Recently visited this location and was very contempt. They were extremely quick, honest, and had reasonable prices. Amazing father and son team.

Was an issue in the steering system in my Honda pilot. They have determined the issue and fixed in a time minor. Appreciate the good service.

02/24/2023 went in for a safety inspection & left with the wrong wheel lock socket -_- make sure to check yer wheel lock before leaving!

Father and son team are friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest! Happy with the work. Would highly recommend!

Almost every car these guys sell is an accident rebuild. Take the car to another shop for an inspection, if they don't let you, then you know why. They male promises like they will help you with a y issues blah blah but when it comes down to it they start dodging you or making excuses. I would honestly avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience yesterday with the guys at Master Mechanic Erin Mills, I dropped my car off for a brake job, it was ready within a few hours and they kept me informed the entire way through. They pointed out another issue that they found and fixed for me and put no pressure on me to make any unnecessary repairs but did remind me of some upcoming maintenance that will have to be done before the winter season. I will be bringing my car back next month for a new tire installation because of the exceptional service I received from these guys!

This place is not a trusted place or people, they sell garbage cars to the new comers while it is not passing the safety, actually we will let the authroties know about their illegal business. Unfair to use new comers to gain profit, not straight forward at all, not recommended to deal with as they are not trust worthy. Remember you are in Canada not back home where you can play your games on poor people. This is not business but this is stealing

Honesty, transparency, expertise, a true testimony to the profession. I would like to thank Mr Haseeb and his garage. The best and affordable mechanic on town. My check engine was on. It’s a hassle to find a reliable mechanic. So, I am glad I have contacted Mr Haseeb. He was quick to set me an appointment. He took care of everything. He did the diagnosis. He reassured me. He let me know exactly in details what was going on. It was nothing to worry about. He took the pressure off tremendously. I was impressed with the rigour and excellent service. I'm always hesitant reviewing a mechanic after one (1) visit. I have now been to their shop 7-10 times in last 18 months, & they always did a great job on my two vehicles. What I value most is honesty, good work & trust. Be prepared to wait, as with honest work comes great client demand, best if you drop off vehicle morning & pick up later, unless it's a quick oil change. I would recommend them against any of the big chains like Can Tire. Your wait times & price will be much less, and you get professional work done from great knowledgeable mechanics.

Always had good service here. I used to live in the area when I first started using this shop, now I come in from Milton for service. Reasonable, accurate pricing, very trustworthy, they stand behind their work.

I have serviced my car twice from here and im completely satisfied so far. Mr. Haseeb is well knowledged, proffessional and clearly advise what works should be done and dont try to upsell any product/service. They did the works well and give a review about our cars condition. Above all the way they interact with us is very friendly and appreciate that behavior. Keep up the good work and honesty.

We trust this mechanic to take care of our aging vehicles. They are honest and kind. Prices are good.

Avoid going there for the Safety Certificate! They charged me $80+tax for a 10 minutes quick "Safety Check", on my 3 years old vehicle with only 30,000+ KMs (I am not an aggressive driver). Even though the boss sounds nice over the phone inquiry and mentioned that my vehicle is new and it should be ok with the Safety Cert, however, they didn't give me a pass on the safety certificate.

In stead, they were trying to hard sell and ask me to replace the breaks, rotors, and tires on my vehicle which costs up to a thousand bucks (in order for a pass). I then went to the autohrized dealship to get my safety certificate without any replacement and any cost. I felt CHEATED on this mechanic shop.

So I decided to check this place out after going through the reviews and I was not disappointed. They found out that an expensive part we earlier thought required replacement was still good when they tried to replace it and they informed me that the new part will no longer be required and as you can imagine my final bill made me happy. This is honesty and professionalism at its highest - thanks folks, I will definitely be returning and will also recommend your auto shop any time.

Paying it forward! These guys are the best. Had an issue with the car that looked really expensive. Other shops would have just ‘’done the job’’ - I had already approved the work, but these guys dug a little deeper and found the real cause of the symptom, and it was a lot cheaper to fix! Thanks so much guys - that’s how you build trust! These guys will do the work that you need done at a fair price. Highly recommend.

My local jeep Dealer was going to charge me 30% higher but Master Mechanic not only helped financially but also allowed me to work in the repair at a time where I would not loose time off work. In fact when I questioned something about the repair the service rep immediately got the mechanic performing the brake repair to come out to see me and explain answering my concerns etc. Well done! Thank you. We found a good service close to home in the Erin Mills area.

Great place! I just returned after being a long time customer years ago. The new owner is terrific! Honest, reliable and well priced. My oil change was $25.00 cheaper then my regular mechanic who I used for 10 years to do my oil changes and maintenance to my car. I am now a loyal customer here.

What a great place. Habib and his staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. He explains everything in detail and keeps you posted as the job progresses. I have had 2 major fixes done here and both times surprised at the eventual cost being so low. Quote for one job from Infiniti $3,000 Habib cost $665. I will be taking my car here for oil changes and any need I have in future. Finally I have found somewhere I trust and will rely on.

I was lost for a mechanic when Ron left this business, was not a fan of the in-between business operators. On a whim I checked this Master Mechanic location again to see if they were still in place. To my benefit this location is under new ownership and management. I am not lost anymore for a mechanic. My Dodge Caravan at 13 years and 265,000+ km means the world to me. They "get it" and we worked to get the brakes and a cost effective solution for the power steering pump figured out. I am very happy with the repairs and will be coming back to Haseeb, and his Master Mechanic location for future preventative maintenance and repairs.

Excellent service, the team showed great knowledge and great attitude with customers, prices are quite logical, emphasis on credibility, no attempt for up- sale.
Just make sure you book your appointment in advance as they’re busy most of the time.

Our car broke down in Mississauga and we didn't know anyone here. This shop was the closest place we could take it. The owner, Haseeb, helped us with finding a tow truck and personally came to pick us up. The mechanic, Chris, did an excellent job of finding and explaining the issue to us - and the price was incredibly fair.

After we left back home to London, Haseeb called us to check in, making sure the car was running fine. He really cares about his clients.

After this experience, I would gladly recommend this location to anyone who needs their service.
