It is really unfortunate to hear that my dad had a racist encounter at this Meadowvale Master Mechanic. They did not accommodate to his requests during his visit and had shown persistent micro-aggressions toward him when he was kindly asking. It was upsetting to hear him talk about his experience and I would recommend going to a different repair shop.

We've been using this Master Machanic for the last 10+ years. They have always been great at explaining any issues with the vehicle. Their pricing is fair and they are timely in making repairs.

Excellent service and very professional. Got my front and rear brakes replaced at a reasonable price, same day service. Highly recommend.

Mark at Master Mechanic runs the best auto shop in Mississauga. My whole family goes here and it’s the only place I recommend to friends. The service is efficient, professional and completely reliable. No one wants to spend money on car repairs so it means a lot to have a trustworthy mechanic with such integrity. It doesn’t hurt either that everyone on Mark’s team are genuinely nice guys.

Mark and his team at Master Mechanic are fantastic. I have been taking my cars to them for over 13 years. If your car can have a problem we’ve had it and it has always been fixed right and at a fair price. You will always get an honest assessment of what needs to be done, they will not try to over sell you on fake repairs just to make a buck. They have their clients best interests in mind. 20 years ago I pulled my camaro out of Canadian tire and in to master mechanic in meadowvale. Canadian tire could not fix my car. Mark and Jamie called me an hour later and said my fuel pump was bad. I said replace it, they did and it ran great. I will never go anywhere else now unless I move far away. All our cars and trucks go there now. Thanks guys.

Great place to have vehicle service done. They always let you know of any impending repairs that need to be done. I have never had to worry about excess service being done or suggested. The reception desk is outstanding and super efficient. Repairs/service are quick. I have never had to go back with concerns. Thanks to Mark, Craig and their team.

A super good experience. I had a bent rim on front wheel and wanted a quick repair.
I searched Google for a nearby repair shop, 4 minutes from my residence. Saw praised reviews.
Craig was my consultant. Not only was he very helpful and pleasant to deal with but the staff also are polite and efficient.
And, the the whole repair including a new wheel was done quickly and at surprising affordable cost/price.

Amazing service! From the moment that I arrived I felt welcomed and at ease with the get go, Craig was very pleasant to deal with and Tyler did a great job of repairing the undercover of my vehicle, he checked that all my fuses were working fine, confirmed that everything was in order and that nothing additional was needed to do.
The price is more than fair and more importantly you leave with the confidence that your vehicle has been well serviced.

Impeccable customer service. I experienced very premature timing belt failure. They provided a loaner vehicle & replaced the engine to get me back on the road while they took it up with the manufacturer. Their priority was to look after me. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I had significant work done by Craig et al on my Honda CR-V. The shop tries to help to the customer as much as possible and only does the work necessary on the vehicle. The shop in my experience sell services that the car does not require. The best way to look after a vehicle is regular service to prevent problems. I would recommend this Master Mechanic shop.

Small responsive garage with customized A1 service. They also have an electronic access where you have the history of the visits and the work done so super useful!

I have been a customer at this location for over 20 years. Mark and his staff have not only provided excellent service when I need a repair, but they have also provided great preventative maintenance over the years that has extended the life of my vehicles greatly.

I keep all of my vehicles for a long time, in most cases for over ten years. A recent vehicle of mine was in safe and excellent driving condition for 14 years and 400,000 km. This does not just happen with a car. This Master Mechanic location and its people made it possible.

Would not recommend to anyone. Spent over 4K to get an engine replacement only to find that the gas gage and speedometer was not working after the fact (was working perfectly fine before I brought it in) I brought it back to be looked at and after hours I was told it was “probably crushed wires” (from them putting in the new engine recklessly) and there was nothing they could do. I’ve been to multiple mechanics after to try and resolve the issue and ALL of them said I should have brought it back to the original shop I got the job done at and they should have corrected the issue which MASTER MECHANIC refused too.

Fantastic experience. I was extremely worried about the issues with the car but the pros at this repair facility diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price. I would definitely return for any further issues with my vehicle and would recommend this garage to anyone.

SCRATCHED MY WHEELS
Took my car in to get new low profile tires on my summer wheels that were in perfect condition. I paid for the installation and came out and saw the barrel of my wheels were scratched on 3 of the 4 wheels (shiny scratches on gunmetal wheels). Spoke to whoever was incharge and they said that there’s a plastic guard on the mounting machine. And the mechanic comes and claims the wheels were like that when I brought the car in! And they kept claiming that the damage wouldn’t have happened in the shop. When I’m a 100% sure that there were no prior damage on the wheels. As I’m meticulous about the wheels since new. I had just installed the summer wheels on to the car myself the Saturday prior And saw no damage on the wheels! Also the mechanic who did the job comes out and claimed the wheels were already damaged when I brought it in. I’m very unhappy with the quality of service. Now Im stuck with scratched up wheel barrels on my wheels that were perfect. I had paid the “low profile tire installation premium” to have my wheels damaged.

We can't recommend this business enough and wish we had a mechanic like them back in the states. Mark is a one of a kind. While traveling we came across car issues. I reaited this place 4 starts long time ago. Everytime I visit place I have to change my mind twice because of the service I got. 2 times was idsoopinte، frist one was on my mazda 3 when I asked for safety and I was told the hand break need to be changed and will cost me 300$ dollars for a new one! While I asked to be fixed and told no sorry. I have fixed the hand break in other place by 60 $ and pass the safety. Second, today sep 10,2020 I told for my BMW 2014 I need to replace the rorter of the front brakes. After getting my car back I found the front rims scratched everywhere and when u asked for explanation I was told this is not our responsibility? And leave me outside. Get back to say this is rude you can't leave me like this and then he asked the guy in the back and he confirmed he haven't done anything, again he leave me and get back saying I am busy and you westing my time. I don't ask this to be fixed and money back nothing at least say sorry. Just to avoid anything could lead me to lose my right my name is Yaser El-tabatbi and you will find me for sure in your database.

Attention: please get pics of your car before you give it to them, so when you say he have damaged this you can approve it.

Got my rear brakes and rotors replaced for a fair price. Mechanic here is proffessional, honest and trustworthy. Will come back again!

Took in the car for over heating and smoking. The "mister mechanic" worked there, charged me for an inspection and told me there was nothing wrong. I asked him if he find anything, he just mumbled and walked away. And he cost me dearly. Few weeks after car stalled and I ended up replacing the head gasket. I am surprised to see, these guys have so many stars. By far the worst garage I've ever been in. Stay away.

My first time here and dealt with Craig. These guys are efficient and extremely professional. They repaired my car and charged me accordingly turns out it wasn't the problem there was a different problem with the car that ended up being cheaper. Craig was honest with me and refunded the difference. I will be telling alot of people and hopefully send them more business. I will be back too

Great mechanic shop. Gave me an honest answer for front end work that was not needed on my older Civic, when brought in for an alignment.

Swapped out winter tires on my Odyssey, TPMS light came on a few days later and they cleared it at no charge.
