Master Mechanic Aurora

Just had new winter tires put on. The new manager, Jason Waugh, was more than helpful. He found me new tires for a great price. The service was fast and they did a great job! 10/10!

They are very friendly, easy to communicate with, and most importantly honest! Price is reasonable, and always give honest opinions about what should be done, what can wait. Free of charge in fixing a faulty part we got from the manufacturer. I will always trust them with my cars

I had appointment from last week and waited all days to come to do may car aliment, I already asked them and they said it possibly one hour or less to do it.
Now after one week waiting they said you have to leave your car for whole day, and that text technician named Jeff has made mistake. And the next appointment will be for another next 7 days. I am sorry for myself to trust them.

They waisted my time and after one week

In 2022 I had my AC repaired, costed me over $1300, worked great for the remainder of the summer, fast forward to 2023 as the weather started to get hot and my AC went again, I brought my vehicle back to have it looked at and was told my freon was half empty; indicating a leak, however they could not find a leak after apparently looking at it for more than 2 hours, so they refilled it (without my consent) and I was charged almost $300.2 days later my ac was blowing warm air again so I decided to take my vehicle to Master Mechanic in Newmarket where they immediately found the source of the leak.
This location did not want to take responsibility or cover anything under warranty. I got to use my ac for a total of 3 months and now I'm being quoted $2900 for the repair. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Head office was not helpful in anyway.

Jeff helped me when I brought in my car in. His professional demenor and honesty make me recommend his business to others.

Great service and experience. Sent an appointment request on the weekend and got a response first thing Monday morning. Left the car with Jeff and he found the problem, ordered the part and fixed it the next day. Will definitely come back for my regular services throughout the year.

I brought my car in for an exhaust inspection. The owner and or the technician cut the exhaust and patched it up. No more buzzing and vibrating while flooring that acceleration peddle. The service was quick, no delays and both Jeff and his wife are very genuine, generous and accommodating mechanics. So far so good of an experience as a first time client. And yes I would come back. Thanks again! My mom was also happy.

Took my truck here to get a safety and oil change, the guy there said he was the owner and would do the oil change. He WAY overfilled the oil to the point where even when I had taken a full litre out there was still too much oil DO NOT GO HERE. They are either totally incompetent or totally rip me off and either way 239$ for a safety and oil change is INSANE.

I brought in my vehicle and they were able to quickly identify the problem. Jeff quoted a fair estimate and completed the repairs quickly within a few hours. I was very satisfied with their service and will definitely return in the future for all my vehicle maintenance and servicing. Highly recommended!

Girlfriends car was supposed to go in for a safety for ownership transfer, but my girlfriend by mistake made the appointment for a drive clean. They took a look at it and told us it was up to date and didn't charge her, later when I called for a safety they managed to fit us in the same hour. Afterwards they were very direct and explained throughly about what to watch for and also that our brakes would need replacing in spring (which I already knew was needed). Couldn't ask for better service really honest people!
