Master Mechanic Markville

Before I found Master Mechanic, the service at a brand name body shop was a nightmare. Whenever I came for winter or spring check up there was always "something" to fix even in a new car and the bill was much higher than I would have expected. So, as soon as a warranty expired I began my search for another car service. Luckily for me my neighbour advised me to drop by Master Mechanic on Bullock Drive. Honestly, it really changed my life. The team at Master Mechanic is awesome. Joe and June are very professional, friendly and supportive. They always explain the problem and provide options. Considering I understand almost nothing regarding cars, I am not afraid any more to be fooled and to pay extras for the service my car doesn't need as it happened before at another dealership. For the last 5 years I am absolutely happy that Master Mechanic team provides services for my car and makes my driving safe and enjoyable. My special appreciation for their mechanic Steve who literally has golden hands and can fix everything. Recently, I made a very stupid thing, that happens with women, and my stupidness could cost me $650 for buying a new part for my car. Thanks to Steve and Joe I saved this amount as they were able to repair that part and I paid only for their labour. The prices at Master Mechanic are always fair and reasonable and I can put my word for it as I've had previous experience to compare with. I highly recommend Master Mechanic on Bullock Drive for regular car maintenance or repair. Five stars for sure!

Update: As of November 6,2023 I had another very pleasant experience with Master Mechanic at Bullock Drive. I came for regular maintenance before winter season as well as changing brakes. So I spent a few hours waiting for my car. And again I was very much impressed with how thoughtfully Joe discussed any issue with the customers. There is no pushing or pressure, every detail is explained and the customer is always given an option with regards to what needs to be done right now and what can be postponed for later. Actually, witnessing how Joe discusses every car with the mechanics I caught myself on the thought that every car is treated not as a pile of metal but rather like a patient that needs help.  I just want to thank Joe, Jeffrey, June, Steve and Terry. Guys, you are my angels! My 15 y.o. Car drives like a new one thanks to your expertise and professionalism and I feel safe and confident driving it.

I was in desperate need of brakes and they were able to take me in right away. They did a thorough inspection and gave me a detailed report of what was needed as well as what was recommended. I was never pressured to do any of the other work however having just done the basic maintenance over the last 3 to 4 years, i knew it needed some extra care. I needed a few other things done as well and they were able to repair everything that was required (brakes, tie rod end, alignment, fan belt, pulley as well as my fan blower). Great job overall and amazing customer service. Keep up the great work

Couple weeks ago, I called because I had to change my brakes immediately. They took my car right away and fix it the same day. What I love about them is they never tried to take advantage of me (I am a woman). I definitely felt safe there and I would be going back for all my maintenance because I trust them. Thank you for the amazing service!

Had an issue with my AC. They ran tests and informed me previous tests another company did were incorrect. They fixed the issue and saved me money in the process. Amazing mechanics and very friendly.

The folks at Master Mechanic Markville truly care about their customers. They will happily explain what needs to be changed or repaired in your vehicle and why. They will also patiently and respectfully answer any questions you might have. I trust Master Mechanic Markville and look forward to getting my vehicle serviced by its team again in the near future.

Joe was great. Very helpful and prompt and respectful and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back for other car needs.

I was cycling home from work when a blown plastic bag got caught in my bike gears, immediately wrapping round them in a tightened death grip and rendering the pedals immovable. I ran nearby into Master Mechanic for some emergency help and they immediately went to work, making a valiant team effort to clear it all out until it was set right. I managed to make it home in time to pick my son up from the school bus. Thanks a million!
