Upon I walk in, I expect happy shopping time, but no one greet me nice. I have questions about toys, so I go to the lady Mary, hoping for help. But she no care at all! Like helping customers beneath her, and her phone more important! She answers rushed and not helpful, makes me wonder why she pretend to care. I feel like I bother her, and I not valued customer. And that not all! Finding toys like escaping maze, and when I ask her for help, she no give useful details, just vague and uninterested. When I finally leave the store. I hope to find special toys for my grandchildren, but thanks to her bad attitude, that hope gone. Store supposed to be fun, but not pleasant lady ruin everything. Thank you for the "service" mastermind Toys.

I really appreciate the selection of toys in this store. They have things you will not find at the competition.

Emily is absolutely amazing! During the Christmas season my daughter wanted a Lego set but it was out of stock. My daughter wanted this a week before Christmas of course and we couldn’t get it. I asked Emily to please let me know when it was available. I was surprised to hear that she still remembered me when she called. Thank you Emily for calling me! You are the best! My daughter loved it!

It’s a good toystore but prices are often higher than Amazon and the time it takes to get to a cashier is surprising despite how many people are working at this location. If my kids didn’t like shopping for toys in person I’d probably not come here nearly as often.

Wonderful friendly staff, first time at this location and have nothing negative to say. Clean store easy to navigate, sale signs very clear and easy to see. Will be back!

Im starting to wonder what’s the the quality of the products sold at this store? I just purchased a balance bike four days ago as a gift and my friend just told that me one of the tires broke. Two months ago I bought a jumping unicorn for my daughter and the bottom valve also broke. Seems like everything they sell here is broken. I’ll be bringing the balance bike for a full return and refund. Needless to say I’m very disappointed.

Too expensive, you can get the same toys a cheaper prices at amazon or somewhere else. Shop around before buying at Mastermind Toys.

Horrible experience. Manager was rude and inflexible. I had a unopened, sealed toy with a gift receipt purchased during covid. She refused to accept an exchange even though I was turned away from bringing it in the store previously and this was the first opportunity that I could bring it in. On the phone they told me I could bring it in. I drive 25 minutes to do so and then get turned away by the manager and told no. With a screaming child, this left a horrible impression and I will never purchase from this dtore again.

Called to find out if a product was in stock and the staff refused to check telling me to go to the website. I was quite shocked actually. Oh well the Lego store was willing to tell me if they had it in stock.

Exceptional service and help from Nancy! She helped me find what I was looking for, was super helpful and so friendly. Even received complimentary gift wrapping services. Very welcoming store, it’s very baby and toddler friendly. Love the book section! Will definitely be going back again.

The young lady with long black hair was such a delight! I believe her name started with a "V", not too sure. Not only did she take the time to help me pick out a toy for my 5 year old niece, but she gave suggestions on her own behalf. She also signed me up for their perks program. I thought it was awesome!

Absolutely terrible custom service. The management was JUST as bad. I heard them talking down to an employee and that’s terrible! Unprofessional and unorganized. Take your business elsewhere or just get the toys you need from online.

I do all my gift shopping for little ones at this store.friendly helpful staff and lots of variety to choose from 5 stars definitely.

Sebastian, provided me with outstanding service helping me find toys for my 9 year old nephew, I gave him full creative control over the selection and he picked amazing items. Very glad to have him serve me, he deserves a raise for his quality of work and attention to detail.

Curbside pickup is extremely unorganized. Don't bother at all- you'll end up waiting in the cold for an hour. Not to mention the extremely rude employees- the fellow with the long blonde hair ruined my day with his incredibly insolent behaviour. Forgot to also mention that after you pay for your order they'll send you an email 30 mins after saying it isn't in stock (after they take your money). My family has been coming to this mastermind as valued customers for years, but after the behaviour and unorganization exhibited today, I will NEVER come back.

Don’t bother calling. Response is like parrots. “use the website.check availability on the website.order from the website”. So we use the website, we order our item from a store that has it in stock. An hour later, Mastermind cancelled our order. We called again. Cancelled because item not in stock. Soooo, website is not accurate. Conclusion.don’t call, don’t use website.find somewhere else to purchase your item.

It's A Solid Store For Kids Toys, Varies From Candy, Board Games, Slimes/Putties, And So Much More.

Clean and well organized store which gives the impression that the selection of toys is very intentional and almost 'hand-selected'. Love the free gift-wrapping which is such a bonus for busy parents! Staff is friendly but didn't approach us to ask if we needed help - maybe due to COVID or just because that's not their policy, hard to say. But given that it's a small and intimate store you could think that they would offer their help in selecting a toy.

Love this place, friendly staff. Free parking cool toys for kids. They do nice wrapping and it's free. They have good books selection. Store is clean and tidy. I bought recently cool space book for my kid. They also have Harry Potter Cookbooks. Paw patrol is cool. They have good selections of encyclopedias.

Superb ideas, great toys, games, more money, but! Good quality, we go there with my daughter all the time! Truly worth to shop there!

I usually love this store but today when me and my boyfriend went in right away we were glared at by an employee (an older woman with glasses) who proceeded to follow us around the store, thinking it was coincidence I went to one end of the store by the puzzles and she followed staying back. But when I waked back over by the legos she followed and stood right behind me. That is when I told my boyfriend we are leaving and she laughed at us. Absolutely disgusting! I work retail also, I know when someone looks suspicious you discreetly watch them. This was not the case! We were looking for a present for our niece and talking. Someone needs some training on customer etiquette. You do not stand behind people making them uncomfortable!

Excellent selection of high quality items at GREAT prices. The manager Lydia and her staff are so kind and ready to help. Highly recommend going here over big box stores.

Love this toy store! There is a lot packed into this little place. Lots of popular and educational toys. I like that they have a lot of classic wooden toys. Excellent selection of books for children of all ages. Free gift wrapping with purchase. A wonderful place to shop especially when you are on their list and can watch for sales.

Wow! Super busy @ Xmas. They helped me find the slide, tile, puzzle I was searching for. Their book selection is impressive.

I phoned ahead if time looking for a specific item. The sales rep on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. When I got to the atore, i was helped by a very pleasant csr. I will definitely shop there again and recommend this location in particular.

Love this store! So many great things but my kids àre too old for it so I only buy for the great nieces and nephews. Lots of quality toys and books but a lot of developmental toys. AND they giftwrap it if you want! A great place to shop or give gift cards for.

There are few places that bring out the joy of being a kid quite like this excellently stocked toy store. They manage to compete well against the larger suppliers on line and in big box stores but do far better by carefully curating educational toys, books and kids outdoor equipment to offer quality and fun over disposable quantity. Prices are competitive and the staff is knowledgeable. Gift wrap is offered for all purchases, making this an ideal location for birthday presents, and special gifts that can be treasured for years. It is a special and fun environment to explore and find that special stuffy, game or figure that will bring a bright smile to that extra special child in your life.

I love all products that are sold here! Always have such a good experience. Everyone is kind and knows about customer service unlike the balloon store next door! Lol (they are so rude).

This place is so good for gifts and toys for your kids. When you bought it then they can wrap gifts for you within 3-5 mins. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Who doesn't love Mastermind? It can get busy on weekends so if you need more help to shop go during the week.

They have a great selection of toys. Layout is great, makes finding toys by age/type fairly easy. They wrap your gifts for you for free as well.
