Great service, and fair pricing. We’ve had two of our cars repaired here, and they’ve always done a great job. They’ve even followed up with us just to make sure everything was working correctly after we had driven them for a few days. Would highly recommend them as it can be tough to find great mechanics.

They did an outstanding service by doing the right diagnosis and providing the right solution.

Chris fit me in to fix my car after 3 dealerships said I had to wait 5 days. Within hours was fixed and no issues. He has a new customer and will refer friends and family. Thanks Chris/team for excellent service and work!

I accompany my mum to the mechanics whenever she goes. Mainly for the shop dog Ruckus! Shes very sweet and approachable much like the mechanics. I know nothing about cars but they explain things well and don't charge you for things that don't need to be fixed. Very honest hard working guys!

Chris and his mechanics were great! They got me in right away when I was on a tight deadline. They are very trustworthy! I don’t know a lot about cars, and Chris walked me through all issues without trying to to upswell or over charge, and gave me timelines on some other work that needed to be done in the next year but not right away. Great place to solve any of your car troubles. Last few times I've had any issues I've brought the car in and had it fixed in the same day. Manager was professional, service was good but only after oil change there was barely any wiper fluid added to the reservoir which had been empty. Seems like they only added enough to turn off low fluid indicator which is strange.

Chris & his team are the best. They are honest & passionate about what they do. They don't try to take advantage of you & offer suggestions & solutions to make it as affordable as possible. My husband & I have been going to him for years and I won't let another mechanic work on my car unless I absolutely have to (ex.recall).

Honest people. Saw some bad reviews but my experience was great no upselling or anything like that they actually didn't even charge me because nothing was wrong with the car.

Continued great service from Chris and the team, they found a leak in the transfer case front differential and I was able to have this repaired under warranty saving $1200 for the part plus labor. Appreciate the attention to detail that caught this.

The Law Enforcement Agency I work for has been getting our vehicles serviced by Chris at Master Mechanic for years. I do not hesitate to recommend his Service to anyone looking for a decent, trustworthy mechanic.

Technically I haven't have any service done yet at MM so I can't judge based on workmanship.

I had an old mechanic (a friend of the family) I trusted for 2 centuries until he closed shop. Skeptical, I came across MM and called them with an issue with my vehicle. They seemed very knowledgable and helpful. I don't think I have ever experienced a shop do personable and eager to help me with my problem, without feeling pressured. I think I have found a new home at Master Mechanic East.

Chris and team continue to set the bar for all mechanics to follow. They take the time to explain what they've found, and what the options are. I've been going to see Chris for years now, and can't recommend him highly enough.

I visited Chris & his team for an oil change for the first time yesterday. I was really impressed with the level of Customer Service I received from start to finish. Chris took me to see my car on the hoist and explained some wear & tear (inevitable with a 2012 Mazda 3) and what I should be looking out for and prioritizing in terms of repairs. As someone who doesn't know a lot about cars and doesn't have unlimited cashflow for said repairs, I appreciated the education and honesty from Chris' team. They didn't pressure me at all and provided a realistic timeline and cost-estimate of what I was looking at. Thanks so much for your help!
