Master Mechanic was fast and professional with me. I just have one major complaint. They smeared grease all over the interior of my $42,000 car with their dirty hands! Not only were there black finger prints on my door and steering wheel, but also in the fabric of my canopy! I hope they can learn from this and be more careful next time. Use gloves or wash your hands please

Great service and very fast technicians. We had an electrical issue with our ac system and it was quickly diagnosed when ford could not even do it. I will be back. Well organized clean people. On another note very comfy office chairs in waiting room

Would absolutely rate lower if I could. PLEASE do not go to this shop! I took my car in for some maintenance and regular oil changes. I received a call about an hour later stating my car needed a more articulate inspection. (I guess I’m just gullible) but at no time they mentioned an additional cost. That’s not even the most devastating part- I come back to pick up my car and they then inform me that the inspection would cost upwards of $100 and that my car needed major repairs to engine problems. At this point I was defeated. I ended up paying the additional cost only to take it to a different mechanic shop and the new shop to tell me there’s no problems with my car that “master” mechanics previous stated. I’m so upset please do your research on RELIABLE car mechanics.

I came in for my regular oil change upon their 50 point inspection bobs tech discovered my sway bar was broken on my truck and was able to locate one from a scrap yard for half the price compaired to the dealer and in great shape

Master Mechanic is the best shop to get your work done they are very professional and knowledgeable about vehicles they do everything you as you ask will make sure your vehicle is safe and sound for you and your whole family they will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with his work you can also call him (Bob) and he will answer all your questions and needs really knows his stuff they work efficiently and triple check their work they have took over the work that has to be done on my 2009 Chevy Tahoe ex ppv truck and it finally runs like almost new for having 280000 kms on it when I think there is something wrong I take it too them and they diagnose it with minimal effort and price so all if you need your vehicle fixed go ghere and be assured you are in great hands and your vehicle will be fixed properly with no corners cut or other things done for you to come back unhappy they really appreciate you and your vehicle so you will return for your next oil change been so great there he takes care of my 2018 camaro still awesome people

I came in last minute with a large repair needing to be done. I was stranded in Brantford. On a Saturday by himself, he foxed my car quickly and for a great price. A life saver! If im ever in the area and need work again I will be coming here. I highly recommend this mechanic!
