Master Spas of Ontario (Toronto/Mississauga)

The only place I go to for all things hot tub. I feel bad because I always bombard them with a ton of questions but they’re always there to help! They carry the best products to keep my tub clean and crisp and running optimally. I highly recommend!

I use the online service. I was looking for jet replacement (foot massage) for my twilight series spa. I found one on their estore which said specifically for rwilight series spa. I bought ir arrive quick but when try to installed it doesnt fit. I called and they have sais that they dont return items. Even that it might be a defected part they wash their hands. Not doing business any more with them.

Excellent service from Amit and Alfred. Fast, efficient and helpful. Bought a new filter for our hot tub, shock and a rush order for a hot tub cover that is arriving in 2 weeks! Wish we had come sooner!

Went to Master spas for getting started with my used hot tub. They didn't sell me the tub but Alfred answered all my questions (and I had a lot). He took the time to go through initial setup and ongoing maintenance. His suggestions for what I needed we're totally on point and not excessive. And I know they're available anytime for any questions I'll have going forward. Would highly recommend for anything hot tub related.

We are new customers, having bought a Master Spas Clarity spa a couple of years ago. We had a problem with a couple of diverters, so I called Master Spas of Ontario, and spoke first with MacKenzie Baker, who took me through my service request and quickly put me in touch with Katherine Huynh, their service rep.
Katherine explained all the parameters of the job and within a couple of days, secured the parts and arranged for the amazing Kevin Sobon to service the tub.
Kevin's service was quick and extremely effective. His on site demeanour was wonderful. He left us with a few excellent maintenance tips. We wish Kevin all the very best!
Overall, we had a great experience working with Master Spas of Ontario and would recommend using their services for all your hot tub needs.

The customer service at Master spas is absolutely fantastic. I bought my spa in October and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Any questions and concerns I have, I just send an email and Alfred quickly replies or picks up the phone. It's amazing how helpful he can be with balancing the water, just by seeing pictures I send of the water and test strips. I feel like I can ask any question that I need and will always get helpful and friendly advice. So glad that I bought my hot tub from this wonderful source)

Hot tub arrived in 1 piece and set exactly where we wanted. Very good service from store. Answered all questions, provided tons of information and recommendations. They even allowed us to sit in and feel out several models which did impact our decision on purchase. Alfred gave us a very good education on maintenance. After we filled it we had a bit of cloud but did what Alfred told us a the next day it was clear. Bit of foam a few days later and followed Alfred's teachings and next day it was gone. Smooth sailing since. We enjoy a dip every night and sleep like babies. I think the foot massage is my favorite part (on my feet all day at work). Also love that Alfred is just an email away if we have any questions. Good company to buy from.

Still waiting for John to return my call…after many many days…I’m still waiting for my hot tub and I hope I won’t regret buying it from Master Spas.

We got the swim spa in June, and we found it one of the most amazing modern technology for our family. Finally we could afford to swim at home and enjoy hot water spa at the same time throughout the year, thanks to Master spas. The service is great, especially John McFarlan, who is always so patient to answer our sometimes repeated questions. Really appreciate it!

Update: We no longer use these folks to service our tub, for a number of reasons. In the long run, we have not been impressed. I will be traveling to the Kitchner Master Spa where we purchased our tub initially for future purchases. It's worth the drive.

John was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was having issues with water clarity. I called my vendor, was not able to get anywhere with them. I called Master Spas and John was able to help right away. Water was green and cloudy, I thought it was beyond fixable. John was able to provide clear instructions and recommendation. My water is now crystal clear thanks to John! Would recommend Master Spas and John for sure!
