Master Mechanic Orangeville

I drive from Kitchener to this location because of how great this team is! Trusted them for years.

I called half a dozen shops in Orangeville for brakes and oil change. Master Mechanic was the 2nd lowest quote and the only shop to give me a quote right away on the phone without a call back. Midas didn't even call back till the next day. MM also had great availability. What I appreciated the most was their honesty. They will tell you straight up what you need, may need in the future, or don't need at all.

I got the best service today and it was free! I was told by another mechanic that I need to change my rear brake and quoted a high price for just labour. Called master mechanic to book an appointment to change my brakes. I was told that they would check it first before changing the brakes but I was sure the brakes was poor because of what I was told before at the other shop. I was called to come pick up my car and told nothing was wrong with my brakes both rear and front brakes were very good!

Best mechanics in Orangeville, both in customer service and quality of work! They have been my trusted mechanics for over 5 years, Can't recommend enough!

This was my second visit to Master Mechanic and I must say the service Darrell and his team provide is exceptional! Both issues were resolved efficiently with the highest quality repair at a fair price. I was updated regularly and they even made it super easy to settle up and retrieve my vehicles after hours. Fantastic problem solving skills. Diagnosed and fixed my electrical problems in no time that others couldn’t. Very reasonable price. Great place, great service good to know there is still a business in town that cares!

Asked for headlights to be changed while also going ahead with a repair they reccomened to me for over 400$ total.and i still left with a headlight out.whats super awsome is when the office then tells me " it was working in the shop" cause clearly i brought it in for no reason.

Got coolant flush (if it was even flushed, bits and pieces floating in reservoir). Checked the level before leaving the shop.drove 15 minutes, checked again and coolant reservoir was empty.system wasn't bled after it was refilled. Wrong coolant was used so all my seals are blown.wouldn't return if it was free service.

First time having repairs here. I recommend this shop and I will use them in future.

Very professional and kind. Small leak fixed in my tire. Was unable to fix on first visit then found the on second visit. Did not charge us for the service or time. Amazing.

I went in this morning with a loose, vibrating heat shield to see if I could book an apt.to have it looked at. I was taken immediately, shield was clamped and back out in 10 minutes at no charge. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about the crew at Master Mechanic Orangeville. Just got a new to me Ram a week ago and was having a problem with an engine squeal. Spoke to Tyson on the phone and he told me to swing by after work and they would try to get someone to have a quick look. Well I had the pleasure of meeting with Wyatt who spent 30 mins with me and my truck and ensured me that nothing was wrong and it was just some engine cleaning spray that got into the belt and there was nothing to actually worry about. He really put my mind at ease and on top of that they didn’t even charge me anything for their time. It is so good to find a place that actually cares about their customers and doesn’t just see dollar signs when someone walks through the door. Life is hard enough these days and the Master Mechanic Crew really made my day easier.
Thanks so much and keep up the great work as you have earned a customer for life and you guys should run a clinic for other business’ on how to treat customers.

It should be 5 stars but the fact that they close at 5: 00 during the week, 1: 00 on Saturday and not open Sunday is the only reason to get 4 stars. Other than that would be 5 stars

My car started making a very loud clunking/clicking noise when I pressed on the breaks early Sunday morning. I was so stressed out knowing no shop would be open. I called first thing Monday morning and was told not to worry, just drop keys in drop box and they will put my car in queue to be locked at. My car was fixed and running in no time! Service was extremely fast, staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and not taken advantage of being a single female not knowing a thing about cars. Price was extremely reasonable too. I will definitely be back. I HIGHLY recommend.

We found we had a nail in our tire and went straight to Master Mechanic to see what they could do for us. They looked after it immediately and within 20 minutes we were back on the road. The staff is honest and they provide great service. We've been going to them for a while and they've always been excellent.

My daughter told me she wanted to get married, so I asked her to bring her car to Master Mechanic for an oil change.
I wanted her to see what a good spouse should be like; trustworthy, punctual, respectful, generous, courteous, funny, sincere and is passionate about what they do.
I'm not saying she should marry one of the mechanics (though I wouldn't object) ; I'm jut saying these guys do such a great job with such professionalism, precision, politeness and efficiency that it's going to be impossible finding such qualities in a husband.
And hopefully my daughter realises this and stops telling me she wants to get married.

Had a puncture in one of my tires, called, brought in and fixed under 30 mins, way faster than I would have ever expected and probably wouldn't expect again in the future.

The tire needed a plug to fix the hole since it was close to the side wall.
