Great toy selection and good friendly service from staff. Also do free gift wrapping which is great. Has become my go to

Overall good but during holiday season it feels very crowded but great place to shop for good quality products for kids.

We LOVE this store. It's very clean and everyone who works there cares very much about how it looks, and the customers, and distancing. They have a maximum amount of people allowed in, and they enforce it very strictly (but nicely). They're full of service and so helpful. The prices are comparable, the inventory is varied, and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The employees were a great help. I came in with a lot of questions and they were patient and answered to their best of abilities. The service from being inside to leaving was very friendly and sincere.

When I purchased toys, the service was fantastic and they helped wrap my gifts. When I made return, service just dropped to a different level all together. They tossed away my original receipt without giving me a new one when my original receipt had other items I didn't even return. The store service needs to be more consistent.

I'm from out of town and have been down for the week for therapies for my young one.

Didn't like the workers in the store at all. They were very unwelcoming. Almost judgy. The guy offered a balloon to my daughter, but I had to decline because she is special needs and would probably try to eat it.

Maybe a lesson to your workers on how to better deal with special needs families and their children.

My daughter is in a wheelchair stroller, the aisles in the store are crowded and I had a very hard time maneuvering around the store. I accidentally bumped into a couple of boxes and the worker angrily rushed over and kicked them back into place.

This is a children's store. A toystore. It should be a happy place to be at.

Way different feel in this store than the Mastermind in my hometown.

We won't ever step foot in the Mt. Pleasant location ever again.

Clean and well organized. Young staff, all very friendly. They are trained to wrap your gifts in a very professional way which was a nice touch. The toys are a tad expensive, but maybe that’s the typical price for toys in Toronto stores with a huge overhead to pay for.

Super friendly team! They keep things well stocked and organized. The two associates there for the hour I was shopping constantly kept busy and I can see they take pride in their store. This did not take away from the multiple times they checked in on me (not being pushy, just caring).

Neither a pleasant nor relaxing place for parents but they try hard to provide assistance whenever they can. The staff is knowledgeable about their product. Getting out of the store is a different matter entirely.

Very poor value for money. The only reason we went, had to use gift card. Limited choices, staff not friendly.

Mastermind is a great place to get advice if you’re not used to buying for kids. There’s lots of selection for big gifts or small.

Good store with decent collection of toys at reasonable prices. Also they gift wrap for free which is a really good value add on as opposed to other expensive stores.

My kids love this store and we often get some good deals here. My only point of criticism is I wish this store accepted tap/mobile payments.
