I’ve only been in to re-hem pants. They have always been very thoughtful when adjusting the hem. And they are wonderfully kind.

Vera takes a lot of care and she will take on any job that she believes is doable whether big or small. She converted a pullover jacket to a zippered jacket and I’m sure that zipper and the stitching she did is going to last a lot longer than it would have had it come from a factory. I altered two blazers at this store. The store is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The owner not only did a fabulous job to fix the sleeves of my blazers, but also answered some questions about the issues I had with my other jackets. She is passionate about her work and trying to do the best to serve any customer. The price was reasonable and I am very happy about her work. I recommended her to all my friends.

We had a family wedding in Sept 2021. Vera did a wonderful job completing alterations on the bride's dress, the bride's sister's wedding outfit and the mother of the groom's dress. Excellent service, fantastic work and great pricing. Vera went above and beyond by adding a beautiful clasp on the back strap of my dress. I really appreciate the extra length she went to ensure my dress was perfect. I will be back for future alterations.

Not enough stars to represent the quality and service I received. Boys pants with two blown out knees altered to shorts. The quality of the alteration was of such quality, that you would never have known that they were pants in a former life. Highly recommend for quality work. Boys are still growing, will be back. Several other people had told me that reconstruction of my treasured but under utilized, hand knitted sweaters was nor practical. On chance I took one to Master Stitch Up and Vera had no hesitation, and did what was needed perfectly and reasonably. The conversion to fully zippered format was so comfortable and useful that I've had several others done including one with Eiffel Tower logo. All now more practical garments.

Very happy with the alterations to the denim skirt that the seamstress made. Brought it in two sizes too big and now it fits like a glove! The seamstress was also incredibly nice and very helpful.

A few weeks ago I brought a dressy, black skirt for alteration to Master-Stitch Up. The skirt was a few sizes too big, and also the side pockets had to be relocated. A few days later my skirt was perfectly fitted to my body and it is now ready for me to wear. This was a complicated job, but Vera did it professionally, beautifully, and quickly. She did an amazing job! I am extremely pleased with the result. Vera is a true Master Seamstress, and she's also very nice to deal with:) I definitely recommend her.

Originally visited this week for alterations of scrub pants. When I came to pick them up, I also brought a pair of ripped pants, thinking she could work on them at a later time. She grabbed the pants, and fixed them within 2 minutes, and at no charge. I am very impressed with the quality and the prices of this business. Will be using their services from now on. Thank you!
