Amazing first time experience here in shop. Met Victoria & Carlo. Treated me like family from the moment I walked in till the second I got in my car leaving little candy canes for me in the car for this wonderful holiday season. I came in just for a break light change and they made it happen so quickly and efficiently! I will definitely be back for future needs and just to pop in and chat as well!

The team at Master Mechanic in Grimsby have been amazing! We've had to reach out several times now in emergency situations and they are always helpful in getting us in quick, giving us a fair estimate of cost and time to repair and have been nothing but kind and caring in their level of customer service. On July 07 I took my 2010 Ford Exp.in and left it with Carlo to establish where the loud noise was coming from when accelerating within two hours received a call that the truck was ready. When it came time to pay Victoria in the office stated NO CHARGE she stated it was a quick fix and explained the issue. Where can you go and get quick honest service today like this. I have had my truck serviced there for over twenty years and you definitely can't beat the honest and great service you receive. I appreciate the fact that she asked me what kind of tire I was looking for, price range and how the car will be use for ex. If it’s just city drive only or daily commute highway drive. I had some problems on the highway. I was coming from out of town, and my hood flew open. They helped me out by fixing the whole entire thing allowing me to continue on my way.
