Master Mechanic Oshawa is spot on. From when you open the door, the two ladies behind the desk always have a smile. You're treated as a person instead of number. My reason for going to this mechanic shop is to have my tires changed and stored. I live in Toronto and making the drive to Oshawa is worth every penny. The cost of changing my tires $50 and storing my tires, $50, is a lot better then $280-$340 it is in Toronto. The wait time is awesome. I come, drop my car off, read a couple of emails and poof my tires are changed. I get a personal reminder that it's that time of the year with a phone call. To know someone cares is the best. You can't loose by going to them.

Excellent. Have had noises in front end of car for nearly 2 years. Dealer told us many times it was due to tires we purchased from them? It was due to a front end linkeage problem. This was fixed at a reasonable cost while we waited. Called when we got home to thank them for new car. Everyone was helpful and friendly and we will return for oil changes and labor in the future.
