Very knowledgeable. I trust them with my car. They are truthful and easy to deal with. I thought I needed new struts. It turned out I just needed a cheaper part for my suspension. They pointed this out and did only the work I needed even though it was a smaller sale. Other garages would not do that.

Took a long time for parts- which is not their fault, as it is an old truck.but repairs done and everything seems fine. Staff at front were friendly and informative.

I had a problem with my Toyota Prius which had a Check Hybrid System message. It was mis diagnosed by a few Mechanics and I was told to replace the ECU and more.
I arrived at Master Mechanics in Cambridge and the Mechanic looked at my papers. He knew exactly what to do. Within a few hours it was resolved. My car is back being operational and it didn’t need a new part. It’s working perfectly since that time. I will recommend this place to all of my friends. Very professional and friendly. This week has been a crazy busy week for me and when my car started acting up unexpectedly, I brought it to master mechanic around 9am. They took me in right away and diagnosed the problem within an hour, and completed all repairs my car was ready by noon! They even reached out a couple of days after to ensure everything was running smoothly. A great shop to take your car to!
