Best mechanic in the area by far. Very professional right off the bat. They address your problems accordingly and they dont charge you like other mechanics do even when they have better facilities than most mechanic shops. It is also needless to say that my experience was only enhanced furthermore by the amazing customer service representative Daryl, who really went above and beyond to make sure that i was provided with the best possible experience and outcome. Thank you for your efforts guys, keep it up!

Went in today to have my tires swapped! Excellent service and friendly staff! They were so quick too which is always a plus for a busy Mom.

Bonus points because you can walk to three different coffee shops while you’re waiting:)

These people seem to be genuinely honest with their customers which is great. Went to Canadian Tire to get my tires changed over and they claimed that my rear brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced setting me back over 900 dollars for parts and labor. Went to Master Mechanic today for a second opinion and they told me I still had 50 percent life of my brakes remaining which was amazing news. Their brake inspection was free as well! I don't know how companies like Canadian Tire think it's moral to wildly overcharge people for unnessecary repairs. Will definitely be coming back to Master Mechanic for all my car needs

I visited this location again today and spoke to Darryl to get my car checked out for the diminishing noise and Darryl gave a good explanation about my car condition therefore I would like to change my review from one star to five stars.

I was at this Newmarket location for an oil change. I came in and talked to Darryl. While waiting, I asked Darryl if I could bring my second car for an oil change as well and he said it's okay and I continued waiting in the meantime. Darryl went somewhere. Then a lady called my name saying that my car is ready. In the process of paying my bill she mentioned that there were little leaks on my power steering and I asked her how the fluid level was still more than enough or above the minimum level? She said yes. So, I felt safe and drove home and came back with my second car. Again, I met the same lady and I told her I heard a squeaky noise when I turn my steering wheel and asked her a favor to tell the mechanic to spray some lubricant and she said yes.
During the process of paying my bill, I asked her again if the mechanic has sprayed lubricant? She said that the mechanic didn't hear any noise and of course I believed her. After I finished paying my bill I went to my car and started my engine and turned my steering wheel and found out the noise was still there.
As soon as I found out that what she said and told me wasn't true then I went home and sprayed lubricant myself.
The next morning I checked my Camry power fluid myself and found out that the fluid level was below the minimum line and I took pictures of it.

After these two experiences I kind of lost my trust in her, why? Because it's about car's mechanism and you work in a mechanic shop you must inform the truth about your customer's car condition because it involves safety.

In the past I had no problem at all dealing with Darryl and Thanks to Darryl for informing me of my Camry's tire conditions and I had changed all 4 my Camry's tires.

I think it is about time for me to look for another mechanic shop that I can trust and honestly tell me the actual condition of both cars.

I have been bringing my vehicle to this location since Gary was the owner. I recently took my car in for A/C work. We are very happy with the ice cold air. Thanks Mike!

Inspected vehicle, found worn tires, suggested to fix it before alignment, offered various options. Honest and professional service.

Went to see the owner as the mechanic lied to my wife. I have dealt with this company with the previous owner. No issue. Now they scare my wife stating my tires had less tread then they actual had. Also stated all brakes really bad must be changed. Then I find out this is there go to. I have heard around town afterwards these guys are known for upselling brake jobs. My oil change cost over 1500.00.sad part is I was once a huge fan. Asked to speak to owner and wait to hear from him. Crickets

Always get amazing service here and way cheaper than taking my car to the dealership! Dealership quoted me nearly $1500 and these guys fixed my car for around $200. Highly recommended!

This is by far the best shop I've ever worked with. I was in the process of selling my truck. When the new owners came to pick it up, it started leaking rad fluid. Master Mechanic got me in right away and had it fixed in no time!

They were friend, professional and did an excellent job on the repair!

I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be coming to them from now on!

Honest mechanics are hard to come by these days, ones that will give you honest advice instead of compiling a massive, unnecessary quote. These guys do a great job and back up their work if needed. I have had nothing but phenomenal experiences with the team Master Mechanic Newmarket. I have brought several of my vehicles to their shop either on a flatbed or last minute, and they’ve always taken care of me with great service. I own a few Audis, including a fairly rare older one, and everything has always been able to be serviced and repaired. The waiting area is clean, the service staff is always courteous, my car is always fixed quickly when I have an appointment, and they take the time to explain everything my car needs (as well as what can wait for next time).

I can honestly say there is nowhere else I would bring a vehicle. I have recommended them to my family and friends, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone that listens. They’re honest, fairly priced, and go beyond expectations to ensure I’m taken care of.

Wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. Told me they were going to have to take off my bumper to change my headlights. Telling me how complicated it was and how it’s going to cost several hundred dollars. Then I mentioned the last mechanic that worked on it, how he didn’t have to do all that to change my lights. They said go there then. I went down to another place and 1/2 hr later they were replaced. Hard to find honest repair shops I tell ya. I guess they gotta pay for the big shop and workers some how eh.

Best service in a long time, no up sells, just what needed to be fixed. Greatly appreciate having this service as a women as I have been burned before by the auto mechanic industry. Thanks to Craig and his crew!

The worst mechanic ever I have seen. I don't prefer anyone going there. I don't know how they got all this good reviews.
