If I could them zero stars I would! My young son took his car in for a simple safety and they mislead him, took advantage of him and robbed him! Very dishonest and unprofessional!
I know! I took the car in myself for a safety less than 2 months ago somewhere else nothing wrong with the car! You guys are crooks! Shame on you! Next. BBB!

The staff seem genuine and have provided flexible and fast support which has been great, especially with my sporadic work schedule.

Kyle was excellent with us and our issue with the car. He listened carefully to what we had to say, didn't jump to conclusions, and they took the time to properly diagnose and repair what was needed. ONLY WHAT WAS NEEDED. They are such a breath of fresh air with their honest assessments and we felt like we trusted them from the first conversation we had with Kyle. I know they have really good reviews and I'm sure many of their customers had great experiences. Initially my experience was okay. Mike treated me well and was responsive. I didn't expect him to communicate with me through his personal #.

They replaced my brakes, hub bearings etc at the time and did a decent job. The brakes They put in were squeeky so I had to go back. They tried fixing it but the noise was still there and eventually went away on its own. Not sure if they used good quality brakes but thats what I experienced. I felt a bit rushed as they didn't check other things or at least they didn't give me a break down.

Even though I had issues with the brakes and felt rushed as they were really busy, I went back to have my winter tires replaced. I told Mike I wanted good quality tires as I was using my van for work and it's a heavy load usually with rear wheel drive not much traction on snow. He called me and told me the tires I wanted weren't in stock and the tires he will be putting in are really great and that I will be very happy with them. They were cheap tires from Canadian tire. I didn't know until I looked it up

Unfortunately I wasn't, and let him know right away that I didn't feel safe as I was barely making it home each time we had a bit of snow, especially a storm. At That time I had commitments with work and couldn't get time off to replace it. I realized it wasnt snowing as much and wasn't fare to Go back now and have him swap it out. I was willing to pay the difference in price as well.
I made Mike an offer and said I will bring the van in after winter and ill take summer tires instead and he can make it up to me that way.

After countless efforts to make an appointment to bring the van in not only for the tires but for work to be done to it. I got ignored and ghosted.

I had no choice but to take my van elsewhere. I ended up spending $3100+hst elsewhe, when it could've been here.

I'm disappointed with the outcome as I really thought I found my go to mechanic.

This place made me feel very safe when buying a used vehicle for my two teenagers. Checked everything out and told me what needed repair - which was nothing! So honest and friendly. Definitely the place to go for all vehicle repairs.

This was my first time coming here, I was super worried because of my experience with the dealership I got my car from, but I wanted to try here due to the ratings, so I cancelled my appointment with the dealership and took my car here.thank GOD I did! I LOVE them so so much, I will 1,000,000% be bringing my car back here for any services I need done! Was hearing a weird noise coming from the front end of my car after just having the tire patched and was worried there was something else wrong with it. They weren't accepting anymore walk ins but Mike was generous with his time and looked at my car anyway. Everything was fine with the car in the end but I am grateful for his patience and willingness reassure me! Amazing service!

Had my Honda CRV brake pads and rotors replaced by Mike today. He's very punctual (got my car ready as he said even though he was busy). He seemed honest and gave me a fair price compared to other places I called. Will definately be visiting him for future needs. Thanks man!

Very good experience here, will go again when I need car services. Daniella spent a lot of her time on the phone with me going over the details of different tire options and all of their specs. Mike and the team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They replaced my tires and brakes in a very efficient amount of time, faster than expected. They also performed a safety inspection so that I could purchase the car from the dealership and made it a simple process for me. The pricing was very reasonable and fair. My car now drives so much more safely and easily in the snow! Thank you team!
