid.

I tried booking service through a few other different websites, luckily Master Maid came through and was able to accommodate my request for a move out clean with short notice.

Cleaner was right on time, did a great job and was happy to walk me through the inspection.

This company is the first time I’ve been pleased with a cleaning service.
I was sent two cleaners for a house with 3 bedrooms. The women were kind, hardworking and followed my detailed instructions. I also noticed they went above and beyond and cleaned and arranged things I had not mentioned. Overall I cannot wait to use Master Maid again.

Cleaner showed up on time, even a little early, did an excellent job for our move out. No complaints, and competitive pricing on the move out service.

Our move out clean was very good quality- the place looked great afterwards! Good communication from the head office as well, appreciated the eta for arrival time call as well as the follow up the next day to make sure all was ok.

This was definitely over priced considering the amount and quality of work. There were around 6 cleaners and many spots were left dusty/ uncleaned, marks were left on the newly painted walls, windows were only cleaned from inside, not outside which was not made clear before hand and it took 8 hours for that many people for an almost empty newly renovated house. I’m not sure what they were all doing the whole time. Okay job just not worth the price.

Miguel was able to accommodate for my own schedule change and sourced a vacuum last minute, and Tina did a great job cleaning. Overall it was a friendly, professional and satisfactory service. Thank you!

I used their cleaning services to deep clean washroom and kitchen of our basement which needed some good cleaning. 2 cleaners did a fabulous job! All those old hard stains were gone. I was very pleased with their work and certainly would get their services when needed in future.

Post renovation cleaning - before moving in the place was a mess. Dust and plaster everywhere. Amazing job cleaning too to bottom. In particular the windows are sparkling and the rest of the place is stunning. Looks amazing. Great work!

Master Maid was extremely easy to book online and we had the service performed a few days after booking. Our cleaner Victoria arrived on time (within the allowed two hour time slot) and went above and beyond to clean our home. It's much appreciated and we will definitely continue this service as it helps our busy life.

We booked a move-out clean through the website, which was exceptionally fast and stress-free as descriptions of all services and prices were clear and up-front. We were able to book our first-choice date and time without any issues. Our cleaner, Mashenka, arrived well within the stated window and did a PHENOMENAL job making our apartment spotless, including little details I didn't even think about (like the inside of the recycle bin). The poor refrigerator which has definitely seen better days now looks brand new. We can now move out with a huge weight off our shoulders. I cannot recommend Master Maid highly enough!

Master Maid did a fabulous job with my move-out cleaning and charged a very reasonable price. They left my unit sparkling clean, so much so that our landlord had asked for Master Maid's contact details. They were able to bring all of their own supplies and were very responsive when we had to change access instructions last minute. I don't live in Toronto but have a house there I rent. I needed to clean it between tenants and Master Maid did a great job. They were easy to deal with. They bring their own supplies and clean the really messy stuff (the oven, the fridge.) I was really happy with the results and the whole experience. I will definitely call Master Maid again.

First time using this revive and on such short notice, I would definatly call them again. Provided own equipment and arrived when scheduled. They did a phenominal job cleaning the home, making it so nice and relaxing to come back to knowing that it was done looked great and well maintained, I did not have to do anything before company arrived. Over priced. Used for a Move In Clean which includes oven and fridge. Oven was “cleaner” than before the service but still not clean. Paid for additional window cleaning service. Website clearly states they can use a step stool to clean high up on windows. Cleaners showed up without step stool to reach higher. Was asked to review the unit after the clean to make sure it was adequate, which puts me in an uncomfortable position. There should be a standard of cleanliness that the corporation expects all units to be left in, without customer intervention. Personally unit was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Way too pricey. Do not use.

I felt compelled to write a review after the experience I had with this team. Initially, I booked another company for the cleaning but they failed to show up so I called Master Maid and made a last-minute booking for the next day which they've accommodated immediately. Unfortunately, I had to cancel on the day of the cleaning as I was feeling under the weather. It was very thoughtful of them to understand my situation and have the cleaning rescheduled without a fee! I had them come two days later and I was extremely satisfied with the cleaning. The online booking was simple, service on the phone was friendly and accommodating and most importantly the cleaning was exceptional. I thought it was a blessing in disguise that I was dumped by the other company so I could use Master Maid instead. Will definitely book again and will recommend to my relatives and friends.

Master Maid is a new service to us and I was so pleased to find the condo was spotless when I returned home. I have now signed them up for regular cleaning.

Great customer service - I needed a crew on Sunday of a long weekend and they were able to accommodate us. Cleaners were on time and did a decent job. The reason for only 3 stars is that I paid extra for window cleaning (small condo) and they refused to clean the outside of the sliding door. Also, I had some supplies in the unit (paper towels and Jclothes) that disappeared. I expressed my feedback in the follow up survey and I promptly received an apology and explanation as to why the outside of the window could not be cleaned. 5 Stars for customer service

We recently hired a crew of 2 for 4.5 hours to scrub our employee lunch room top to bottom (which was in very rough shape).

The result was extremely impressive and we are considering them for future jobs as well as changing our regular maintenance office cleaning.

We will more than likely be using the service again and would recommend.
