Great service. Early on a Saturday morning we had a puncture tire on one of our van's for Accurate Crane and Hoist, and these people were the only people available to help us fix so we can get back to work quickly. Their services were excellent, quick for our emergency repairs. Thank you for being available for us. Great people! I went there to repair the tire of my car as there was a nail. They checked the tire and found out the nail had not punctured the tire. Removed the nail, checked the whole tire, filled air in all tires and charged me nothing!
I am going only there for everything now onwards

They are blessed. They could have made couple of hundred more easily as I dropped off my car and asked them to work on anything “needed” as I had just taken over this car; however even in very less busy time, they chose to tell me “no, just oil change needed, nothing else”

Mo is an easy person to deal with great customer service. They also fix the issue very quick. I took my car in at 9am for the brakes. They had it in stock and returned my car back at 10: 20am

Absolutely beautiful work done by these gentleman. Came in for simple on rim tire change for my winters and they not only perfectly bagged the tires but also cleaned them! I have never had a shop do this before. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them!

Brought car in for an alignment after another shop had replaced struts (he didnt have alignment equiptment). While there, I asked them to check that the wheel speed sensors for the ABS had been plugged back in after the guy replaced the struts because the ABS light was now on. They charged me an hour labor to do that! $100! It took all of 5 minutes to put car on hoist and take the 2 front tires off. Seeing as how I was there for other work anyways, this is the type of thing that should be done no charge or for a very minimal fee as it takes no time at all. It's called ensuring you get a repeat customer because I would have brought the car back for other work. Not anymore though, so enjoy that $100, as it's the last you'll get from me.

I have been their client for years and I only trust Master Mechanics at Hurontario/Brampton. They are very knowledgeable and honest. They explain in details about their service and try their best to accommodate clients requests. If you need a fast reliable mechanic, this is the place!

Visiting for work from out of town.engine started to chug, afraid of stalling in traffic. Dropped in, they took me right away, called quickly with a diagnosis, completed the work before the end of the day and fixed the problem completely. Fabulous service!

Both brothers are honest, hardworking and professional, i went through with a referral, as i live close by, and am very satisfied.quality, price, service are excellent.

Beware of the Richmond hill location. The owner and his wife chanced a 16 year old boy with a metal bar for using there restroom. Head office said it was ok with them treating a child like that and did nothing. Stay away or maybe it will be your child treated like this.

They are fair and honest with recommendations. Not pushy with selling you services you don't need and will do what they can to find what's wrong with your car.i recommend them

These guys are the biggest scammers around. Yes they pretend to be nice as they fleece you. If you call a dealership that actually has fully trained staff and better equipment the price will be almost same if not in some cases cheaper. I would not bring my car there again. I would give zero if I could.

Scammers, they will tell you issues with your car that you don't have if you go for a regular stuff like oil changes or changing break pads

All I have to say, I'm so glad I found these guys. I had been taking my car to my previous mechanic who I thought had been looking after my vehicle for the past 2 years. Thinking that my car was being well maintained and inspected by the mechanics there. I Brought my car here for a basic oil change and I was so unaware I was driving such unsafe vehicle with my wife and kids. I had numerous suspension parts that were so loose that should have picked out long before. These guys really take their time checking your vehicle and if anything that needs to be done they bring to your attention notifying you if its urgent at this time.

Being a women I I've always been nervous taking my vehicle to the mechanics. I heard about these guys through a friend. I now have been bringing my vehicle for the last year. What I really like about these guys is that they are not pushy with their sales and also when they do find any issues with your vehicle they visually show it to you, and advise if the problem is urgent or it can be addressed at a later date. I personally find their pricing fair especially coming from a dealer background.
These guys really know what they are doing and I would recommend their service.

Not satisfied at all. They diagnosticed my car and gave me a quote of work for 1000 cad with list of few parts to change. Then I took my car to my own regular mechanic where only spark plugs needed to be replaced and cost me 180 cad only.

Whereas Master mechanic took 100 cad plus tax only for diagnostic and tried to rip off me with a list of parts to change which is not required at all. I will NOT recommend this place to any new customer as they will rip you off. Be careful and verify with other garage.

Excellent service from the staff, Its close to where I live. The Mechanics are all very open and honest. I took my car to a dealer ship who quoted me for repairs I did not even need and ended up spending over $1000 for nothing. I brought my car here and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. They were able to resolve an issue that even the Car dealership was not able to resolve and saved me lot of time and money. I would highly recommend anyone with car problems to see the hard working Mechanics at this location. Excellent Service!

After bouncing around multiple mechanics I came across these guys and haven’t turned elsewhere since. Been coming here for a couple of years now and they’re straight to the point and will tell you exactly what needs to be fixed/what you can get away with and it’s urgency. Fast, efficient and no hidden fees. Many mechanics in the past have told me to get the most premium parts because my car would otherwise not run properly but these guys don’t pull things like this and will instead recommend you cheaper parts and allow you to have that option. If you’re looking for fast, reasonably priced and most importantly - reliable service, then this is the place for you.

I have no affiliation or stand to gain in any way by writing this review. I believe a business that deliver good services should be recognized. In this day and age finding an Auto Repair Shop that is honest, knowledgeable and professional is a rarity many can attest to. I have taken my autos to this facility a few times for various reasons and have always felt the service was excellent. My last visit was regarding brakes. I had originally taken the car to the the dealership and was advised all pads required re-placement and that rotor resurfacing was required. The quote was excessive and disappointing. Master Mechanic assessed the brakes and advised the rotors were completely fine and the pads were worn but, did not require immediate replacement. I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty. I had them replace the front pads anyways. The repair was quick and price point was a fraction of what a corporate dealership would have charged. I will be taking my business to this facility. Keep up the good work gentleman. BRAVO!

I just have to say the experience I had at master mechanic was amazing these guys saved me a lot of money. I Was just about to buy a certified vehicle and I took it to master mechanic to get a second opinion and it was brought to my attention that the vehicle actually needed almost 1800$ in repairs to get it road worthy. What I really like was these guys took the time and showed me all the parts that needed replacing I really wanna thank them for their honnesty and helping me from not buying this car. These guys will be my mechanic from now and I totally recommend them.
