It's sad that I need to write a negative review, but this client has left me no choice. I have no idea about their workmanship when it comes to vehicles, but I do know how they treat their vendors.

Work was requested and completed on Jun 27th of 2023 as their telephone system was offline. I went onsite and resolved the issue. I only billed for 1hr on site when in reality it was 1.5hrs. I decided to provide the client with a discount as they are a small business much like myself. Total invoice with tax $209.05

After months of chasing, received $100.00 via e-transfer from client on October 12th 2023, leaving a balance of $109.05.

Client does not return emails or notices. Really people, you cannot afford the $109.05? You know where to contact me if you would like to settle your account.

Recently went in for a wheel alignment. My first time there. They brought me in fast and showed me the alignment report. They corrected the issue and I was back out within 45mins. Was a pleasure dealing with their team. I got the family business vibe from them and will go back again!

On the website it say talk to Andrew & Arlene, At Master Mechanic Richmond Hill. Gave them a call to ask about extracting a broken lug nut. Reponse, we are closing soon, nobody here to ask. Really? Called at 1, then close at 3.guess I'm not calling back to talk to andrew & arlene.

Very experienced garage, they take really good care of your vehicle and customer service is great.
I strongly recommend this shop.

I would recommend Master Mechanic in Richmond Hill to anyone. They are honest and fast. They will tell you what you actually need and what is not necessary.

It was my first time visiting for an oil change and I was happy with the experience. Arlene told me the prices up front so I didn’t have to worry about being overcharged. Will come again!

I was looking to solve an issue with my 2013 Volvo and took it into M/M Richmond hill today and left with a $150.00 bill and no change to the car. The Engine light that was on, they put in 2 liters of oil and then turned off the engine light with the diagnostic computer and told me that was all it was, 20 minutes later the engine light came back on and I am out $150. Needless to say I will not be a repeat customer.

Skilled mechanics and honest. My previous mechanic was setting me up for new brakes but Andrew checked and told me they were still good. Great service!

I've been to Master Mechanic Richmond Hill for a few years now because of multiple mechincal car issues. Very satisfied with the service and work every visit. Will return in the future.

Wanted to share that these guys were great. They were able to take a look at the car as soon as I pulled up and although they didn’t have the part I was able to find the issue (for warranty repair elsewhere).
Knowledgeable and experienced to find the issue.

Highly recommend this location! Arlene is so nice, efficient, and always makes sure you're satisfied with the service. I did breaks and tire replacement here and both services were quick and reasonably priced!

Peter had significant knowledge when it comes to Mercedes, he serviced my transmission and replaced my tumbler flap. This requires the complete removal of the intake manifold, big job. His work was professional, prices reasonable (half of what MB dealer quoted) and pointed out some items a previous mechanic had screwed up. Very happy and a much better shop since he and his wife took over. Thanks. Different owners after review was written, no experience with them

It was my first visit. I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle for service. Arlene was amazing and Andrew and Peter were very very knowledgeable and professional. They have won me and my family and friend, at least 10 more customers for sure.

I have to say, I am very pleased with the service I got at this location. I had brought my car (Audi Q7 2019) initially for tires a few
Months back and because of the friendly service and great pricing, I felt confident to bring my car back recently to get my brakes done. All in all, was a quick and seamless process, I scheduled my appointment, dropped my car off and took a walk while my vehicle was being serviced. I will defiantly be back to future visits.

I now use Master mechanic for both of my automobiles. They change my tires annually and now do my tune ups. They are way faster than the Honda dealership and much less expensive. The owners are very friendly and I don’t worry about being overcharged. This is a hidden gem in a mass of mechanics in the area.

I had brought my older model Lexus IS300 for an urgent exhaust repair.

Arlene and the team were able to accommodate taking me in for the repairs within the next day.

The car was assessed and a repair quote given in spite of some parts being difficult to source.

Repairs were made within the same day and I was able to pick up the car at end of the same day, purring like a kitten again!

I would definitely recommend Master Mechanic for prompt service done right the first time.

Always a fantastic experience with Arlene and master mechanic. They’re so helpful and accommodating! I’d recommend highly.

After noticing a leaking shock I called and asked if they had time to look at the issue. I was told to come right over by a very pleasant associate. I arrived in less than 10 min and within a few minutes they had diagnosed the issue order the parts and said it would be done within two hours. 90 min later I received a call the work was complete. Great service. Friendly people. Highly recommend.

Called in to inquire on the parts cost for front rotors and brake pads. Female who answwred the phone said she needed to physically see the car in order to provide a cost for the parts.

I offered VIN, my name, phone #, make & model, size of brakes, everything needed to get a part quote.

She refused to get a price for parts because she said that next I will want rates, and how long it takes, etc.

It's was just a waste of time. She is programmed to say when thing and refused any reason.

Whether the car is there, or not, the cost for the parts I'm inquiring on doesn't change. She said unless the car is physically there she can't get a price. When I asked her why (because it's foolish to think the car being there makes any difference to the specific parts costs) she couldn't answer why, she said it's doesn't pull up in her system and she can't can't call her suppliers without the car physically there. Seriously.lol?

She just doesn't pay attention or listen, I can't imagine how difficult it would be in person.

I cannot say enough good things about Master Mechanic. I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. They are very honest and extremely professional. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
